I just wanted to post here that I've used
the Bizconnects.com service to successfully
Convert L$ to PED.

The staff was very helpful and responsive
to any of my questions and guided me through
the process.

I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Thanks!

Yep - you can deposit in L$ and withdraw in PED, USD, C$, ThereBucks etc. ---- and you can use the system to accept payments just like paypal on your website or via email!

We still have some growing to do & changes to make as time goes on - as this was not EXACTLY what the initial project looked like, but as of this moment I am exceptionally happy.

The payment system has been implemented on the v-rated website & there will be about 5 or 6 more sites that will begin accepting our payment system in the coming weeks. I believe that this will help growth dramatically.

We have plans for advertising in entropia & SL beginning later this week, and possibly Legend city, There, and Openlife immediately following as well as a google campaign.

Over the next few months we will be adding an ACH option ( e-check/direct deposit) to compliment the methods available right now & we MAY be removing Paypal as an option for deposits ( but we will leave it for withdrawals for the time being)

24 Hour LIVE ( on site, in world, and phone) customer service will be available By early next week.

This will go HAND in HAND with another project that will launch in the VERY near future - BOTH of these projects should propel NDX to completion with new investor funds from other platforms.

<![CDATA[ NDX Update]]> http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/NDX/2304
We have purchased an appartment within entropia for use as storage while trading on Club Never Die ( CND) we are currently making approximately $100 USD per week on trades so we are inching ever closer to our goal.

A few other notes.

Shares still have not been credited by Capex to our 2 larger investors accounts - I am not sure what the hold up is but I am sure that it is on the Capex end and NOT mine as I have complied with all that I was asked for. In any event if it is not taken care of soon, we will take action to rectify this issue.

Entropia is Growing at a breakneck speed - with several new "worlds" slated for introduction including a comedy club venue ( http://www.nextisland.com/ ) and a couple of MOVIE themed worlds - see story:

SEE Virtual Worlds, LLC, a new division of SEE Touring Attractions Inc. - the award-winning company behind many successful and innovative themed touring exhibitions, including Star Trek The Tour and Titanic Official Movie Tour - today announced a partnership with Mindark PE AB, the Swedish developer and creator of the Entropia Universe, to expand popular Hollywood properties into full, stand-alone virtual planets utilizing the Entropia Universe Virtual World Platform.

With these announcements Hangars are increasing again in price ( with one on auction for 260000 Ped ) Our Current "option" expires on the 20th and I am not sure at this time if he is willing to renew it because we have been locked in at 140,000 Ped for the last 5 months or so. I will keep you posted on the progress on this as I know something.

On a personal note I have been spending the majority of my free time in Entropia ( to trade) . RL has however been taking a lot of my time to try to get it back on track & as soon as things start smoothing out I will try to balance SL time and entropia.

November Financials will be adjusted to reflect the purchase of the appartment, Our Option costs on the hangar, and the income generated from trading and will show a CLEAR picture of where we currently stand as well as where we need to be.

Prior to the end of the month we will have some more information in regards to a project that we have been working on with a third party that should have a positive impact on NDX financially and will cast a spotlight on the fund for further investment from other players in several virtual worlds including entropia & openlife.

<![CDATA[ NDX Secondary info.]]> http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/NDX/2225 NDX will be running a secondary IPO to complete funding for the projects that we have been working on within entropia and on the internet as a whole.

The secondary is fully subscribed by outside investment which will now be secured by shares of NDX stock.

This will also give us the opportunity to create a "treasury" for future use without running a secondary. The amount of NEW "treasury" shares to be created is Less then 10% of the total outstanding shares.

The remainder of the Secondary will be for benefit of Two investors who have already invested in NDX outside of the SLCAPEX system in order to help us realize our goal.

The total amount of shares to be created for this secondary are described below & will be done at Capex's earliest convenience.

Investor 1 - 250,000 shares
Investor 2 - 250,000 shares
Treasury - 100,000 shares

Total New shares created - 600,000
Total outstanding Shares - 779,030

New total Oustanding - 1,379,030

Upon completion of this fullly subscribed secondary we will launch part 1 & 2 of our first phase. Which means that there will be a dividend to be posted for the month of September.

