location I couldn't wait to get started. I have spent the
last few weeks creating lush tropical plants, rocky outcroppings,
a romantic water fall and the cutest koi pond to surround the
private seaside lagoon. The process of turning a barren beach into
an inviting paradise that Bowler can share with his friends and
associates has been a very rewarding experience.

I will be posting pictures of the project on my new blog and
facebook page. The process has inspired me to ad several beach
themed items to my projects list. These new items will be available
for public purchase at my store and on the marketplace in the near
future.

Making the move and reducing expenses have made a difference. We have moved into the black. The
profit this quarter was very small, but it a huge improvement over last quarter. The minimum dividend
of $5,000L will be paid to shareholders. In the new quarter we will be advertising to increase sales and

Our rules state that listed companies must file Quarterly Financial Statements. These statements must be posted on April 20, July 20, October 20, and January 20. When a listed company CEO does not file by the cutoff date, I give a 10-day additional grace period to post the late financials. If after 30 days from the end of the reporting period a Quarterly Financial Statement still isn't filed, trading will be halted.

In early 2011, I was often lenient in allowing extra time to file, however I feel that giving 30 days is more than enough time for a company to file a Quarterly Financial Statement at this point. Newly listed companies within 30 days of the filing cutoff have the option of filing the first financial in the next filing period.

FAC is in violation of the rules with the CEO currently missing in action, so requesting a meeting isn't going to work. I first need to make contact with the CEO to find out where she is. She has 99% of the assets outside of CapEx, so trying to liquidate or transfer to a new CEO in this particular situation is impossible. I doubt any shareholder of FAC has any additional information, so not sure what would be discussed at that meeting. I'm continuing my efforts to reach her in rl to find out what's going on. All we can do for now is to just wait. I hate to delist the company because that's only going to hurt current shareholders. So I'm trying to wait and see when/if she returns to SL to explain.

Granted, I've already exited all 50,000+ shares that I had.. The real question here is whether the CEO plans to actually give us bi-weekly updates or an 8/1/11 dividend. Perhaps this was simply some sort of false hope.

I was confused as to why a dividend would be paid(even a small one) when the company is operating at a net loss. The company info page states, "We will thrive to pay out dividends every 6 months starting by next half financial year." Isn't it too early according to that to be paying out?

It just appears that what's being said suggests that you may be trying to please investors without actually supporting those statements. The night is young though - I just don't expect a follow-through with the plan as stated.

Firstly I would like to address investor concerns. I have seen the posts and would like to apologize for not keeping you better informed as to the happenings at FAC. I am new to being the head of a publicly traded company and did not realize that you ( the investors) expected more information than would be contained in our quarterly reports. Notes:
1) In the month of August we will be opening a small set of rental stores.

4) I will be tasking the new business manager with helping in the developement of a board of directors.
5) I will call a meeting for the shareholders once the board is in place.
6) I will be placing newly designed and additional existing items on the marketplace in the next couple of weeks.

Sales dipped below normal monthly intake. I believe this was due to the time that we were offline dueing the renovations.
There has been a steady increase since the reopening. Sales from the marketplace are starting to build as well.

I am looking for a business manager to help with evaluating advertising options, hire staff and develope a strong board of directors.

I chatted briefly with the CEO about 2-3 weeks ago on SL. She stated she was very busy with real life and apologized, and would post an update. This never happened. I did send her an e-mail yesterday reminding her that Quarterly Financials are due on the 15th. I haven't received a reply as of yet.

CEO's should communicate with shareholders through these forums on a regular basis. Let's hope the FAC CEO lets us know what's going on soon.

I just wanted to take a minute and thank you all for your amazing support in helping get our IPO completed in such a short time. Not sure if less than 36 hours is a record but if not it was still unbelievable! I would like to say a special thanks to Carlos Alvarez for his huge investment and support during this process. He will be my right hand as we work toward building the business and creating those dividends I know you are all looking forward to earning.

I am planning a party to celebrate the opening or our new mainstore. The date hasn't been set yet, as coordinating the schedules for the talent is still being worked out. I will post a note to let you know when it will be and hope you can attend.

I instructed CEO Jillian Fairey to create an SPO for the final 50,000 shares. The price is the same as the IPO. So when the remaining 50,000 shares are sold, the company will have 1,000,000 total shares and will start trading on the open market.

There is a little bit of her furniture out, but I think she is redoing the whole place for the Grand Re-Opening. When I was there 2 weeks ago, I saw over 100 pieces of furniture. Looked pretty good. As soon as I see more of her stuff out, I'll let you know, or she can let you know :-)

Dear Shareholders,

My name is Jillian Fairey and I am the Chairman and CEO of Fairey Angel Creations.

First, I would like to express gratitude to Skip Oceanlane for the opportunity to list my business here at Capital Exchange (CapEx).

Our vision is to provide high quality affordable home furnishings for the home and garden. Our focus is on whole room/whole house designs.

FAC was established by myself, Jillian Fairey, back in 2009. Soon the business grew to a size where a small shop would not sustain my growing line. For a time I invested in the purchase of a full sim. Due to cost and the distraction of designing and maintaining a whole sim, I made the difficult decision to downsize. For a short time I rented land from a leasing company with good results.

Now after one and half years, we are proud to say that we are better managed, profitable, more focused and stable. We are now in the stage of expansion and that is when I met Skip and where we discussed the possibility of listing FAC with CapEx.

We love to share our plans and vision for the coming years where we are planning to grow the number of our product line by 200% in three years time.

1. Expanding of product lines, which will cost around L$ 50,000 per year.
2. Designing and maintaining a company website. Cost estiamted at L$21,500 per year.
3. Hiring sales associates to staff the mainstore, providing fulltime coverage to assist guests. Cost estimated at L$150,000 per year.
4. Hosting FAC's own Grand Opening Gala. Cost expected to be L$30,000.
6. Buying and renting land for satillite shops. Cost expected to be L$50,000 per year.
7. Land tier, cost around L$ 345,000 per year.
8. Other promotional expendatures such as advertising. Cost around L$ 75,000 per year.

Dividend Policy
Business Strategy:
1. Expanding the range of our product lines by 200% by the end of 2013. By the end of 2013, we expect to have at least 150 product lines.
2. Promotion of new mainstore by hosting grand opening gala, with live music acts, scavanger hunt and other free gifts.
3. Renting shop space to other business owners in our newly redesigned mainstore shopping center. Rents collected estimated to be L$120,000 per year.
4. Establishing more affiliates with land and mall owners and small business owners. Any shareholders who want to be a part of this can contact Jillian Fairey or Manderz Moonbeam.
5. Establishing connections with more social groups. Any help from shareholders will be appreciated.
6. We will be posting our financials every three months according to CapEx rules.
7. We will be posting announcement in between for interim financials.
8. We will be posting announcement of dividends 14 days after posting of our half-year and full-year financials.
9 Our dividends will be paid 14 days after the announcement. There won't be dividends paid on the basis of interim financials.
10. We will do Annual General Meeting (AGM) every year in around Mid Oct/Nov.
11. The Board of Directors will meet twice a year (inclusive of AGM) to discuss any interim agenda.

Dividend policy:
We will thrive to pay out dividends every 6 months starting by next half financial year. We would like to ask shareholders to bear with us during the initial period of expansions. Whilst we cannot specify of the amount of dividends but we will give our best to always pay 40% of net profits as dividends, 40% for expansion, and 20% for future contingencies.
