LL banking policy and KDC
We are taking a hit like everyone else here. Our shares are backed almost entirely in SL stock. Should the financial sector collapse KDC will have zero assets. That said... I have faith that a workable solution will emerge and the markets will recover.

KDC will continue to operate as usual.

Re: LL banking policy and KDC
We are still making money folks. I don't fault people for selling, but really are you going to be able to get your assets out any quicker by dumping your shares?

As long as I still have cash available I will continue to place bids out there for KDC. I have so much money tied up in the market its do or die for me. A few hundred bucks isn't going to save my backside. I would far rather gamble on the market in hopes of recovering some 12,500 USD. The way I look at it is I either get a few hundred bucks or I buy now and when things are resolved have even more money than I started with.

Everyone needs to make thier own choices here but seriously folks dumping your stocks is only going to hurt your pocketbooks at this point. At least if you keep them you will have a chance at getting something out of all this. Stick with me and if we can continue trading I will continue to apply the same techniques that drew in some 300 percent profit for me since June to KDC and share these profits with each of you who owns KDC stock. Or... sell them for half of what you paid to me and I will keep it for myself... up to you.

I applaud you for trying. Worst case scenario that everything collapses (which does not seem probable), I think you would be respected for fighting through the situation to the bitter end.

I'm crossing my fingers and pulling for you... just like I am with every CEO and company affected by this new policy from LL.

Re: LL banking policy and KDC
KDC will be able to retain at least some assets even if the market fails completely. I will be reviewing the shareholder list to make sure each of the KDC shareholders belongs to our group. Should the market fail I will continue to distribute payments to our members. These payments will be meager in comparison to our recent dividends but are something and will grow over time. I will negotiate with the companies we hold shares in to retain our ownership and our shares of the profis. I am not going to fold and hand you pennies as I walk away. I have a commitment to KDC shareholders to provide a return and will do my best despite the circumstances to do so.
