Advanced Avatar Solutions (Former GAP) Taken Off Trading Board http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/AAS/7924
Yesterday I was notified by Advanced Avatar Solutions (AAS) CEO Stevie Cooperstone her desire to delist AAS from Capital Exchange. She had scheduled a shareholders meeting for Sunday, April 21, to discuss the measure. Instead yesterday I received an e-mail that 2 AAS shareholders with more than a 51% majority of shares held a "meeting" - 1 week earlier than announced to the public. There was a third person present who is not an AAS shareholder who was allowed to vote, even though this avatar owns no shares in AAS. This type of behavior is a clear violation of exchange rules, proper ethics, and just plain common sense.

After all this had happened, I saw a post where Stevie Cooperstone allegedly realized she “mistakenly” informed people of the wrong date, and called for another meeting to be held next week. I see no point really in waiting for this new meeting to take action as I have been hearing for months that this was in the works, but had no concrete proof until yesterday.

Even though a legal, proper shareholders meeting was not held, I am honoring the request of the people behind the Stevie Cooperstone avatar to delist AAS due to the fact that this avatar alone holds more than 51% of the AAS shares anyways. In the last few months, the people behind the AAS CEO avatar have liquidated all stock assets at Capital Exchange and withdrawn the lindens (it was never a high amount to begin with) which led me to believe this was happening. I also received chat logs from certain people stating this was happening, but Capital Exchange has little recourse in these situations and cannot act upon rumors alone.

Please note that I requested that current AAS shareholders at Capital Exchange be given the option to receive buybacks for what the IPO price per share was, but have not received a reply. I will strive to get the people behind the Stevie Cooperstone avatar to give some type of refund before this matter is closed finally, but I’m not optimistic this will happen.

For the record, these are just some of the exchange rules that were violated at this "meeting" and why I am supporting the delistment of AAS:

1) Proper notice of a meeting was not given to shareholders, including what was going to be voted upon at the meeting.
2) Members who are not AAS shareholders were allowed to vote on the AAS delistment.
3) Proper time was not given to shareholders about the holding meeting, with the wrong date being given.
4) Proper ethics were greatly lacking with the entire process, including not allowing any input from AAS shareholders except for the two people that control the CEO shares.

Anyone that has AAS shares will unfortunately have to contact the AAS CEO avatar Stevie Cooperstone about getting their investment lindens back. I am very disappointed with the actions of the two people behind the avatar Stevie Cooperstone (who either one or the other control or have controlled the Cindy Vichan, Chandice Slafford, AdamWintz Resident, Giant Earthboy, and other avatars at Capital Exchange) because I was told numerous things over the last 6 months that turned out to be untruthful. I was always skeptical of what they said to me, but gave them the benefit of the doubt, however I feel AAS delisting is the only solution to this long saga with the people behind Graves Apothecary & More and Advanced Avatar Solutions.

Effective immediately, Advanced Avatar Solutions is taken off the trading board at Capital Exchange. Anyone that has questions, please contact me via IM in-world or you can e-mail me at nyrounder@aol.com. Thank you.

AAS 4th QUARTER REPORT

All things considered, I feel AAS has had a great 4th quarter. With the continued development of network sales, the financial report reflects the ongoing endeavors of AAS to perpetuate income increases. New projects are under continued development. The ending quarter of 2012 is ending on a positive note and the total sales show a lot of work has been accomplished. The dividend issued of $114,964 is the largest paid out by AAS. With the halting of AAS during a portion of December, stock sales took a dramatic hit. AAS was still recouping with slow sales the last month of the quarter. The work by AAS and its dedicated staff brought in the influx of sales which helped offset the adversities suffered in December. Network sales are continuing. Fourth quarter report posted as follows:

October 2012

Income = 201,445 L$
Expense = L$93,859
Profit = L$53,127
Dividend = L$53,127

November 2012

Income = 249,450 L$
Expense = 134,486 L$
Profit = 114,964 L$
Dividend = 114,964 L$

December 2012

Income = L$130,750
Expense = L$129,176
Profit = L$1,574
Dividend = L$0

Thank you for your kind words. I do work very hard to try and protect all shareholders (and listed companies too). Note that there is no evidence of "money laundering" here, and while it looks like the original GAP company is some kind of scam now, AAS is not. Please refer to my post as a new thread in the AAS Forum. Thanks.

Because if AAS is going to eventually delist, it should not be traded here anymore because as I previously stated that's not fair to people buying AAS thinking it's staying as a listed company.

To All:

Last night and this morning I had communication with people involved with AAS. I ask everyones patience as I am working on a solution to find common ground. I am optimistic that trading for AAS will resume soon, and that we can work together. I and/or Stevie will give more details shortly. Thank you for your understanding.

