| This is my weekly update reminding folks that I am alive and still operating. I will give a more detailed report after the labor day holiday in the U.S. as this happens to be a very very busy weekend for myself. Thank you and happy labor day to all Americans. |

| Operations are currently running smoothly, I do appreciate your patience in waiting for my return from the holiday and my the wedding shower for myself and my Fiance'. We are still in the green on land and have seen strengthening positions in The Rookery notably where Kubi Beam's shop has likely taken up long term residence. Thank you Kubi, we greatly appreciate your business and find it quite satisfying we found someone who can profit with us.. We are looking for other strong vendors, 3 slots have opened in Tamaqua, but they're not large prim holdings so net returns haven't been heavily impacted. We also have an open slot in the first level of our Mun Saari structures. I encourage investors to direct interested parties to me who might be interested in opening a business. The rates are low at our locations, a mere 4/prim/week. Traffic tends to be strong at these locations, especially in Mun Saari where traffic's driven by a location not far from the Sims center where a large mystery chair center is located. Additionally Kubi tends to put out his own chairs at many of our locations drawing repeat traffic. Please do not mistake my absence for lack of vigilance, I check the markets and the banks at least every other day. I also check in on renters time to time to make sure their needs are being met. To date, I've yet to have a negative remark from any of my hosted vendors and I hope that it remains that way, I am dedicated to the service of my clients. We are also looking for an ad board script that works effectively with mega prim surfaces, if you know of one, please contact me. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. | CEO acquires more shares for personal account. 2658 shares were purchased by Maelstrom Baphomet on revenues generated from SL trader and SLNN articles, "The Dragon's Bite." The shares were purchased at the market with 4500 linden. |
