<![CDATA[ Re: Nov. 4th Shareholder Meeting]]> http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/XXX/2347
we had our shareholders meeting as intended, present at that meeting were Farqot Gustafson (DFH Westland Investments), Ferre Howlett, Mateo Infiniti and myself for the shareholders group. Also present were Debbie Quitessa(TTR General Manager), Robyn Okelly(Kumbora Enterprises COO)and Sable Heartsdale(Lai's Club Manager).

Topics of Discussion:

-Sim design and occupancy

We agreed to establish a team that will re-design and at the same time make effort to rent the stores. Initially we will focus achieving 20750$L/week to ensure survival. The team will be announced shortly.

-Financials

This has been a problematic area...TTR currently has a 373000L$ debt and this translates into a low shareholder equity. Plain terms...XXX shares are worth 0.04L$

I am reducing XXX total debt owned by 9% or 33570, to L$339430.

I offered to transfer Temptation II and all its contents to XXX asset portfolio. Details of the transfer are still being considered.

Temptation monthly tier is also a priority and I also announced that Kumbora Enterprises will no longer finance XXX operations as of November 23rd.

My succession was also discussed.

here for another update... first Tracy Rubble has resigned for health reasons. So the position is open atm.

Still with live events every Tuesday at 3pm SLT and events during the week, have been fun.

Financials, rent at 12%... even with 31k in traffic from bots and campers...

Temptations II, is 90% finished, with a transporter and toys on hold, result of tier increase. The future of this sim is being evaluated.

Shareholder meeting...still November 4, 4PM SLT.

NEXT POST ON NOVEMBER 06.

<![CDATA[ Temptations Resort Expansion]]> http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/XXX/2274
I will in this thread clarify the current expansions and asnwer some questions. There are 2 elements to consider, XXX and Kumbora Enterprises.

Kumbora Enterprises is a company that I solely own.
Its main focus is real estate development. Kumbora assets include 3 mainland sims (Routley, Shrikhande, Anise),1 Island (Rivington), 2 OpenSpace sims(Temptation II, Temptation III)and 24000sq/m of scattered land in mainland.
I do not intend to make Kumbora a publicly trading company or share its ownership.
Kumbora has investments in entertainment, retail and product development. This practice is aligned with Kumbora main business. The 28.6% stake at XXX is part of Kumbora's portfolio.

There are 2 Openspace sims located beside Temptation and the forecast is that more will come, if the demand continues to arise. These sims are Kumbora assets and XXX does not have any direct finacial benefit derived from them. Temptation II is being built as a common area for entertainment activities that do not have sufficient space at Temptation, i.e...boating,glidding,romantic walk, etc. A wedding/party area is also included. Temptation III is a private residential.

What is in for XXX ?

XXX is now part of a 150000L$ estate development project and is already engaged ( come to the sim and see for yourself), look into next month financials under salaries and if you didn't notice yet, there has been 1 live performance each week since TTR birthday party and the plan is to continue it for the next 3 months. All of TTR staff is part of the Kumbora's human resource pool and consigned to TTR.

Tropical Temptations Resort is part of Kumbora's marketing budget, which means that it will be included into Kumbora's service mix.

Well...going a litle further, my intention is to allow XXX to do well on its own merits the sooner the better. XXX will pay its debt and make us all a wad of cash.

If anybody have any questions or suggestions please contact me inworld e-mail HUFF_SL2007@HOTMAIL.COM or use the forum.

<![CDATA[ Re: Official Weekly Update - For CEO Posting Only]]> http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/XXX/289
here for another not so weekly post bu nevertheless, with exciting stuff to talk about.

We appointed Tracy Rubble as COO as announced previously. Great person to work with and knows SL as few do.Tracy preparing and setting up TT's 1 year bash.

Temptations II, our second sim, sort of, lol. The open sim actually belongs to Kumbora Enterprises, which I own. Some folks have asked me what Kumbora have to gain by lending the sim to Temptations Resort, my aswer have been that TTR and Kumbora do not have any financial arrangement and Kumbora is developing the sim in accordance with TTR specifications. Actually TTR has more to gain in aspects of advertising power and traffic as well...there are 3 more sides to Temptations, 3 more opportunities.