<![CDATA[ New Site launched]]> http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/NDX/2195 We have decided to Launch V-Rated.com - ( Virtually Rated ) This is an effort to get information out to the end users ( customers ) of companies that do business in virtual worlds.

The premise is that a member can rate a business that they have dealt with as well as leave a comment. If the company is not listed with v-rated then they are able to add it.

Hopefully by doing this ( along with some heavy advertising ) Folks will be able to make better decisions when it comes to working with a certain company & quite possibly give others a heads up that something is wrong at an earlier time.

The GOOD companies will reap the benefits of doing an honorable business by word of mouth advertising as well as "clickable signs" that are distributed to each business owner. These signs bring up the stores rating as well as all comments left by other customers.

- Business owners can reply to comments made on their company and there is a dispute resolution system in place. When submitted we will investigate - if the user can NOT provide proof of a challenged allegation it will be stricken. This should help alleviate issues with people trying to injure someones business in malice. ( along with the fact that they will be paying for each membership and it will cost them a heck of a lot of money to do real damage)

Sign up is FREE to the first 100 people to use the site.

If you would like to sign your company up - Just follow the registration and signup as an UNPAID member - we will change this to paid manually.

If you would like to be able to rate businesses or add other businesses then please sign up as a personal UNPAID member - again we will change you to paid membership manually.

An important note - of you want to add your own company as well as rate other companies - you will need to sign up for BOTH a company account and a personal account.

If you have any questions or need help - IM Travis Ristow or shoot an email to support@v-rated.com

<![CDATA[ Re: Official weekly update ?]]> http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/NDX/2074
Yes I have to addmit the second time he kicked me out was a bit of misdemeanor from my side, He had asked me flat out to take over the management of the Soc and gave me carte blanche to get it out of its slumber and moving again which I accepted and reformed it within a day, even found the other original member and invited him back which he accepted

Now the little misdemeanor was to see if Dean's intention toward me was sincere because he booted me the first time without warning or explanaition(logged in one day and was kicked out, when I asked him about it a few days ago all he said was that he was driven to do things he deeply regretted) so I changed the Soc. name to "Relentless" and changed the Soc. structure into an "Order" and that gave Dean the same title as you "Master". This must have pissed him off beyond no reason and guess what when I logged on the following day ..... exactly. I asked him why ... but all he did was accuse me of things that seemed to relate to you and him and next thing I know is getting an invite for your Soc. This is where the ball started rolling on that last conversation the three of us had, as you remember it was quite a meeting to say the least.

Anyway it is of no further interest to me what has happened between the three of you or what each of you have to say about it. for me it is sufficient to know that this is going much deeper then an argument about chipping skills. time will tell.

Oh well ... they say that all is fair in love, war and business. Business is business and business is what we play so lets all get on with our own business which is doing business by the way.

Scott,

No fingerpointing or whatever intended, It is just where the story ended.

It is actually kind of refreshing to see the activeties in and around the Nestler "imperium" LOL.

However you do seem to have become, or are becoming, the centerpoint of several SL companies and it appears it soon will be quite an armada you have under your command, so .... it seems that Arbitrage Wise, Intlibber Brautigan and who knows maybe one day even Anshe Chung will shiver a little when they see the Jolly Roger being raised :)

<![CDATA[ Re: Official weekly update ?]]> http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/NDX/2074
Thank you for the explanation regarding the reasoning behind leaving SL markets.

Now Regarding Entropia and the issues that we had with Dean.

I have 3 Points to make with Number one being the most important.

1. Does this then explain why he kicked you out a second time (AFTER we had already left the group - about a week or so ago ) and does it explain why he ( Dean ) contacted me to have you join OUR group? This does not mesh with the story you have written above.

2. Does any of this explain what he originally told you was his problem? Because you were in on the 3 way conversation in which he said he had no problem with any of the original BS he had fed you and further Blew up when he was called out on "chipping up" in order to get skills faster by purschasing them.

3. Have you ever asked to hear Goldies side of this? The clear answer is NO.

This to be quite straight forward has nothing to do with either of us personally. What it does have to do with is a soc Leader that was a power hungry - and by your own admission " short fused - paraniod megalomaniac who abused his leadership position.

