<![CDATA[ Re: Official Weekly Update - For CEO Posting Only ]]> http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/LCA/1118
We've had a slow revenue month, because I've been working on the SYSTEM still for IPO and Underwriting. Nearly there and had expected to deliver the first investor packages to the Underwriting Investors this week, but I leave tomorrow morning for an RL business trip without available internet.

Like many companies this month, we will pay no dividends for the month of February.

Financials will be late as my trip is unexpected and last minute, so I needed to address other priorities before I could do the statements. My apologies,

We had another 4 or 5 (I'll double check the records and specify the exact numbers when I do the financials later this week) new Venture Capitalists this month. The VC fund is rising and getting closer to the level I'd hoped to have for startups.

Our list of companies that want to IPO is now up to 13 with 2 more leads to follow up with. This will keep the pipeline full of our most profitable service for at least 4 months, so the tidal wave is about to hit.

I have spent 3 visits with the next start up company now and the initial spreadsheet for viablility is nearly edited to the point of starting the project. Expect more updates on that next week as we prepare to launch that project.

Our current project is still selling land quite nicely and I'm awaiting some updated pics of the currebt sim for the addendums in the Business Plan/Prospectus to complete that as well. Looking real good as the IPO should prove. Expect that to begin well before(I'm thinking 3/19 to 3/23 area) the end of the month. That coupled with the growing monthly escrow fees shall produce a dividend for shareholder of more than .01, so if I can get the second on line at about the same time, we'll recover nicely from the slow February profits

I appreciate the help of Scott Nestler in the area of our startups land needs this month and look forward to his continued involvement as we start to move quickly to place all these new startups.

Thnx Again!

The dividend was posted as stated earlier this month.

The first startup company is in need of more land to sell(working on that), since they sold all they had :)

We have begun working with 2 new exciting startups. One is developing an in-world Warps Sim, specializing in custom blade sets(very beautiful craftsmanship & another future IPO) & the other an in-world newstand/search engine with advertising and 35 current locations looking for investors to grow.

I have been getting dribs and drabs of funding this week, for these companies, but understand the liquidity issues have a strangle hold on CapEx funds. This will begin to correct itself and am sure we can get more investor involvement shortly.

On the advertising front I've spent no additional time this week and will attempt to get on it again next.

Our share price has been steadily climbing and I hope to see it stay up there :) I am tempering my optimism with the fact that a correction is likely, due to people protecting their funds with share purchases. If you are one of that class, we at LCA welcome you and encourage you to stay on with us :)

I am posting today, as I'll be away for 2 days again, for RL work.

We have seen our first startup company, lift off :) A 1/4 Sim later, some terraforming and ads, they have made their fist sale :) I have personally started to develope the overall business plan and am very very excited for this prospects future. After the business plan we'll move into the numbers. Both budgets and projections will be developed for our investor packages that we'll be distributing to the underwriters.

On other fronts we have seen a great response to our call for both venture capital and underwriting investors. We still NEED more, but I am very happy with the response thus far.

The coming week will see more progress as we try to get our advertising packageg offers further along. We are also looking to get another startup company into operation as soon as possible.

And as previously mentioned, we will be posting a dividend this evening sometime near 8PM, so get your shares :)

Have a nice rest of the week.

Sully

This week has seen a flurry of activity. All positive for a nice change. I am postin early to stay in compliance, as I'll be away for 3 days again, for RL work.

We have completed the IPO/Startup company SYSTEM and have begun the funding investor lists process. Thakn you all for your support on this and the great questions :) Once these lists (VC & Underwriters) are filled enough to procedd, we will start our first company to go through the pipeline. We are currently collecting our advertising resources for our package offerings and have received more clients just collecting the data! Great work Gabrielle and Cornelious!

The IPO candidates list is swelling so I expect an incredibly profitable February! I will update again once I get back from my trip.

If you have questions regarding or concerns feel free to fill my inbox at michaeljsullivan@gmail.com or notecard me in-world.

Thank you all again.

This week was spent doing more behind the scenes than normal. I am going to be releasing some more news in the next day or 2, but didn't won't to be found out of compliance.

We are collecting data for our advertising offerings and my next post will be about 2 lists of investors we'll need for both venture capital and IPO underwriting. We are pushing hard for the next week to try an recoup the lost 2 weeks, as a result of the interest debacle. Many of our clients had us on hold throughout the period. I can't say as I blamed them either. That coupled with my main focus having been the SYSTEM's development have slowed the revenue streams from beginning. Not what I'd hoped for, but given the situation, I completely understand.