Now TTR will be able to take advantage of Kumbora's 6500/week advertizing budget and with that we expect to increase rentals in October.

Finalizing, I want to talk about participation from the shareholders. So far the audience gets a 10 for silence, will credit that towards passive participation. I do not want to spend my time writting stuff that nobody reads it and since the participation in this forum have been abysmal, I will encourage the shareholders to voice their opinion in this forum if they believe that is necessary for me to post anything here every week. Once again, your silence will mean to me that it is not neccessary for me to post anything other than the financials.Besides that, I'm looking for people interessted in helping landscaping Temptations II. Please IM me.

...financials...o...have that one as well. I really encourage you to read and understand the financial numbers that are posted. Despite what has been happening lately, traffic and rental sales is what brings profit to the table and right now we don't have both. If this trend continues for another 2 or 3 months, maintaining this business will be unsustainable.

That is it for now folks...don't forget the party Sept 25th at 1pm slt.

<![CDATA[ Re: Official Weekly Update - For CEO Posting Only]]> http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/XXX/289
this last month was more like the "monthly" post for me. Hectic month of August for me in RL and it doesn't seem to ease until December. I have spent some time in world to oversee the situation as best as possible.

Well, the down side of the swing again. Even though I know that things like that are bound to happen, it just sucks...Temptations Resort occupancy had a great start to 30% and is at 16% right now; partly because of the reduction in traffic. We initiated renting each store on its own parcel to allow the store owner to manage the search, advertizing and teleporting aspects of the store, thoe who rented like that have said that this feature is great and that between 10 satelite stores only Temptation and another 1 had that feature. TTR is offering value for the tenant.

3 houses were available for rent...1 is rented. ZOOMP is operating and I am looking for people who are willing to operate the Courtyard (classy) and ( . Y . )'s, the soon to be famous strip club...

Another news is that I'm searching for a COO, whose responsibilities will encompass store parcel alocation and the marketing effort.

<![CDATA[ Re: Official Weekly Update - For CEO Posting Only]]> http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/XXX/289

First thing is… Temptations is doing well!!!! –not yet where we want to be but the progress is remarkable. Occupancy is at 30% and the trend is that those who rent bring others right after… people really like the sim as it was designed and the word is spreading around… so far the cash is coming in quite nicely and our vendors are selling, which is the most important.

Well, not everything is that “rosy”… the transition that we’re going through has a price tag and right now is at L$220000. Was L$270000 yesterday and I will tell you why in a second.

I will share with you all at this point, that besides countless hours that we all have put into this effort, the fact that XXX has always been in good standing with LL in regards to tiers and payments to our staff, stems from Dimitri’s and my personal financial involvement. This debt to date is as follows as posted:

Huff Huldschinsky – L$167000 +9% interest
Dimitri Gasser – L$36800 +9%interest
Zaldar Rodhe – L$50000 ( offer to pay sim rebuild)

= L$272000

Zaldar and I have agreed that I should stop insisting that he gets paid for his work and he is not accepting to be paid L$50000 for his services. This brings TTR debt to L$220000.

The call is still out to all shareholders to join in and help raising the occupancy up to 90% within 30 days… at 90% occupancy great things will happen and I guarantee it.

Question out of the blue: A wedding chapel at TTR? With an Elvis priest?

And just as I say to everybody who approaches me lately, I will pay you 5% of the total rent on a store for each vendor you bring to rent from us. It will be the same when we put the skyboxes to rent.

The focus is no longer on bots and high traffic numbers as it is no longer helpful. working to dominate the organic search and paid classifieds for keywords that will bring in qualified buying traffic to support our vendors is where those energies would be better directed.

I believe huff is aware of this, and with the most recent structure change with XXX completed. I expect this will be one of the focuses within the new team.