This in my eyes was not a HUGE problem because the solution was quite simple - Leave the group/society and create another one.

No reason to be confused, and yes you may ask ... if you get a usable answer that will satisfy your personal curiousity is is whole different matter .... you been around long enough to know how it works in games like these LOL ... J/K

I am part of a RL non profit group that intents to expand their activeties in to the various virtual realms. Although we have much enjoyed the escapades we withnessed while being here the majority of our group has voted against further particepation in the financial gameplay sector of SL at this time. The group does not find this methode for gathering funds acceptable and has redeemed it inapropriate to be indentified with.(official group decision).

Disclaimer
Ironfist Hutchinson is an SL alt account of Isegrim Nikolaidis. all previous activeties on this exchange done by these 2 avatars are solely my responsebillity and are in no way to be mistaken for or connected to activeties of the group mentioned above.

Tjsyeah .... bummer, I guess I have to go work for a living now LOL.

I hope this explains my motives and will satisfy your curiousity.

============================================================

The following part I write publicly for the following reason

They are directly related to the Project Entropia hanger plan which is a businessplan of the public company NDX and thus it has my preverence to handle it publicly.

Hmm there was no leader, it was a joint effort initiated by 5 players whom would work as a team to hunt and prosper by cooperating, each had equal rights in the society. Dean was just the one to write in and thus got the tittle "leader".
Somewhere along the line (not long after you and goldie joined the Soc. according to my data) he became a paraniod megalomaniac and abused his leadership position to kick out original members who did not agree with "his" vision on the hanger.

After hearing Dean's (who is a bit of a shortfused hothead, but known to me as a guy who prevers friendship above profit, I had much trouble to understand his actions at that time) side of the whole story recently a lot of things became clear to me.

Anyway here are a few loose ends that would really satisfy MY curiousity if answered.

It seems that you have also told Dean you were fed up with the SL economy and was looking for a way to sell you interests in it, now it could be that he had misunderstood what you really said because of your activeties with BAM which pollishes up underperforming companies and then sells them on. The recent PSG/POW etc..... Skyhammer/Sully/Scott etc. etc. ordeal being one example of it. This was the reason why I asked you about the continuation of NDX.

Then there is the matter of Goldie and Dean having a big fall out on the fact the she kept pushing him to clean up the Soc. from any obstacles that would stand in the way of adchieving the hanger plans, which remarkebly coinside with kicking out some of the original members who had no further interest in the hanger plans.

Well there a couple of things more but it already has become a long post and I do not want to put a too big of demand on the concentration of the forum readers.
But it is quite obvious that in opposite to the others whom are full of praise, it has left us with a bad taste in our mouth about the way you and Goldie have been going your way about this perticular matter.

OK I guess I am a bit confused here with what you are saying...

May I ask why you sold all shares in all companies you held on SLCapex? If it is for personal reasons I totally understand - I am just curious - that is all.

Regarding the Soc we joined. You are 100% correct - we did join this soc. when we came into EU. After a short time we asked Dean who was the leader of the society to put his "feelers out" for a hangar. The best deal he could find was on the hangar that you speak of ( in corinth ). However we had the same concerns regarding distance from a hangar. Because of this we asked one of our SL employees Alyssya Vella ( whom is VERY active in EU ) to do some checking as well. She did and was able to facilitate a connection for a hangar that was located on Treasure Island & much closer to a TP.

So you see - we are not trying to find a "goose" what we have found was a sound proven hangar in a great location. I am not one to leave things to chance or take a gamble of that magnitude.

I must also state that a LARGE part of the reason that we initally joined the Society was because of a promise that Dean would be purchasing a hangar himself for benefit of the soc. - We saw an opportunity for a strategic partnership here. However as time wore on - it became quite clear that this would not materialize. This coupled with various other issues, led us both to discontinue the relationship & leave the society.

Sold it at a 75% loss and the remainder has been donated to a group who will put it to a better use then having it lay dormand and useless for many months to come. (did this with all companies I held shares in on this exchange and not only yours, I tell this to make clear that this does not reflects your company alone).

Regarding the hanger,

I guess it is only fair to tell a bit about the history on this project. You know I was one of original founders of EU Exlporers society together with 4 other players. One of them being our mutual Canadian friend Dean(well after the last meeting the three of us had it would be hard to see him like that but it is just his way, what a character eh LOL).