Our market has seemingly stabilized and will now allow us to forge forward. For those companies that are interested, I have developed proforma Financial Statements with precise directions for completing them. So, if your stuggling to deal with that aspect of compliance, feel free to have us customize them to your company and help you with the first two. The cost is very reasonable and can be prepared within a day or two. The initial purchase also comes with a month of hosting your report on a site that will be launched on the 2nd or 3rd of February. My hope is to eventually have all of the listed companies on every exchange accounted for. One place for investors to see every financial statement available. Advertising on this site will also be offered at a very reasonable price.

That is it for the moment, TTY All Again Soon :)

<![CDATA[ Re: Official Weekly Update - For CEO Posting Only ]]> http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/LCA/1118
Where to begin. Hmmm.

Maybe the 'Garranteed Interest/ROI Ban' would be a good start :)

Our market has been tanked by another person that shall remain nameless, for now, in an attempt to monopolize our industry, while there company is in a hibernation, of sorts.

They set out, premeditatedly, to destroy banking to cover their own arse, depress bank values and kill it's competition. The nameless individual has attempted to purchase (at very well below value) several, if not all, of the major banks in SL. This was done to get the client lists to satisfy their own quarterly goal. And at the same time instill panic, which worked to some extent, in the masses. Fortunately arrogance(theirs) and intelligence(ours, sl investors) has thwarted that :)

LL was simply the delivery agent. But alas, they have more sense than I had chosen to give them. I can't tell you how many times I've called, but they are sick of me, lol.

Todays conversation clears up the balance of the issues. At least all the pertinent ones I could think to ask. So, now we KNOW what to expect and what not too. They(LL) are clear. We are now free to carry on! (Oh, how I wish I had bold in here.) I am including my questions and their answers for your perusal.

These are questions from a phone conversation, with Patch of Linden Labs, today 1-15-08.

1) Interest is out, why are loans to be permissable?

Loans will be permitted, so long as they are NOT connected to interest. Anyone wishing to borrow money will be able to do so. Anyone wishing to lend money will be allowed to do so.

Follow Up Question:

Will a lender be able to charge a service fee for lending?

Yes, that is completely acceptable.

2) Why are ATMs being targeted?

Only because of the fact that they are tied to INTEREST bearing accounts.

Follow Up Question:

Are ATMs then ok, for sepositing funds in an investment account?

Yes

3) Why aren't ATMs auditable

See question #2 - This is moot.

4) Dividends - Not garranteed, but are legal, how so?

No garrantee up front

5) How can groups be used to transfer funds

Yes, but scripting would be better, less cumbersome.

6) How has this stopped fraud

The new people aren't aware of how SL works and are thus protected.

7) Exchanges - how will people fund purchasing shares?

There are NO problems with stock exchanges, so long as they do not provide ANY garranteed ROI.

8) Are unchartered Banks to be abolished, even if they are just loan/escrow/CC companies?

No, they are fine.

9) Use of terminals for funds/retainers to purchase services

Yes, this is completely acceptable.

10) Credit Cards

No interest can be charged.

Follow Up Question:

Can a monthly fee be charged to people that obtain a credit card?

Yes, so long as no interest is charged.

And now my actual company update. LCA is positioned very well, as our ATMs are for receiving a retainer/funds for future/current service puchases, by our clientele. We have NO products that garrantee interest or any rate of return.

At last report we had 3 IPO clients in the works, 2 have been added and 1 is iffy as they are rethinking things according to the fiasco.

I have 2 additional clients that are in need of business plan and advertising services, which should be well underway, by month's end.

My recent projections for the fiscal year are still accurate, to my minds eye, although it'll be difficult this month, as I just spent a full week away/messing with LL.

Any questions, and I presume there'll be may, are quite welcome. It is high time we all returned to the good old days(Dec and the 1st week of this year) of profits!

Gabrielle Maktoum has joined us and begun assisting me with each of our IPO candidates, as well as many other tasks. I am already impressed and grateful :)

Cornelious Beck and I have begun the process of bringing him up to speed on all the new offerings at LCA and I see him being another tremendous asset, very quickly.