<![CDATA[ Re: Official Weekly Update - For CEO Posting Only]]> http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/XXX/289
I know that I'm late on my weekly post but I have a good reason... as some of you may be aware, Dimitri and I closed a deal that involved share transfer a huge number... 500k and consequently, the change on the formal ownership of the Temptation sim; the deal only became effective as LL transferred the sim, which only occurred tonight. So I waited.

However, the most important event last week was the official opening of the Tropical Temptations Resort. This event came to crown all our efforts to build a truly remarkable place. The half way milestone is laid down and on top of it is written... "Believe and Trust". This has been what these past 4 months has been about to our staff, friends and supporters.

This is the opportunity to publicly acknowledge and express my deepest gratitude to the people whose contributions were timely, appropriate and in some cases, essential. I usually don’t like to mention names, fearing to miss someone, if you believe that I omitted your name please let me know, for now here are some of them…

Starys Sands and Bart Bindley, TTR host and DJ Manager respectively. Both and their teams stayed and kept the flame going even when there was nothing but a bare land empty sim; their countless hours enabled us to keep events going and improving whenever possible during the transition to the skyclub and back and two sim rollback in between.

Zaldar Rhode, CEO of Zhenya Zoning Real Estate; the person who designed and built the new TTR. Zaldar prepared a small scale version of the sim and went on to build it as planned and within a time frame that really impressed me.

Fahrqot Gustafson, Yew Tone and all shareholders who participated with their insight and vote of confidence.

SLCAPEX, through Bogart Beck, Arbitrage Wise and Cash Younan for their guidance and support through this turnaround.

I have an immense respect for these people and will continue to strive to be and do the best I can for TTR, its shareholders and the financial community in general and keep deserving their confidence.

Thank you,

Huff Huldschinsky

<![CDATA[ Congratulations!]]> http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/XXX/2107
today I announced TT official opening and in case you missed, it will happen July 31 2008 starting at 5PM. All staff will be there, singers, DJ's, dancers, etc...

Great week overall. The revenue is improving, staff is very motivated and for the first time I decided to give a try on the idea of enabling people to come to our sim and get paid for it... To summarize, IT WAS A BLAST... paid from my own resources but seeing that sim with 80, yes 80!!! people chatting and roamming around, shopping and all, was priceless. Some of our current vendors came to see for themselves and were very happy with our gesture, some of the vendors retributed by generously tipping the staff. As a matter of fact this practice will continue, albeit sporadically. The main concern at the moment has more to do with the impact of the number of people and the performance of the sim...between real people and bots, some tests that we did during the past week showed us that we can fill that sim with 100 avi's, but it was very difficult to have any fun for the time they were in the sim. 80 people is ok and right now we're set at 50.

The next stage of the Project Renaissance is to develop skyboxes and rent them. This initiative is open to partnership...

The nomination process for the BoD is in its due course and the time for this process will end July 31 as announced.

The store rent drive is still in full swing, we sent our people scouring the grid for potential renters, some of them banned from some sims...lol, I guess it's part of the job isn't? ---The call is still out--If we can rent 75% of our stores and carts within 15 days it will be a major boost and for that to happen I’m calling on every single shareholder to flex their networking muscles and bring folks to rent…

<![CDATA[ Re: Official Weekly Update - For CEO Posting Only]]> http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/XXX/289
Back here for a weekly post, even though I previously announced our initiative to select and vote a BoD. This process btw is in its first stage and I already have some…actually 2 very strong candidates.

I’m very optimistic about this process and its outcome. I believe that whoever is voted to join XXX as a director of the board will be able to participate and improve our core principles of governance. Principles that I am putting into a charter and will submit to the board for the “test of fire”. That is the expectation that I have regarding our future directors, a broad set of skills that will enable XXX to operate on solid management principles and setup for profit.

Stage 1 of project Renaissance is in its last part, which is…THE OFICIAL OPENNING!!! We are still putting together something nice for people to see and enjoy; a nice set of stores surrounding 3 completely different venues, “ZOOMP CLUB”, a general public meeting place, “CLIMAXXX”, yes… that one is back, a strip club that is worth its name and… “???”… LOL the last place we still don’t have a name for it and want to put a contest out…please go to the sim and take a look, let me know what you think : ) ….will announce the opening date as soon as available.

