Cash Yiyuan 		HI-FIve™ (HIFI) HALTED for Financial Reporting Non-Compliance
Due to non-compliance with Capex's reporting policies, HIFI trading has been halted pursuant to CapEx policy for not posting timely financials. Fines will be assessed.

Trading in HI-FIve™ will not resume until fully conforming Financials have been posted and the Fine Paid-In-Full.