This week also saw an amazing L & L corporate gathering. We received lots updates, guidance and inspiration from Lindsay Druart, our founder. We were able to discuss crossover ventures with our sister companies and we'll see a quite a few new revenue streams and affiliations, from these relationships, as they develop throughout 2008.

Our Business Plan Template (27 pages) is now ready for our IPO candidates and any other business that would truly like to have a master plan to work from. It has been our goal, to offer the most comprehensive investor's tool imaginable and I believe we've done this. We've utilized, an RL proven mechanism for success, and tailored it to the needs of an SL company. It will truly separate the wheat from the chaff. We can apply this tool to any existing company as well as a new one. A true comprehensive road map and system for success. Feel free to ask for a copy. It has been my thought from day one, that failed IPOs are generally good in their industry, but weak at marketing their concepts, we've addressed this and any candidate that has us provide this document will surely be on the fast track to success. :)

The supporting spreadsheets are in their final stages as well and I'll be announcing them each over the next 2 weeks.

We've created a new custom financial statement for LLB&T, which has been met with great joy, by their shareholders. We are extending this service to ALL SLCapEx companies. Please contact us for these services. By the end of January we'll have a web site that will allow shareholders and investors alike, to simply click on a monthly, labeled button to view any custom Profit and Loss or Balance Sheet. All clients, that have us prepare theirs, will automatically be included! This will be an investors dream come true!

We completed a rudimentary P&L and posted it, and will continue the customization of our December 2007 Start Up Balance Sheet and post that on time as well. Once the web site is up, we'll move those there as well.

Just to clarify the financial statement customization service a bit more for you, what we're doing is using a standard set of pro forma financial statements and tailoring them to YOUR business and industry. It is complete with line by line instructions and descriptions of the numbers that get entered by the preparer. We are even offering the data entry and web site setup and posting to complete the entire package solution. You're going to LOVE this!

Our marketing plans are being finalized and I'll be addressing those to you shortly.

One last piece of business is the forward guidance I've released. I will be adjusting those numbers as further revenues and trends become apparent. I am already seeing increases in revenue, profit and dividend projections for our first month, so stay on the look out and remember, your questions, comments and input are very welcome at LCA. :)

All that has happened is you've got a new CEO, we paid off a massive debt by moving over 400k share, our content pages and new web site changes were instituted, our stock price dropped to .04L, trade was halted and restarted, we've stabalized the price in the mid to upper .80Ls, we've received our first batch of content data from Virtual World Business Bureau for processing, met with our friends at MNM, WBA/Nex Core, WJUV and others for structuring agreements to begin our business relationships, helped a major shareholder to see our vision and keep from leaving the fold, laid most the ground work for a majority of our upcoming service news releases, interviewed for some key positions within the company, developed a system for recuiting and cultivating future key employees, built a conference center, delivered a number of new LCA ATMs for user credit reporting content to new locations, prepared business models, financials, budgets, revenue stream flow charts and of coarse enjoyed our Christmas and New Years.
(Is that considered a run on?)

Thank the good Lord I had some LLBT work to fill in my dead time ;)

Hopefully we can really sink our teeth into some projects next week.

None of these things would have been accomplished without the tireless(sleepless too) work of Lindsay Druart our leader, motivator, brains and first rate lady. Also many thanks to the team behind the scenes and invisible unstoppable force of Luke Birdbrain(the other L & co/CEO LLBT), SelesteMXX Maxsted (CEO LLRS), our board members Cayman Beaumont (My sounding board), Scott Nestler (Executive Director) & ServeMe Nakamura (Non-Executive Director). To all of you BRAVO!

Happy New Years from all of us at L&L Credit Reporting Agency & Business Services :) Let's all please be safe and prosperous in 2008!

ps. Special thanx to all at SLCapEx, we appreciate your help and guidance :)

In the coming days we will plug harder at the RL sector to bring in these businesses and ideas that will eventually leader to high ROI for the venture capitalists involved as well high profit margins for the business as our SL business experts assist them in operations.

Uploads to the system have not commenced as the template form is being developed as we speak. Once that is complete the upload system should be operational. Work is continuing on the system.

We are reviewing a number of companies that were declined IPO on WSE to see if any of them are viable enough to go through the IPO Inclusion process or if their business models require reworking.

Stay tuned for things from LLCA....

Sincerely,

Lindsay Druart
