| Dimitri, You have described Club Climaxxx in your prospectus, I have searched and can't locate the club, where is it? This is for research purposes of course :) If it has closed, why? Could you also supply financial projections for XXX. Thank you, CB |

| As you can see in my profile, I sold climaxxx. I sold climaxxx when CEL ipo'd here, as I thought that that would take up all of my time. The club was sold to jennifer artizar (sp?) and she turned it into JENNIFER WORLD or somesuch, I dont really know. It can be found still on the WE Island sim I believe. It should be noted that I still have ALL the items needed to open a club / escort agencey, as they did not sell with climaxxx. As for financial projections, i can not give an estimate on that, as i honestly do not know. The meat of the income will come from renting the skyboxes, for which we plan to have 15 - 20, and charge L$250 per hour rental. We will however also have many sub-sources of revenue, such as vendor tiki huts placed on the beach (no not like an ugly mall, but 10-15 of them tastefully integrated). escort advertising in an escort poster room (L$100 per week per sign, we will have 75 of these signs) i am attempting to get the groundwork down now to be able to run our own radio station on the island, on which we would sell ads. etc etc. needless to say, when its all combined i expect this to be a very profitable venture. I will also of course be hosting freequent shareholder meetings to get more ideas, your all a part of it! and i would encourage you to join the in world group, " Tropical Temptations " |

| Dimitri, do you mind tell us how do you come up with 1700k projected month profit? It seems a bit inflated. Did you expect the bedrooms will be full all the time 24/7? I did some rough calculation, you will have to have income over 50k per day in order to come close. (assuming 20k profit from ad board and vendor per month) With 250L per hour room fee, you will need to have 200 uses per day; assuming you have 20 rooms which mean all of the room is occupied for 10 hours per day. Realistically, will all the room be occupied at the same time for 10 hours? I don't mean to be skeptical, but IMHO if 50% of the rooms is occupied 50% of the time would be a hugh success already. (that's be roughly be 30k a day if you can do that) Also, it'd be ideal to have some sort of hostess if it is to be a glorious playboy mansion style. |

| 2,700,000 = 15 rooms x 250 an hour x 30 days add to that the poster rentals for escorts, 100 signs x 150 a week = 60,000 a month add to that vendors, 10 huts x 2000 a week = 80,000 a month add to that advertising on our radio station and various integraded billboards around the island = 30,000 a month as well as a few other revenue stream ideas i am still developing. sure these calculations are at 100% effeciency. but even if you halved them, its some nice income. |