Dean come up to me one day and presented his idea to purchase a hanger(I regret to addmit that I can not remember if you and Goldie already were members of the society at that time) however we went and took a look at its location, because even in that time pilots were doing quite well and I was wondering why this one was not being used. It turned out it did not had a teleporter near by and needed almost a 10 min run across some tough MOB(the native wildlife that you can hunt for loot) terain.

I told Dean this would not be a smart investment because there were many pilots already operating hangers(Which were selling for double the price of this on the on the exchange BTW) close to teleporters (30 Sec run with no obstacles) and competition between them was quite tight already.

Well dont want to bother you all with a too long story because many remarkable event took place between then and now. But the fact that uptill know nobody has take advantage of this hanger opportunity and it is still availeble seems to support my decision at that time, I mean who gonna give a way the goose with the golden eggs at such a bargain unless it are not really golden eggs.

However if Mind Ark decides to place a teleporter near it in the future, Then this will not be a goose with golden eggs, the bird be sqweezing out diamonds.

I agree and accept responsibility for the shortcoming in regards to the weekly posts.

I am working on a website that will give TIMELY updates and will post the address here when it is ready.

Our plan for venturing into other worlds is in full swing. This has not changed.

At this time we have 1 additional investor who will be investing later this coming week. His/Their investment is not for the full remaining capital that we need to obtain - but it does bring us much closer and is quite significant.

We currently have Just over 30% of the funding that we need to purchase the EU Hangar. We have a few options that can bring us within 75% of the funding needed - but I want to make sure that we are not selling the farm to get a tractor! as these options are not the OPTIMAL solution for NDX. That being said... they are still options that can move us VERY close to the end goal if needed.

- Yes in a nutshell - I personally have a few "issues" with the current state of SL. I have chosen to let this be known as opposed simply "acting" like everything here is all rosey. This doesn't mean that I intend to leave SL by any means. What it does mean to me and to NDX is that I will be focusing on ways to make NDX profitable by "USING" other platforms that show great promise financially.

I hope that helps and if I missed anything - "leave me a message after the beep"

The prospectus that we are using - is the one posted specificaly for the new venture. When we ran the secondary it was under this prospectus and we discontinued NDX's prior way of operating.

The prospectus from what I have been told - can not be updated on the prospectus page. ( hence the reason it never changed when we bought it from Marc Attenborough) see the thread in this NDX forum for info.

I am now Back and able to put some major time in to getting posts back on track.

As Many of you know - this last 2 weeks have been occupied with family members visiting from out of state. Although this is nice - it is also exhausting! :) and left me little time to concentrate on business at hand.

However to be quite frank - Not much was happening with NDX except awaiting additional invesrment from a few Largeer investors. I can not and will not PUSH these investors to move any faster then their timetable allows.

Now Regarding Dividends and Current Share Price.

In Regards to Dividends - I have made note of the reasoning behind this within this months financials. To me it would seem quite detrimental to the project at hand to pay a dividend when we are trying to accumulate funds for the Hangar. This would simply extend the time it takes us to reach that goal and do precisely what we intended to do with the secondary.

In Regards to Share price. - This is the market in action. I do not artificially hold the price high or manipulate the share prices. This is both good and Bad I guess. But historicaly NDX has ALWAYS held its own share price quite nicely. Factors involved here seem to be a few people selling Larger numbers of shares for investment elsewhere. Although I do not understand selling at this type of loss to get funds out - I do have to say that I am not in their shoes & really couldnt say exactly why they think it is a smart move.

*** Iron Fist **** You left a message.... so although I didnt answer the phone - I will be answering your post shortly.

Just thought I should alert NDX holders of this so they know that the sudden drop wasnt because of dodgy NDX selling- it was a large holder (me)selling off.

Ive actually bought a load back taking advantage of the low price. At 1L a share- this stock is again worth the risk (of no proper announcements from Travis) as I have been impressed with my dealings with him and fell the EU Hanger in Entropia makes a very exciting investment [but not for anything more than about 2L given the lack of information]

I just checked the breakers... it tripped as it should at the threshold that was set.

