| How can you do that? Large investors invested their money based on the prospectus which promised 5%? | ||

| Sorry for the confusion. Hope this will clear things up: The reason is that we actually do not want to sell any more shares at this time. If a large investor is willing to purchase enough shares on the market, then they'll receive the 5%. The 2% is only if there are large investors that want to buy more treasury shares from us now. The reason we posted this was because we had a large investor come to us to purchase more shares, which we did not want to sell more at this time. We therefore informed them that we're willing to sell more shares, if they'll agree to the new terms, and they requested we post this. |