The reality folks, is that we started this process some time ago and since then the stream of people joining the effort have grown substantially and I’m not talking about the number of people, I refer to the caliber and quality of the people who have joined us. I will dedicate a whole post to these people and their contributions.

Well, we’re half way and even though red is the dominant colour in our balance sheet; it will not stay that way for long… I’m still working on the financial strength of XXX, a lot of meetings and discussions but nothing new on that front. If we can rent 75% of our stores and carts within 15 days it will be a major boost and for that to happen I’m calling on every single shareholder to flex their networking muscles and bring folks to rent…

Just got back into the system after a small hiccup in my RL.

When to check out the island. I guess it looks nice. Different, but nice.

Good luck in filling it up. Kinda empty....not even a bot.

Which also brings me to this question. What program are you running your bot on these days? Just curious for my own info.

Thanks again. And good work...

project Renaissance is in full swing and going as planned. The main area is 80% completed and to those who still have not visited the site, please do so, you will be amazed. Zaldar has done an amazing job in taking that sim to the next level...

This is the first part of our expansion, the upper level is still up and it will be up for the long term. The plan is to allow private functions to take place in that venue. Over the next week we will be offering the shops and other amenities to the public.

ZOOMP....that is the name of TT new club and we will pre-open it this Tuesday at 6PM... for 2 hours we will be able to enjoy good music and stroll around the sim...

Just another thing...I have a mission statement for TT. The idea of a mission statement has been in my mind for some time and now I believe is a god time to let it out to the troops...for those not familiar with mission statements, it is a statement that summarizes the reason of "being", the synthesis of what we want to achieve and how we want to be perceived as a company and is our compass as well. SO here it is...

Zaldar has been remarkable in supporting TT all along. His no-nonsense and direct aproach has greatly facilitate my efforts. I met Zaldar about two weeks ago or maybe three, he as many other people offered to help TT and as usual, I asked him to show me how he could help. Zaldar created a small scale of what you can see today at Temptations and that impressed me a lot. I have imense respect for Zaldar's expertise, insight and overall "good guy" nature.

Hydra and everyone related to it is a non issue to me. As far as I am concerned, they're unfair competitors. I or TT never had any conection with them.

It means we were right. Friendship mixed with business is a good thing! Congrads Kubi, Bamf and Casi with keeping Hydra in Popular Places even with the threats you have had to endure with Dimitri.

Huff get over yourself ... you know nothing of Bamf. We all can tell you're kinda useless by looking at how you've taken care of Temptations.

Sad... if we 4 were still with Temptations I know good and well it would be in Popular places and it would be running major events and it would be great!

So to all shareholders.. wanna come where you wont have to lose your money... hop over to H**** I***** and come hang out with us and have fun! Join the group so you'll know when to come! We promise no Drama! and you wont lose any money! :)

Oh Huff thats a plug! Not what Bamf did. Now you know the difference?

Learning and moving on, to some, is part of life...There is no crazyness anymore. There is indeed a deep commitment by a group of people who have the vision and the belief that TT has the potential to grow and prosper.

This secondary public offering is geared towards people who are interested in growing this business, owing it and making it thrive... The project Renaissance is a response to these investors and to those who can grasp the magnitude of the project in itself; is not for the speculators. There is no "quick buck" here.

Sceptcism is good as long as it doesn't hinder our foresight. There is an opportunity, a plan and an open door... you either come in or you don't...

<![CDATA[ Re: Official Weekly Update - For CEO Posting Only]]> http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/XXX/289

another week went by and we continue our quest to make TT a true landmark in the entertainment scene in SL. Even though the financial situation regarding our books is not resolved yet, this week has been very positive in a sense that some people, driven by the challenge to make TT thrive again or by the prospect of a good investment opportunity, have come forward with an array of options and offers.