I should say that they are designed to allow an ORDERLY market to persist (even if stock is trending down considerably). It WILL trip if it sees a sudden GAP Up or GAP down or if certain % traps are crossed.

Nonetheless, they ARE working ;-) Seeing as I tripped the breaker INTENTIONALLY I will REMOVE the HALT and continue to allow the market to do its thing.

So far nothing has suggested anything going wrong with it. it has the healthiest dividends of any stock ever on SLCapEx, only stopping because of a change in what is going on with the company.

I think the problem here lies in lack of faith on the part of investors, whether people don't trust enough to place buy orders, or everyone has several hundred thousand tied up in SLWallet like me. =P

I'm a bit annoyed at the lack of a breaker on the stock. I'm aware the entire stock drop didn't happen all at once, but within two days it's dropped from 3.92 to 1. I don't know when the breakers shoulda kicked in.

In PE your success rate depends on the level of skills you posses in the various sectors of the PE economy.

There are 2 ways to obtain these essential skills.

1:
By investing time, you obtain skills through playing the game (This takes a long loooong time to adchieve).

2:
By investing money, you purchase the skills from the very advanced players "Ubers" and simply upload them in your brain implant "Chipping skills" (This costs a lotta money)

I have placed a new thread asking for a update on it all, because these things all seem to be related.

Hutch

It has been almost 5 weeks since the last official weekly update in which you declared to go back to WEEKLY updates.

Could you inform us on the current status of the NDX development plans for venturing out in to other virtual worlds.

You mentioned that you have single investor lined up to buy the remaining shares of the secondary. Can you elaborate on in which stage the negotiations with this investor are at the moment, or if she/he still intents to go through with buying up the remainder of shares.

What percentage of the needed capital to execute the PE hanger project is currently availeble and can you present us with a realistic timetable so that we have a better oversight about which fase the PE hanger project currently is in and what to expect in the near future.

Judging from the posts I been reading in which you speak over these matters, it seems that you have a growing interest in the Project Entropia economy and are less content with the ever growing instabillity of the SL financial markets.

What effect will this have on the continuation of NDX ?

1) We sold off nearly all stock assets so NDX had a gain in all the markets. However due to the poor economic status NDX had to take a loss with selling them.
2) The Secondary offer brought additional capital to NDX. Most of it is used for software expenses ( for the new exchange). However NDX does have a Hangar on Hold & is still seeking an additional investor to fund the the purchase of the Hangar in Entropia Universe.
3) Expenses made for the secondary offering as well as the bonus shares NDX had to bring to the market has been brought under the expenses for this month.
4) We are awaiting additional shares ( equal to the amount of the original secondary) to be placed in the treasury for payment of bonus shares as promised.
5) Dividend will be held until shareholder accounts are credited.
6) Our Dividend structure will be changing for the July financials to reflect the new prospectus.
7) Regarding dividends for May & June financials – We have decided that because next month will be slower and there will be few dividends to distribute that we will equally distribute profits retained over June and July. We will also use a portion for share buyback and retirement. I believe that doing this is in the best interest of all investors & will help hold or increase shareprice overall.

Edit: Actually, it appears I'm wrong on this one. Check out this thread in the Entropia forums: http://www.entropiaforum.com/forums/technical/114547-vista.html

I'm slogging through the update process now, but I'll let you know if I can sign on to EU when it gets done.

Double Edit: I was able to sign on and use the game successfully.

I think you should not give up this secondary IPO so quickly :)
NIC went the right way and advertised a bit more with messages.
that you offer another 2000 for someone who buys 10000 shares doeesnt realy help because most dont want to bring 50000 linden in so the lot of small investors here are not buying . May be you should reduce this to 1000 shares or something. I for example would well buy 5000 shares yes but not for 4.99

<![CDATA[ Re: The Future of SL VS. "other worlds"]]> http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/NDX/1948
The only other online world I have visited besides SL is EU. I downloaded the software, figured out how to move, and then used the ACS's currency conversion (no longer available, I think) to convert between L$ and PED. I played around on there for about three months, made about 50% profit (on USD$10, as I recall) and then got bored and left.

