We do not receive messages from the CEO about the october 2008 dividend, also no messages to explain what's happening, what are the plans, the financials. Have I missed something?

I apologize for the late reply and lack of explanation as RL has been very busy. Unfortunately, we did not generate sufficient profits in September to issue a dividend. October has been stagnant as well, and at the midway juncture, I do not think there will be a dividend issued for the month. However, November is when our peak season begins in terms of profitability, so if our expectations holds true, we will look it issue a dividend at the end of November sufficient enough to cover both September and October's dividends as well.

One of our JTIC investor has also asked me about buybacks and the continuance of dividends. If things go according to plan (that's a big IF with the current turmoil in the economy), we'll be looking to start buying back shares at the beginning of April, 2009. Until then, we will continue to issue dividends. If we do miss a dividend payment in one month, we'll issue it further down the road, so that JTIC investors won't miss a month's worth of dividends.