This re-inforced my belief that TT has impacted people along these months and that the potential for this young enterprise is huge. Tropical Temptations has value to those who can value a company that has the purpose to catter to a vast segment of our economy in SL.

The good news so far is that TT will not go into liquidation anytime soon. This decision was taken after considering the love and consideration shown by some people along our journey.

To the Top

<![CDATA[ Notice to all Shareholders]]> http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/XXX/1984
this not the type of tread I like to write but there is no other way around and I must be as transparent and candid possible.

Is it known that since last period, Temptations has endured a massive reduction in revenues and even though we made progress on maximizing staff payroll and events, we're still far away from "PROFIT LAND". The initiatives to fill the stores did not flare as we expected, resulting in an even larger operating capital deficit...layman's term...WE ARE BROKE. The company is in insolvency, which means having more liabilities (tier & staff) than revenue.

Some companies would in this instance declare bankruptcy, which would basically amount to LL deactivating the sim in our case. The tier must be paid in the coming days and there is a 55000 deficit, to address this immediate concern I will finance 40000 and Dimitri will finance 15000. These amounts will be converted to new shares that will be issued and added to the current stockpile at the 0.70L$/share price.

The medium term plan that I propose and open for debate with all shareholders involve:

1. Dividing the sim in half and subdivide between land and water. The water portion would be located right under the sky platform and accordingly, will contain 7500 prims. The other half, the part on land, will be subdivided in 8 parcels measuring 4096m2 with 937 prims each, all having its own waterfront. We will rent this parcels at tier cost.
2. Rent the stores at a promo rate of about 25L PER week to allow traffic to increase and with that the rates as well.

Traffic and top 20 update : I publicly admit that I have made efforts to increase the number of bots from 60 to 90 to enable us to do the traffic and top20 thing but my “ol’clanker pc” that I have for spare will not get more than 10 at a time, so while I’m the CEO of TT , we will only achieve top20 or anything close to it, by the virtue of our efforts in attracting REAL traffic and deserve to be recognized as an enterprise that can offer more than shop stalls.

In closing, I am leaving the door wide open for constructive dialogue and debate. I will also consider business propositions that will be beneficial for the business.

Sincerely,

Huff Huldschinsky, CEO/CFO Tropical Temptations

<![CDATA[ Re: Official Weekly Update - For CEO Posting Only]]> http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/XXX/289
Here we go again...another week has passed and amidst a hectic week, we have very good news...Fishing is giving us revenue!!!!-fun thing to do, these fishing tourneys or turnys as said in the group notices are really entertaining, I gave it a try along with Bartley, our DJ Manager, just to catch a litle starfish and the bottom part of a swim suit...really!!!

During the week I also had to rely on a rollback to return some objects that were inadvertently returned (or not) to its owners during an attempt to desmantle the mall and start rebuilding. This was my sole initiative and was remediated as appropriate with the help of Starys and Bart.

We're still in the red, still not enough renters to the new mall and as an added campaign we will be, until this Friday, allowing vendors to set up shop for free* (conditions apply, see dealer for details, read the fine print and so on and so forth...) Basically we want to fill all those stalls even if it means letting them go for free.

Traffic....improved while we had the bots, from around 8000 REAL traffic we went to 14000-16000 With the bots. My secondary PC refuses to run more than 14 of them and at the moment I stopped using them at my own will.

Cash flow...red is still the colour of the day, even though we have some cash, unless we imrpove our cash intake by the 10th of June, we will not be able to cover the tier. As a contingency plan I secured financial arrangements that will enable us to continue afloat. This arrangement, if taken into effect, will become part of the company's medium/long term debt load.

Until next post,

Huff

Very empty, with the exception of the 9 bots I saw. Yes, I can tell the difference between bots and AFK.

Anyways, it looks nice.

Also, I went below to look at the sim. BTW, your security is either off, or it really stinks.

I'm curious as to what you are doing. It looks complete, just empty. What exactly do you need to renovate that will take 2 months?

