Let's assume that given WMDC's ability to market solely by being on the exchange, we can sell 5 cars a day, with an average price of 2000L. 5 x 2000 x 365 =3,650,000L. Of course, we only get 55% of that, which would make our gross profit around 2,007,500L annually. Now let's go to the extreme and say we pay a full sim's worth of tier a month. That would be $295 x 275 (conversion rate) x 12 = 973,500L. Our annual net profit before salaries, marketing expenses, etc would be 1,034,000.

This does not include:
Land Assets
Profits generated by the finance department
Profits from Car rental

Sounds like a good deal to me, unless you don't think we can sell 5 cars a day.

Also has there been any market research to evaluate the demand for sales vs rental. Or on what marketing techniques would work to draw buyers?
