Allenvest Estates Landowners | |
| I am not an investor in AIG, nor do I have any significant money in the Allenvest Bank. But I do own land on the Allenvest Estates. Do you, or any other readers of the forum have any ideas how these sims can be saved? I am willing to participate in any credible effort to rescue the sims from the probable repossession by LL. I don't even know if it is possible, but if it is, I want to exhaust every avenue to try and save what I have been trying to accomplish there. Also as a note, some of you may know that I have done some work for Allen in managing a building project. To date, I have not been paid for my efforts, nor do I expect to be paid now. I made the final payments to the builders of the government building he requested, and I will take possession of it and either make some use of it elsewhere, or sell it. |

| Since the sims are technically owned by AIG it would greatly benefit both AIG and the land owners to get together and work towards the possibility of an arangement with LL to assure the survival of the sims. While this may not be possible it is in my view worth a try. A list of shareholders combined with land owners would demonstrate to LL the extent of those who have fallen victom to this scam and may motivate LL to allow a solution to take place. If the tier is not paid to LL the sims will dissapear and so with a substantial amount of assets belonging to AIG. Land owners lose as well as much was invested in the purchase of land by these individuals. I suggest electing a spokesperson and coming up with a common message to deliver to LL. I would also suggest you be very careful in who you elect to be in control of your assets. It is my belief there are individuals already set up to recover these assets and take advantage once again of the situation and are likely already in position to do so, preying on the wreckage they have left behind. You may want to find an outsider. | ||

| Yes Dezmond, we have to definitely ask LL to help us, we need a coordinator as soon as possible, maybe Lindsay is available for that Role Dezmond. | ||

| Let me know what you need from me. I have no problem with assisting where I can and I would not uproot anyone. Commerce City still stands pretty much in its exact place with the rest of the Commerce sims and I would do the same here. Does anyone know if tier is current on the islands? Has anyone spoken to Allen? I imagine I am not his friend right now. |

| I have no way to confirm this and as Allen is completely unreliable it may be false. I questioned tier payments before paying at the beginning of the month and was assured that they where paid. | ||

| My tier payment on Allenvest besides the old AVIX building was due September 18th. I asked Allen whether I could just pay out my tier monthly by deducting on the amount he owes me (250,000) which is basically what he was asking of us (to work things with him). His answer to me by IM was basically that he would think it over and get back to me. And well, so far he never did. Estates Allen (who is taking care of colelcting tier on Allenvest estates) and I are still waiting for his decision, so I have not yet paid tier for the month. | ||