Because it still looks nice, just not being used.

a week is passed since the last post and it really feels good to be able to put the head above water for a bit.

during this week we spent a great deal of time aligning our goals with the current situation and evaluating its feasibility.

Well, the outlook at the moment is not the best…a 62k deficit and only 1 revenue from rentals, which is highly dependent on traffic- The numbers game, more people coming to the sim will generate more people who will actually buy anything. So it’s a challenge to dig yourself out of this with creativity alone, and we have creativity, talented people and willingness to work hard and to be transparent.

We decided to scrap the sim as we know it. After consultations with some tenants, patrons and other people in general, the opinion was that the look at the moment does nothing to help in attracting new tenants and facilitate traffic. As a result, we opened the Sky Club 500m above the sim, where temporarily all events and stores will be held and located. I estimate to deliver the “new” Temptations in the next 2 moths.

During this time we will be working on the sim land and it will be off limits to anyone who is not authorized. Trespassers will be ejected by our security system.

<![CDATA[ Re: Official Weekly Update - For CEO Posting Only]]> http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/XXX/289
what a week...and not bad for a first week as CEO. Yours truly, loves a challenge and thrives on it.

Week started with solid plans to address our tenants concerns, which included tp points and stuff like that. We implemented a plan to reduce costs and enable us to return to positive cash flows, which included:

-events is scaled down from 14/week to 10.
-Reduction on # of dancers
-Optimization on rent/prim allowance
-Reduction on lag issues inside the mall... 5000+ scripts were probable cause.... and yes lag in there was horrible.
-Started design of skyboxes
-Started interior design of the inside club... we will attend the request of some people ( a lot of them actually) and remove that "hotel lobby" look.

If week was busy at that point, it became hectic around 8am Thursday morning...

I received an e-mail from Starys Sands, TT Host Manager, and was notified of the "disappearance" of TT...I was able to get out of my rl job...I am an office dude, grabbed my nb and had to get out of the building to get out of my co. LAN and log on sl via someone else’s wifi...anyway after arriving the sim was totally empty, bare sand and all.

Some folks were already there and after a couple of minutes the most amazing thing happened....amidst all the sadness (it really broke my heart to see the sim like that), confusion and anger... the survival and resilience mode took over, we simply decided that we want TT BACK UP ASAP

...while I had to go back to my rl work...Temptations staff, lead by Starys and Bartley Binder, TT DJ Manager, put a party area together and even sent a notice that read something like this "Party at Temptations...lag free"...it was the first time I laughed that day...no actually the first laugh was when Robwag noticed that TT was in the top 20 most popular places with 120k in traffic...all this with an empty sim... in this instance, LL is not to be blamed...I checked the search map today and now it is corrected.

E-mails kept pouring while I was away, from people who offered a tap on the back to people offering to actually rebuild the sim...by late that afternoon, Starys was swamped with folks pouring into the sim and partying in support..I offered then to put a prefab club up...went out...again...and put the club up...looked good.

Late that night Dimitri came in and building time came full force. Even though we could rely on a LL rollback, we were not in a mood to wait... elevated the club over 500m high and started landscaping and walling for some stores...ALL THIS WITHIN 12 HOURS!!!

Today at 12:11 LL was successful in a rollback. The sim is in the same shape and form as before and now we will resume our quest for the top...LL concierge and governance groups are still investigating the cause of what happened and I will leave it at that way...The result so far is that all the groups and what is in that sim truly belongs to TT or the tenants...accountability for whatever happens to this company is now solely on Dimitri's and my shoulders...

I will close this post on yet another positive tone...I'm very proud of our staff, shareholders, tenants and friends by the way that each and every one participated...from working incessantly through the wee hours to simply sending a nc.or an e-mail with the words... "let me know if I can help" ...a lot of folks really made my job a lot easier.

I will not mention names for fear of excluding some people, but to all of you, who truly care about what Temptations is about and came to lend a helping hand and support...my heartfelt THANK YOU... you will always have my deepest gratitude..

Sincerely,

Huff

95% of the items built on that sim belonged to those who have been banned. I know this only because I inspect about 90 % of the sim.

