ATM fails to pay | |
| Today the atm failed to pay me 999L, someone else here have had the same problem and maybe knows how much time needs the AFB customer service to fix the problem? Thanks |

| Same for me - debited my acc by 1000 but didn't pay out - confirmed in the SL transaction history. | ||

| Hi everyone - stated by Xavier yesterday AFB is a separate entity, so posting here will not resolve the issue, it would be best to speak with Allen in regards to the matter. Also of course submit a ticket on the Allenvest site, but my bet is that you will be better off trying to contact Allen. Hope that helps and hope it is resolved for you ASAP. |

| This usually happens when the payout script in the ATM goes bork. Usually fixable by a script reset. IM Allen and let him know. | ||

| I opened a ticket on allenvest site, but because i think it requires many days to get processed, i was curious to know from others afb customers their experience on this matter. |
