Kush Islands hereby announces its intention to make a secondary offering on SL Capital Exchange.

Faced with an uncertain land market, we want to raise equity to ensure our continued liquidity. We do not have liquidity issues at the moment, but want to be proactive in raising capital so as to be in a better position to weather any potential turbulence going forward. Given our high fixed costs (island tier), we believe that maintaining a strong cash reserve is necessary in the current environment.

We are looking to raise about L$500,000 and think we will price the offering between L$1.40-1.60. Funds will be used to retire debt and bolster cash reserves, as well as invest opportunistically as market conditions permit.

We expect to make the offering available in the coming weeks.

I bet this post making current HOT shareholders nervous.( And i`m good a betting..)
Just 500k? then you really need money imaho..
Raising one or two million for expandation no problem, but looking for public investors in form of a SPO just to be more liquid sounds somehow strange.
Expect a quick sharepize drop from 1.80 to around 1.25.
Any put options on HOT out there? I´ll buy some.

With a dipstick prediction like that Sports yer likely to be a victim of your own prognastication... brilliant - just Brilliant.

I gotta ask... do you actually engage mind before spewing here or are you really just hell bent on single-handedly taking down the shareprice of every company you encounter? You'll make up for the losses with volume, eh? Brilliant!

hm. but ,again, my prediction was right.Trading at 1.03.

but that´s a prize i think about setting a buy order and buy some back i sold expensive ;) even the financials not so promising.But that´s a normal slump in land companys, other stock listed co`s in it,too.

Don´t understand the bid orders right now, well i expected a shareprize drop but buy orders for just 70cents is strange.
Time to place some buy orders and hopefully grap some cheap HOT`s ;)
