HOT stays HOT ! Anshe Chung still owns 13% of company
Edited by author Mar 15th, 01:02
Anshe Chung is a major shareholder of HOT, look in major shareholders list!!! STRONG BUY she made millions RL money in SL what she is buying HAS to be GOOD.Price target even 1$ RL (about 254L).

joking... just boring only to see just a prospectus-topic in the forum of a great SL- company, just a new topic ;)

But remembers me someone was telling me TNW would be worth 1US$/Share (hello enky!) because the make a new virtual grid Linden Labs and Second Life should be aware of!
(Shareprize TNW was 4.40L one share at the moment the rumors even more underlined with a 40.000euro injection from a french investor..;)

How funny the sl-finance world can be, i laughing my ass of every day following the news, blogs and shareholder meetings.

Gambling ban, banking ban and the next thorn in the eye is maybe the stock exchanges itself (one major reason i think why luke want seperate it from Second Life, just use the ATM to deposit and let CEO´s pay dividend. When any trouble accours just remove the ATMs inworld and just let the hope capital museum left.;)

Fact: Anshe Chung still a major shareholder with 13.1%, funny that other exchanges not have to name she "Third Party" again because her appeariance could affekt the market to much...

Sorry for sloppy english my german is much better.

Re: HOT stays HOT ! Agressive Buy
Hi Sport, but sorry, if you want to use my words please be more accurate, I never said that tnw NOW is worth 250linden per share, neither i believe it can reach 250 in few weeks, i believe it can do it IF and ONLY IF the grid project will be very successful. So please be more accurate when you use other people words:)

For the rest i agree, HOT is a nice stock, my target price is a stable 4 Lindens with good volumes for this year.

Cya

Re: HOT stays HOT ! Agressive Buy
I think it`s because a former larger investor wants out of HOT.
When he is completly out maybe shareprize rising a bit again.
(I personally sold all my shares for 2.25, holding only 1 Share. Was smelling + hearing something is going on..)

Next stock i think is MECH who sees (and alredy saw )a downswing, check the major shareholders list from time to time ;) Expect SLW also will fall to mid 0.4~ and also a falling shareprize of YEP!, too in near future...

Re: HOT stays HOT ! Agressive Buy
Perhaps people are overreacting to the shares I sold recently. I didn't want to make an official comment on these sales in the SLR article (http://sl-virtual-world-news.com/index.php/News/Stock-Market/Capex-Update-15th-April-2nd-May-2008.html). But since this tight lip strategy may have contributed to the price decline, I will tell you now that the sales were primarily driven by my need to raise capital to help fund Kush Islands' growth.

We are looking to add TWO new islands to the estate in the coming days. These plans have been delayed because Clintovius needed to get his Lindex limit raised, but now we are all set as of this afternoon.

If you've followed really closely, you've seen that I have most recently BOUGHT shares, because the price was simply TOO LOW in the low 1s.

When I look at other land companies traded on SLCX (they shall remain nameless), I am stunned by their valuations. Companies with 2 islands trading with a higher market cap than Kush Islands. Does not make sense to me, but I guess SLCX is not a perfectly efficient market (are any markets perfectly efficient... debate for another time).

The price decline may also be a reflection of the current state of the land market. But it is important to keep in mind that we do not rent land, we sell land to residents, so we are more insulated from land value declines than other companies out there.

Bottom line: we're not going anywhere, we've been around for over a year as a publicly traded virtual company, we have great occupancy rates, and we're going to announce the month's financials and dividend in the coming days. Stay tuned.

Land Sector Report
DCTY has 2 islands and 6 million market cap. ZEN is not quite as overvalued but has only 3 islands and 3 million market cap. HOT appears to be the least overvalued land company, and potentially undervalued with a 4 million market cap and over 10 islands.

DCTY
-Strong Sell
-Target L$2

ZEN
-Sell
-Target L$0.75

HOT
-Strong Buy
-Target L$4

Disregard this buffoon. Shows up March 18th out of NOWHERE, owns ZERO Shares of ANYTHING and has a grand total of L$.02 on deposit yet claims to be an authority on valuations? Ha!

As the head of this exchange, I would expect you to act more ethically and not disclose anyone's personal holdings (or lack thereof). Are you just mad because I said DCTY is not worth L$6,000,000 with only 2 islands? Or do you think it deserves that valuation? I am only using what I know about stocks in RL to make these assessments, but if you compare cross-sectionally, you can form opinions based on little knowledge of SL exchange dynamics.

Thanks
