I don't understand how this works. Total shares is 30 millions. So, the company has 28 millions Lindens and it need 2 millions more in order to invest? 28 millions is not enough to invest.

Someone enlight me please...

We initially start with the sales of 2 million shares. As we need more funds, we'll sell the treasury shares. Since we're paying interest as dividends, the ownership percentage will not be a factor in how much the certificates earn.

If this confuses anyone, look at it from this perspective:

We have created 30Mil Certificates (CDs, bonds, etc), but have only issued 2Mil... as our RL arbitrage trading hits peak season, we may sell more certificates to raise more capital for trading.

OK, I got a better picture now. What is the maximum certificates you will issue? Is 30 Mil the max, or there will be a lower max limit? I'm assuming you will issue more than 5 Mil certificates becasue the prospectus said "Any large investors with over 5 million certificates at the end of the month will also receive a monthly bonus of 5% Net Profits after dividends."

Specifically, what type of trading will you be dealing with? 4X, Options, ETF, International Stocks, gold, soybean, baseball card?

Following are 2 statements from the Business Strategy portion of the JTIC Prospectus:

"After April 30th, we will issue a final dividend...."

"No dividends will be issued after April 30th."

I understand dividends are paid on the 1st of each month. Will investors be paid a dividend for the month of April?
