Re: Karlfeldt & Delgado Mutual Stock Ratings
| How are you going to manage the conflict of interest in the advice you are giving? I would suggest being transparent with KDC shareholdings and providing the rationale behind your ratings would be a positive start. |

Re: Karlfeldt & Delgado Mutual Stock Ratings
| KDC already is transparent with their holdings. Go to, http://kdmutual.com/KDCapital.aspx AS the Stock Ratings page develops it will include reasons for the ratings in detail. However, for now they are just how we see the companies. |

Re: Karlfeldt & Delgado Mutual Stock Ratings
| Kudos on the ratings. I like them a lot. I don;t know if you monitor other boards but here is a quote form King Bloom on the Avix Suggestion board: "....In addition to perforance rating, I think there should be a score system for each company, similar to restaurant rating for cleanest. Something like if a company is SLEC member 5 points, if SLEC member on board 10 points, post financial statement monthly add 10 points, have email or phone contact info 15 points, or create a website for the company add 20 points (not pre-existing website like CYB, but a website created just for SL business such www.myllbt.com, it show how how committed they really are)" Was wondering how difficult it would be to incorporate some sort of scoring system similar to this into your current rating system? Also, are you posting the criteria that you are using for the ratings? I apologize if I missed that. But if you aren't, it would be helpful to know what factors you are looking at in a company and what weight each factor has in your decision making. |

Re: Karlfeldt & Delgado Mutual Stock Ratings
| From the KDMutual website "These rating are applied through research which includes but is not limited to breaking down the real value of the company, potential returns, past returns, current Second Life economy, and the leadership of each company. All of which are combined and compared to the current price of the stock. Each rating will be updated when K$D Mutual finds it necessary." I will take this and break it down to be more specific about what it all means. I will post here when it is updated on the website. |

Re: Karlfeldt & Delgado Mutual Stock Ratings
| The stock ratings have been updated. Please go to www.kdmutual.com and click on Stock Ratings. If you want to know what KDC currently holds. Click on K&D Capital, scroll down, and read under current assets. Any missing dividend policies or information under dividend is due to the lack of response from the CEO. |

Re: Karlfeldt & Delgado Mutual Stock Ratings
| I was just wondering if there are plans to update the stock ratings on the website. I'm sure that some of them are rather out-of-date. | ||