In response to your comment: I apologize that I had to temporarily freeze your account and others that share your IP Address until I learned what was going on, but again as I already stated I stand by this decision.

Thanks for the apology. I want to make it clear though. There are only two active accounts at Capex from my IP address. Mine and my brothers. I do not hold any shares with any other avi's than these two. Your statement is a bit misleading and I want to make this clear for anyone following this thread. You did not contact anyone at my IP address to clarify anything.

As I have previously stated a few times now in this thread as well as in correspondences with your relative (which I'm sure have been shared with you already), accounts with certain shared IP Addresses were halted until I received an answer about recent events. Just scroll up and a detailed explanation has already be provided.

There is no need to post a partial transaction record. As previously stated, I think everyone following this thread understands I'm saying it was a combination of numerous actions of about 8 avatars associated with the two companies, not just a transaction or transactions between you and RainbowGirl Galaxy. In addition I received numerous chat logs with information and I chose to act upon it as a precaution. I stand by my actions fully. I never said that you or RainbowGirl Galaxy share dumped. Furthermore, the halt was for a few hours - not for any extended period of time.

I placed a limit sell order for 5000 shares of AAS and a p2p for 30,000 shares. I needed money to get my car fixed. I withdrew the money from Capex once they were sold. I would not have sold otherwise.

Skip froze my account for the transactions listed below without even talking to me first. As a matter of fact, he did not speak to me at all about it. Someone please tell me what is wrong with this picture.The p2p shares were sold to someone that contacted me and wanted to buy them. What is the big deal? Does anyone see a reason to freeze this account? Investors beware. This could happen to you too.

Mitch Spiritor is a shareholder in GXY. He is my RL/SL brother and I manage his account. Below are listed the sell transactions of GXY for his account in the month of NOV. This account was frozen for these transactions. What is the problem? Mitch has over 1 million shares. Why freeze this account over selling 19000 shares? Would you call this share dumping?

Re: Trading halts & rumors of new exchange http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/AAS/7310
1) Yes, I froze your account and others connected to the two companies that had trading halted for about 12 hours until I was able to find out what was going on, and I stand by my decision to do so.

2) The temporary trading halt was also for GXY, not just AAS.

3) I never said your transaction withdrawals alone were over L$1,000,000. I said avatars connected to the two companies withdrawals were over L$1,000,000.

4) You or anyone else does not have the right to "dump shares" to others at any price. I wanted to verify that wasn't happening because some P2P's recently were for below the active trading price averages. After a phone call from someone, I was satisfied that share dumping was not happening, and I restarted trading and unfroze all accounts in question. I define share dumping as the deliberate selling of shares below market value to just raise lindens at any cost with an ulterior motive - not the normal selling of shares which everyone has the right to do here, including you. I apologize that I had to temporarily freeze your account and others that share your IP Address until I learned what was going on, but again as I already stated I stand by this decision.

5) Capital Exchange isn't a joke at all. As everyone knows I take things here very seriously. You have been complaining to me for quite some time, and you have a right to your opinions. If you wish to continue to sell your shares in any company listed here, that would be your right to do so.

Re: Trading halts & rumors of new exchange http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/AAS/7310
I am the only large shareholder that sold shares of AAS. I did a p2p to a current investor. I looked at my transactions and it was not even close to 1 million. As a matter of fact, it was less than 100,000. Lets get the story straight. You froze my account. I did nothing wrong. I am an investor of AAS. I am not connected to AAS any other way. I have the right to buy and sell shares to whomever I choose.

This Exchange is a joke. If I can find a buyer for the remaining shares I currently own, I will be out of here faster than lightning. I am so tired of the BS here.

Re: Trading halts & rumors of new exchange http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/AAS/7310
I feel I must reply to your post.

1) CapEx halted AAS because you stated in an IM to me that you were delisting AAS. I am not going to have any stock traded here that is planning a delistment. That is not fair to Capital Exchange shareholders that buy a stock, because their shares will eventually not be at Capital Exchange. So your statement is 100% false.

2) I did not feel it was fair to AAS shareholders to allow an SPO until the company paid dividends based on the original L$250,000 GAP IPO which AAS shares came from, as well as the L$750,000 in Owner Shares (1,000,000 shares total) that were also created. After it was demonstrated that you paid a certain amount of dividends, I said I would support an SPO as long as a majority of share votes for AAS approved it as well. After I said it was OK to do an SPO, you told me you didn't wish to do one (it was very recent I typed this) so the choice is yours at this point not to do an SPO, which is your right.

3) The "certain irregularities" were certain people connected to your company selling large amounts of shares, and withdrawing a large amount of lindens, which to date exceeded over L$1,000,000 within the last 30 some-odd days. These included P2P sales below what the stocks were trading at on the open market. I feel this temporary halt of AAS and another company were totally justified until I learned the details of what was going on through a phone call with someone you are working with.

