ok, what about the IPO
Now is the worst time and at the same time the best time to be asking this question, what's going to happen to the MNM IPO, I was greatly looking forward to owning shares in LMN and had extremely high hopes for the company and still do although the IPO process at least in the Capex seems to be up in the air at the moment and even if it does pull through this is going to shake the chance of any IPO filling in the near future because thanks to LL's bumbling and the panic mongering going on many people are too spooked or will be too spooked to invest heavily anytime soon, doubly so on an IPO which they can't liquidate until the IPO fills.

If everything ends up well though I plan on doubling my position in MNM hopefully before the IPO ends but afterwards if need be.

Re: ok, what about the IPO
Excellent question Gordon.

MetaNetwork Media's operations have not been impacted by this latest LL policy. MNM is conducting business as usual.

I will be meeting with the SLCX Management in a few days to ascertain the situation at the SLCX. I firmly believe the SL Capital Exchange will still be able to continue with their trading operations as Banking regulations and Stock Market regulations are 2 very different matters.

I ask that all investors remain calm and level headed during these times.

I also want to confidently state to all MNM IPO Investors, that MetaNetwork Media has contigency plans in place to adapt to the ever changing climate.

Starting today, Jan. 9, 2008, MetaNetwork Media has dispatched their MNN reporters across the grid to report on the issues at hand surround the LL Banking Policy and how it will impact the businesses and residents of Second Life.

You can follow the LL Banking Policy story and many other reports on SL life, business, fashion, and lifestyle at
www.metanetworknews.tv

In addition, stay tuned for the announcement on MetaNetwork Media's grid wide launch Jan 19th 2008.

Its a good time to know "PLAN B" if exchanges will be banned too.
What`s MNM PLAN B for this scenario?

Re: ok, what about the IPO
Plan B would consist of taking MNM private along with our IPO investors should they wish to continue with their investment of MetaNetwork Media.

The Chairman, Jaison Spad will be working with our legal team to develop a comprehensive private investment package to offer private investors with guidelines, criteria, and expectations that would be derived directy from our existing prospectus.

MNM would have to develop a investment division.

Thereby enabling private investors looking to increase or decrease their holdings of MNM would work through the investment division.

We are still developing a solid and sound plan B but rest assured if the time were to come, WILL be ready. I hope our investors will still stand by us.

Again, so people do not go speculating or making assumptions, Plan 'B' is a worse case scenario in the event that SLCX is no longer able to trade.

I hope this answer your question.

Re: ok, what about the IPO
Simple question, do you have garantee from Capex that the money currently in IPO is not being used for other purposes? If, for any reasons (good ones of course), the IPO sells out tomorrow, are you convinced that MNM will get that money?

If yes, than i'd say MNM is the safest place to invest right now, and i'll buy more. If not, then is it on the agenda with the Capex management?

Re: ok, what about the IPO
Yes, I can see the all the IPO funds in my sub account titled 'MNM IPO Holdings'.

Once the IPO is complete I will have access to the capital.

Also, I trust both Bo & Arb in the management of the exchange and it's internal operations.

But to reiterate, A sub account (MNM IPO) has been setup where the funds of the MNM IPO purchase are being deposited.