That being said, a rollback won't solve anything. Only about 5% would be returned.

Maybe a fresh, new start will get things rolling again.

And lets not forget that LL might have had a glitch in that server...... and all of this was purely accidental.

Still, you got to see the humor in this..........

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

You would be correct if you stated that 90% of the objects were CREATED by other people, many of whom are no longer with TT, however 100% of those items were group owned.

Second I don't know about the drama that is going on here, I just scanned that page, but if there is a roll back and you own something on the sim, that you don't want there. You also have to contact LL to remove your content, if you are banned from the sim. If you created it for the company, hopfully the company was smart enuogh to get it put in the group name or they have a contract with the owner that all object created on the sim are owned by the company. But if that is the case, it can still be removed by LL after the roll back the company would have to take it to the courts to get damages paid on the content being taken.

Just my 2L$, but Im assuming that is not the case and a roll back was already asked for.

PS LL can tell who did what on the sim before the content was wiped from the sim.

I will answer your plea and will for the last time direct my word to you. My attempts to interact with you were always met with arrogance, sarcasm and imbecility. Therefore, I have no respect for you whatsoever. I’ve muted you in world for that reason and will do the same here.

Even though you eloquently defended you and Casi in the last post, all your arguments are easily debatable and the allegations rumoring around are not unfounded. You admittedly used Casi's other alt to come to the sim,You have attacked and disrespected my patrons and on numerous occasions have confronted my staff during events and also disturbed the VIP group incessantly until I actually had to eject you…For which I got yet another stupid IM. I returned a small pineapple tip jar that belonged to you just to be threatened to have a LL tos violation against me… Bamf, there’s just so much bs I can take. I didn’t even finished reading what you wrote before muting you and frankly I don’t care about you or what you think you can do to me.

To Bamf, still did not understand what you expect from me, Dimitri or TT and I tought that I had made myself clear.I will assume that your tirade has something to do with you going through some sort of emotional healing caused by all this and will not write you off. Please use another post to really be smart about what you want from me, because I will not give another chance to you; and if being smart and positive is something that you find difficult to be at the moment, please do yourself a favor and chill out.next...Huff

This tread is still open here in this forum, you were unable to reply to it and yet, you expected me to go after you, to write your name and contact you…it will never happen. Instead, you prefer to use the thread made to release Temptations updates.

If there is any kind of decency in you, please do as you said, devote your time to your club and stop the drama, stop pestering my staff and live a good second life.

<![CDATA[ Re: Urgent - Temptations Sim ]]> http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/XXX/1893 More importantly, temptations getting wiped and people getting accused, thus be the primary reason for this entry.
As we all know, word travels fast within the screen of sl, so its no surprise it only took a matter of hours for my self to hear about the events at temptations, and the AMAZING theories that were to be carried with it!
I wont list them all, but i will clear up some major factors for those intrigued.
My self and my girlfriend (casi xi) are both banned from the area of temptation, and have been for quite some while. This was the decision made by dimitri. Which was only temporarily lifted for a share holders meeting, then swiftly imposed again.
Neither my self,or casi xi have or had anything to do with the dissaperance of temptations. We have more important things to worry about than a has been. Our own sim (hydra island, come check it!) is the most important thing to us at present, which is why we have not engaged in any of the share holders seats or posted within the forums.
Both of us spent 6 months building temptations up to what it was, only to see it fall hard. And its the people within the team i dislike, not temptations its self. Therefore im hardly gonna blatantly waste 6 months of my time by destroying it am i? (lets not forget that im not actuallly allowed there)
The best one i also heard is that i "hacked" my girls account and i used her avatar many times before? That one was a gooden. The person in question creating this theories should right fairy tales and make some money, cos shes not very good at her current job within sl. Neway,no i havent hacked accounts and turned into some super geek on the pc that im able to do that. So sorry people, you appear to be barking up the wrong tree!
I would also like to remind you all at this stage that slander and false accusations are not taken lightly, not by me, or by the Court services! I think you would rather not have to find that out!
And lastly! PLEASE!! for the love of god! If you have a problem with me and have something to say to me! Then do! Because not one single one of you have approached me ever with any of your problems with me. You feel the need to bitch about me to others and also to my girlfriend. Well shes as tired of it as i am. Grow some balls, type in my name! gimme what you got! and see where it gets you! You never know?!?!
I expect all the accusuations to stop and mindless chit chat to terminate also unless its said directly to my self, and i wish temptations and the staff the very best in trying to solve this uneasy situation.
Yours sincerly