This has nothing to do with a rules violation at this point. It's simply a trading halt because you have told me via IM within Second Life that you are delisting AAS. If you give me permission, I will copy and paste the exact IM you sent to me stating this so everyone can see for themselves.

So in summary, AAS is in control of this trading halt, and the trading halt will not be lifted until you inform me via e-mail or IM that AAS is not delisting from Capital Exchange. This will cancel your previous IM to me that AAS was delisting. Thank you.

Re: Trading halts & rumors of new exchange http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/AAS/7310
I must add I am extremely concerned over the forum entry claiming "certain irregularities." NO CapEx rules have been broken. No formal request to delist or halt AAS has been given to CapEx. To even suggest at impropriety shakes me to the core. I have been judicious in following every CapEx rule. The "certain irregularities" statement is an afront on all levels.

To those of you who are wishing to have access to your shares in AAS, I must suggest that you take that subject up with Skip as to why he chose to halt an active, functioning company on the CapEx exchange and deny you options regarding your shares. CapEx was advised - by me - that a copy of any statement to delist AAS would be provided in advance of posting to Skip which I felt an appropriate courtesy.

To sum up the above:
AAS is responsible to its shareholders. AAS cannot control a halt situation brought on by CapEx choices. AAS can make decisions to advance its operations and increase its revenue in any fashion it deems appropriate. No impropieties have existed. No CapEx rules have been violated during my CEO tenure. No official request to delist AAS has been given to CapEx. The halting of AAS was a choice originating through CapEx. I plan to post the financial report and dividends on 12-15-2012 provided the halt is lifted.

Per mention above, I see a stock exchange comprised of AAS networks as an appropriate sales tool for AAS to sell & generate revenue. This in turn provides more revenue for its shareholders. If you wish to check out this marketing tool, created to sell networks, you can do so at:

My only comments are going to be that I halted trading for GXY and AAS for certain irregularities. After I spoke to some people on the phone and was given certain assurances about what was going on, I restarted trading for GXY and AAS.

After I received a correspondence from the AAS CEO, I halted trading for AAS. I will let the AAS CEO explain further as she said she was going to inform everyone.

If you want further information about the actions of me and Capital Exchange, feel free to contact me privately. Thank you.

Trading halts & rumors of new exchange http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/AAS/7310 As I understand it, AAS has started a new stock market simulation game and intends to somehow move the player/investors of AAS to the new simulation game.
As a player/investor that has, so far, only agreed to play Capital Exchange under it's rules, I am eager and curious to hear how AAS intends to remove me and my lindens from the CapEx simulation game and somehow issue me shares in a new simulation game owned by AAS that I have not even seen the rules to, let alone agreed to without so much as a forum debate or player/shareholder vote or, offering an option to purchase my existing AAS shares at a fair market price based on prices before work on this new exchange began when only insiders knew what was going to happen.
With the soft SL & RL economy and a resulting soft and lackluster Capital Exchange, I am extremely curious to hear the strategy of opening yet another exchange that does nothing but spread investment capital even thinner and weaken CapEx as well as other exchanges and money markets within Second Life. Offering to exchange current AAS CapEx shares for more new shares exacerbates the issue by flooding 2 weak markets with yet even more shares. This stock market simulation game assumes that all listed companies are publicly held and traded companies. When you shut out those shareholders and send the company in such a radical direction without notice, debate and, vote, it damages investor confidence and the trust they have instilled in the CEO's, Board Members, CapEx and it's CREC as well as other investment simulations.

Work is in progress on software for land auctions. A new land sign device has been developed for land buyers to get land information, purchase properties or rent lands. A system for training and certifying real estate agents is in place.

Other sources of continuing income have occurred. These include the start up development for a group of private investors for an Adult Network. Re: Financial Reports; for CEO Posting Only http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/AAS/3338 3rd QUARTER, 2012

Advanced Avatar Solutions (AAS) has worked this month to construct the Graves Bloodlines Ballroom which is created as an outlet to distribute and sell Galaxy Corporation (GXY) products. It is available for use by all groups in both Bloodlines Network and also by those in Fashion Network. An additional project is the creation of group networks developed for use by various groups such as estate groups. Blood banks have been set up associated with established clans and sales are going well. It has been necessary to rebuild the inventory at these locations based on sales depleting the inventory at these locations. AAS has paid expenses including rentals through December, 2012 and tier into January, 2013. This strategy allows AAS to concentrate on bringing in profits for remainder of the year. Bloodlines sales are going nicely and next month's report should be an encouraging one for AAS shareholders.

