I have said this MANY times and I will continue to say it over and over until it sinks in with everyone... We (the community) have the POWER to make a great and significant change within the financial district of SL. So let's all pull together and make it happen.

The MNM IPO funds are SECURE and they currently reside in my sub account under' MNM IPO Holdings'. I see the funds with my own eyes.

The MNM IPO funds are totally separate from the rest of the JT Financial operating reserves.

As I have restated multiple times, I have the utmost trust in both Arb. and Bo in their handling of this entire situation and have their guarantee that the MNM IPO has not and WILL not be affected. Period.

IPO funds are SECURE!

NOTHING is secure right now.(Not even this whole thing here is secure until it`s not clearly defined what adirect ROI is).
Banking Avatars runned out of cash already.
(You can cash out paypal+moneybookers 50k limit because bank avatars have no funds to even handle the 5k daily limit).

JT was holding very low cash reserves, a small bank run, this is why we have this situation right now.And every L$ is badly needed to let the ppl cash out who want out now.

As I restated, the IPO funds are SECURE and when the IPO clears the capital will be transferred to me.

No exceptions.

"SEE" is the right word for it, try withdraw it.

Right now the withdraw limit is 5k /daily.
I think i heard JT is holding just 8% cash reserves.

Once the IPO is complete I will have access to the capital.

Also, I trust both Bo & Arb in the management of the exchange and it's internal operations.

But to reiterate, A sub account (MNM IPO) has been setup where the funds of the MNM IPO purchase are being deposited.

If yes, than i'd say MNM is the safest place to invest right now, and i'll buy more. If not, then is it on the agenda with the Capex management?

The Chairman, Jaison Spad will be working with our legal team to develop a comprehensive private investment package to offer private investors with guidelines, criteria, and expectations that would be derived directy from our existing prospectus.

MNM would have to develop a investment division.

Thereby enabling private investors looking to increase or decrease their holdings of MNM would work through the investment division.

We are still developing a solid and sound plan B but rest assured if the time were to come, WILL be ready. I hope our investors will still stand by us.

Again, so people do not go speculating or making assumptions, Plan 'B' is a worse case scenario in the event that SLCX is no longer able to trade.

I hope this answer your question.

MetaNetwork Media's operations have not been impacted by this latest LL policy. MNM is conducting business as usual.

I will be meeting with the SLCX Management in a few days to ascertain the situation at the SLCX. I firmly believe the SL Capital Exchange will still be able to continue with their trading operations as Banking regulations and Stock Market regulations are 2 very different matters.

I ask that all investors remain calm and level headed during these times.

I also want to confidently state to all MNM IPO Investors, that MetaNetwork Media has contigency plans in place to adapt to the ever changing climate.

Starting today, Jan. 9, 2008, MetaNetwork Media has dispatched their MNN reporters across the grid to report on the issues at hand surround the LL Banking Policy and how it will impact the businesses and residents of Second Life.

You can follow the LL Banking Policy story and many other reports on SL life, business, fashion, and lifestyle at
www.metanetworknews.tv

In addition, stay tuned for the announcement on MetaNetwork Media's grid wide launch Jan 19th 2008.