I'm pretty sure you understand this, Travis, but for the audience at large: If you're going to try to make money in EU, you MUST make it off of the players. While I acknowledge that it IS possible to profit from the game, realize that the cards are stacked to MindArk's favor so they can make their profit, and therefore you likely have to be uber (otherwise known as obsessed) to get anything out of the GAME itself.

NDX's strategy of buying a hangar is different, though. The players of the game will pay a small fee to use the hangar, which is something they much utilize in order to fly to wherever they fly to (Club Neverdie, I think). This will try to make money from the players rather than the game, and so I think it has a chance.

Note that this does not constitute a recommendation to buy NDX (frankly, I haven't done enough research to say either way). I'm just observing that this project is being done wisely (from what I can see), and I'm following how it goes.

Keep rockin' on, Travis!

<![CDATA[ The Future of SL VS. "other worlds"]]> http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/NDX/1948 I would like to hear from you on what your views are on "other" virtual worlds.

It is my personal belief that there are very few ( if any) Truly viable business plans within SL at this time. With Rapidly changing "policy" from LL that greatly affects the entire economy of SL and NO regard to business that is running here it seems quite insane for me to continue investing here.

I am positive that LL has a "master plan" and that SL as we knew/know it was simply an incubator to help it grow. I also have little doubt that this will be a success. However it will NOT in my opinion be conducive to ANY business strategy that I wish to deploy. I am NOT an Educator, Dont Have a RL corp to advertise & no RL employee meetings or product development to hold in SL.

However Looking at other worlds that have been around for about the same time frame ( ie Entropia Universe) I see GREAT possibility. The fact that they openly acknowledge that they have a REAL cash economy and a fixed exchange rate are among the top indicators that they know what they are doing and will protect it as it stands.

Then reading the links below... It is evident - they UNDERSTAND business!

Maybe you can see exactly why we are so excited!!

We will have a representitive at the GO3 Conference in Perth Australia in August go3.com.au to drum up more support in coordination with another project we are handling. Most Major MMORPG's will be in attendance.

<![CDATA[ Re: EU Hangar]]> http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/NDX/1924 Thank you Guardian.

I truly appreciate your input & the fact that being an expert of sorts with Entropia, that you can easily see the merits.

This is a difficult idea to sell, Mostly I think because Entropia is so different from the SL model. It is hard for people to see the truly LIMITED nature of a lot of these products, which subsequently makes them much more valuable long term.

This is true with Land, Hangars, and many weapons, armors etc.

Unlike LL - Land is not "printed" on a whim!

I have NO doubt that this is going to be one of the most profitable, stable ventures that SL has seen in quite a while ( possibly ever)

Again if anyone would like a personal Guided tour of entropia - I would be more then happy to schedule it! Just IM Travis Ristow

Thanks again

I've played EU before, and I know that their land and hangar owners can do quite well. It seems like you've done your homework, and I look forward to seeing updates on your income drawn from this new asset.

<![CDATA[ Re: about the IPO ]]> http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/NDX/1840
There are many factors that influence this - Including how other companies are doing on the exchange and the exchanges health on a whole.

With Current LCA, LLL, issues as well as SLW, HBK, VBL & POW problems - Market sentiment is pretty low right now.

This effects all of us - Take a look at NIC as well - They are nearing the end of their IPO and still have a ways to go. People as a whole are VERY cautious right now and seem to be in a holding pattern to see how these issues resolve themselves. This is NOT a reflection on the viability of NDX.

As this is a secondary offer - it is quite different from an IPO. We can choose to end the secondary at any time - so it will/can NEVER be "dead" - at the very least the secondary would be less then we originally asked for - and we would have to look at puting more of our own money in to make it work.

I hope this answers your questions.

Since my last post:

- not one share was sold at the IPO,
- not one comment was given here in the forum,

is NDX dead and only I don't know it or what's going on here?

<![CDATA[ Re: Dividend?]]> http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/NDX/1756 The people who have shares allread woud get a nice divident right now. When the IPO is over there will be much more shares and then the same sum of money will be spread among much more sharholders so it will be much lower per share. And why would someone who buys shares right now have any right to get dividents for profits that where made in the month April ?

It would simply mean that we would have less original capital to work with & we would have to figure out some more creative financing to accomplish our goals.
