| As a minor holder in CYB, I would like to extend my appreciation of the compensation plan. I realise that CapEx need not have done this, and I would not have faulted the exchange if it hadn't. I feel this speaks volumes for the management of the exchange, so I salute them cheerfully. | ||

| I applaud the swift effort in this matter. Great work CapEX management. With no planned expectation, I continue to observe your commerce with much enthusiasm. Most of all, thank you for supporting the investors involved :) |

| Alright... Curious though, isn't allen as entitled to compensation as everyone else, or am I missing something? | ||

| I think Arbitrage is holding off refunding any former or current management until we fully resolve what happened. I would not read much into it... I think it is more precautionary than anything, and probably something that we should have kept internal rather than posting on the boards. Perhaps when he glances back at this board he can confirm? | Right now we're not refunding anybody that was a part of the IPO approval process until we get a chance to figure out what happened - by sitting and talking with them one on one. | ||

| While I didn't see an announcement, I did see extra shares of SLCX in my portfolio equal to my investment in CYB, so I presume that the compensation has been made. My true appreciation to the CapEx management for their efforts in this. | ||

| any more pay outs?? I hope someday my name will be included in the 1 to 1 buy out package. Ive been one of the original investors and Im still waiting for this to happen. | ||
