Whoa whoa whoa, back up the bus and what the heck is going on????
Arthesia Beck 1,975,477 6.6%

How does this person have so many shares?

Other shareholders 1,716,524 5.7%

The most they should be able to have is 283,476

If only 2 million shares were offered how does Arthesia have almost 2 million of them. Also I am not comfortable with this exchange selling out 49% of 30 million shares. That would be 14,700,000 shares they can sell at 1L at piece. So 14,700,000 Lindens that we are trusting to people to convert into real money which at fair rates is about $53,454 USD. Along with all the other funds currently held by the SLCAPEX exchange. The total value of this I am not sure and do not have the knowledge to know how much value they currently hold. I think it would be safe to presume that if they sold these certificates and decided to take the money from the rest of this they could run away with well over $100,000 USD. Not bad for couple of months work if you ask me... I dont know this just seems way to good to be true and you know what that means....Anyone that has more information on the subject feel free to enlighten me! Thanks, also anyone that thinks you can trust this FICTITIOUS exchange completely please read the TOS and the information section of the website found here

So, tell me why I shouldn't just take my full account balance and go...

This happened because some of the treasury shares have been released. 30m shares were created, 2m were sold at IPO. That means that Arbitrage Wise should have retained 28m.

However, if you go look at the research page, Wise currently has a little over 26.3m, which means that he is selling his treasury shares, just as the prospectus detailed.

As a checksum to this, the total number of shares is still 30m.

Guardian is correct. JT Financials (under Mr. Wise's name) have been putting 10000 share blocks up for sale. The IPO was merely the start. Theoretically, up to 30M shares can be release as of right now, and secondary offers can increase this amount.

The numbers won't dilute dividends, which are basically interest on the deposits. This is just a tradable bond which won't be redeeemable until next May.

Hope that helps.

The shareholder most likely placed a Buy Limit Order at the IPO phase risking about 2M Lindens for an expected return of 6%/month. Good investment only if this fund does not end up defaulting. The remaining treasury positions will be retained by Arb and he may decide to issue more to the public based on the associated investment risks.