It might be better to keep the finances running as calendar months. The point of the cutoff for quarterly financials being the 20th is to allow time for them to be collated and confirmed between the month end and the publishing date.

AAS Financial AUG 2012 Report 5th to 20th http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/AAS/3338
AAS has implemented the newly created bloodslines products and services which have proven to be an admirable success. Also, alliances being built with bloodlines clans have helped to increase blood revenue services. Additionally, AAS staff is now selling Fashion Newtwork cash registers supplied by Galaxy Corporation. More sales are already pending. Sales plans are in place to elevate future AAS profits and the numbers reflected in this report below should encourage stockholders for the future of AAS.

This report is complying with cut-off date of the 20th on quarerly reports and AAS has adopted our montly reporting from 20 -19th of each month.

Now that AAS is becoming more profitable, plans are to stop receiving loan payments from Cindy Vichan.

Dividends are scheduled on this report. Since dividend payments include the CEO, I have decided to use my total dividend to repay loan to Cindy Vichan. This will NOT impact the dividend payments to shareholders, but will improve the company financial portfolio. I plan to continue this with any future dividends I receive as a means of boosting AAS.

News Story: AAS - FINANCIAL REPORT, JULY 2012 http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/AAS/6730
It is expected that AAS will continue its growth pattern. The large expense explained above will decrease now that locations are acquired and necessary static products are acquired. There will be some continued expenses for products needed to run various services whereby profit is generated.

Income:
Sales/Bloodlines - $16, 273L

Expense:
Land - $1,500L
Advertising/AMF web - $1200
Salary - FAS - $10,000L
Rent - $4,536
Mainland tier - $6175
Products - $14,296L

Total expenses - $37,707

Profit - -$21,434

----------------------------
Loan from Galaxy Corporation (by Cindy Vichan)
Total to date $80,926L
-----------------------------

Also, a loan is outstanding which must be repaid in logical increments. A plan is being considered to request CapEx lift its ban on AAS applying for an SPO in order to repay that loan with few months operating capital. AAS, formerly GAP, was an almost defunct company when I became CEO. It has been worked very hard and pulled to what it is today, having a profit status and assests of value. The next step is to cross into full profit capability and into dividend status.

Re: News Story: AAS - GRAVES BLOODLINES - BLOOD BANK SERVICES http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/AAS/6652
The interest for the service is high. We have already set meetings with various clan leaders who wish to enlist our services for their individual clans. We have other Bloodline items selling of which the blood itself is proving to be very popular. Our new castle store has a dungeon with "life needs" for vampires, werewolves, etc. The first floor has a huge selection of bloodline style clothing. Other areas have same style pictures for sale. I am posting a financial report soon to give a look at what is happening with AAS. This is the very forward thrust in the plans for AAS which we have been discussing, taking AAS from its former ineffective operation to an active plan for profits.

I invite you to go by the Bloodlines Castle Store and check it out. I promise you will be impressed.

Thank you for your interest. It is reassuring when AAS shareholders are watching what is happening.

Re: News Story: ADVANCED AVATER SOLUTIONS (AAS) - 2nd Quarter 2012 F http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/AAS/6570
The issue with bloodlines was that our system is designed as an open directory and marketplace for a network (grid or group).

Bloodlines has clans where only the members should see the directory and marketplace. I have started to build a server for the clan leaders to manage who has access to the directory, but when GAP went to a different direction it was put on hold.

Fashion Network will gain more users faster with less additional programming, so the fashion network is the current project.

Bloodlines will come back to life as soon as I get time to program the server and test it.

Working around the clock now, and low on capital, but we have faith this will be a huge success.

Thanks Garryt62 for all your support and interest in our products and services.

Cindy.

Re: AAS_Trading Halted http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/AAS/6366
I understand AAS will be halted with the buy order situation. However, I took this company on as CEO, with little to no involvement by former company leaders, with no company financial balance, and with a seal on applying for SPO funds. Therefore, I am using every dollar I can acquire to boost sales, hire sales force and try to push AAS into a dividend paying company. Those are a huge set of hurdles to overcome and I truly do not see the money or purpose for buy orders at this stage of AAS's business plan.

I like to view this picture as one where I became CEO, stock was basically rock bottom, I demonstrated a true interest in what was GAP (now AAS), worked to show the stockholders a positive picture with action, and they saw the reality of what AAS is capable of accomplishing. With all this, stock value rose from a shareholder confidence. Those I consider playing the "game" of apparent halting AAS stock will get no further notice by me. I have notified stockholders the halting has nothing to do with the value AAS is building. And to those of you who enjoy drama of this type... Stevie Cooperstone, AAS, CEO is totally disinterested in your drama. She is entirely too busy making AAS a business to reckon with. And, to the AAS shareholders who have sent words of encouragement and approval, both in the forum and privately, thank you.