Hi folks,

the initial shock is gone and the panic button was de-activated...yesterday was without a doubt a very difficult day and amidst all of what happened since yesterday, some things are certain:

All the staff, Dimitri and myself are committed more than ever into rebuilding Tropical Temptations.

Dimitri came last night and was submitted to the same surprise as all of us and sprung into action, into rebuilding Temptations. Dimitri will escalate this issue to LL concierge and inquire about a rollback.

The focus has shifted from finding who or what caused this situation into rebuilding and starting fresh. It doesn't mean that we abandoned our pursuit for the facts and the truth.

Dimitri has taken leadership into rebuilding and coordinating the vast amount of resources available to rebuild the sim, so he is a pseudo-COO. My responsibilities continues to be CFO/interim CEO and will continue to represent Temptations as such until further notice.

Tenants are of great concern to us; I will be meeting with the group this weekend to address their concerns. Some of them have approached me already and dialogue is constant and productive.

The sim area itself is off limits to outsiders and is under construction. The new club, a nice prefab from Voodoo Designs, is rezzed way above the sim to allow continuity during rebuild. Some stores will also be built in this area, come to check it out.

Until we normalize I will keep posting as news come to me. Other than that please feel free to contact me through this forum or e-mail. Our staff is directed to not answer questions of strategic nature or fuel speculations so be prepared to have a “bug off” as an answer if you try to bother them with this kind of topic

Did someone forget to pay the tiers on the sims?

Was it a mistake on LL part?

I see different things in place.....where are the buildings that were there? Did they belong to others?

Maybe it's just karma..........

stayed in the sim for about 1 hour and spoke to some folks who were drwn by the high traffic...yes , you read right, at the moment I was there it was noticed that Tropical Temptations was in the top 20 of the most popular places with over 110k in traffic... and there were only a dozen of people in the sim. Another question mark here.

Refreshing to know that supportive people came to help and we will certainly count on all help we can get. Right now, I'm still trying contact Dimitri, last contact with him was yesterday night. I placed a support ticket to LL for a rollback as an estate manager and am waiting for a reply.

Besides the inconvenience to our tenants and the uncertainty that this event created. There is a resolve to find what went wrong and repair the damage. Neither malice or technical failure will stand on our way to rise again.

this morning between 8 and 9am , tEMPTATIONS SIM WAS AFFECTED BY an event that returned all prims to its owners and vendors. The sim at the moment is completely empty.

I am at the site at the moment (10:10am) trying to figure out what happened, if a rollback we still don't know and will contact concierge ASAP... We are investigating the issue and will post back as soon as more information becomes available.

<![CDATA[ Re: Official Weekly Update - For CEO Posting Only]]> http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/XXX/289
This is my post as interim CEO for Tropical Temptations, I will be in this capacity until Dimitri returns.

The financials for the month of April were posted and as expected the numbers reflected exactly what happened during the last month, chaos. The erosion of revenue generated by store rentals was the major cause, coupled with increased expenditure in procuring and retaining good staff.

The business is still hemorrhaging as we still have a 36% occupancy rate and that is partly offset by the reduced staff number. There has been initiatives to encourage current tenants to stay with us and we will be implementing a program to attract more tenants.

We are improving the TP system and have optimized the area in the sim. The sky boxes were removed, as posted in this forum, and will be replaced as design&building ends and we improve our cash flow.

We are working to increase revenue with our "gentlemens & Ladies club" and party space rental..details will come shortly.
