Subject to Allen's annoucement I may think otherwise but I will not even consider new developments/purchases unless results (not comments) are factual.

Is the recurring scrutiny, for long term, worth it?

There was a simple and easy action without financial impact, -- the transfer of AIG shares as promised. It was and it is never executed. Even the execution is and was not started, except an announcement.

Thus actions with a financial impact we can forget it, except by forcing them...

Paine,

Investor Allen has been in touch with CapEx staff about the current issues and to my knowledge has discussed everything in detail including Sal Ackland. There are no misdeeds involving purchasing or delising, or fraud. Investor Allen has indicated he will post a statement tomorrow that will no doubt shed light on a lot of things.

We'll see. Please be patient.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who remembers Arbitrage being so certain that Allen was/is Sal yet he continued to purchase the stock exchange.

Please correct me if I'm wrong and I hope I am, but the delisting of BNT and AIG seem very fishy. Is this merely an effort to discredit Investor Allen in order to acquire the AVIX/SLCX at a much lower cost?

In relation to Allenvest Estate, I read people are providing solutions but what is the issue?

I then had a very short conversation about a week later regarding my tier for the 3 parcels I have in Allenvest. I asked him to deduct the tier from my AFB account and he agreed. My tier was due on the 15th. I informed Estates to take my tier out of AFB. She indicated that she would have him deduct it. To date my account balance reflects no deductions. So no, I am afraid tier may not have been or will not be paid. However, he may have paid out of his pocket. Who knows? We all know that he had a great idea with this new community. He was so adamant about making this dream come true. Why would he let it all go to hell like this is beyond me. The only one to address this is Allen.

I have a parcel in Commerce City East too. Lindsay and Luke have been great estate owners. They bought those sims under firestorm, sorted through that mess, and now have smooth ops going.

A suggestion - as we move forward in trying to save the Allenvest Sims I suggest we consider letting this Bishop Sim, the non-developed one with no roads, go. It would eliminate some overhead and might make things more managable.

Also, Lindsay and others, is there anyway that you can do what you are doing with the land owners for the Bank? Not necessarily for me, I have already written off my loss, but there are some folks here whose IPO money was not transferred with the take over. That affects all of us who have invested in those stocks. They have a hell of a lot more at stake than I do. Do we need to form our own contingent? Wouldn't it be more effective if all of us joined together under one representative so that LL may take this seriously?

Just wondering.

Thanks.

Negotiate with LL

Figure out potential cash outflow for tier payments and due dates.

Liquidate and or distribute assets as is most fair and practical.

As I doubt anyone who invested in AIG will complain I think it is safe to send out a list and a request to LL for recievership as well as a request for financial information regarding the sims. If you could do this Lindsey it would be greatly appreciated by a great many people. Once we have that information it is my belief the resources are available to sort out the rest. If they turn out not to be it is reasonable to assume the outcome would be the same as doing nothing and at least we can say we tried.

In case Allen does not pay sim tier to LL, would L&L be willing to approach LL and take over those sims instead of having the sims basically destroyed or erased? Is there a possibility here, anyway, per LL TOS? And how about a collective of individuals who own parcels doing the job as a cooperative venture and coordinated by L&L? Just some thoughts. Because I'd find it really absurd to lose my land and LL losing sim tier just because of one individual.

I don't even know if it is possible, but if it is, I want to exhaust every avenue to try and save what I have been trying to accomplish there.

Also as a note, some of you may know that I have done some work for Allen in managing a building project. To date, I have not been paid for my efforts, nor do I expect to be paid now. I made the final payments to the builders of the government building he requested, and I will take possession of it and either make some use of it elsewhere, or sell it.

He helped out last time with cancelling a currency sell order for me (since the option of cancelling open currency sell orders went away when the exchange was transferred) so maybe when he comes back he will take care of this one way or the other. I will remain somewhat optimistic that he is not involved with this scam business.

Unoti has done extensive programming work for AVIX under Allen and is in fact the designer of the original AVIX platform. To my knowledge the entire platform was given over to CAPEX with alterations and Unoti has no current control. Unoti was Allen's business partner in this sense only that I am aware of, but there may be more that I am not aware of. Far as I know, he was only a third party vendor of services.

Very strange or not, due to the last unofficial post of Lindsay.

The unofficial reason? Could be, i tried in the past to reverse the phone number that Allen provided us, was impossible because maybe it was an internet number as Lindsay assumed.

Could be a nice idea to ask to UNOTI to help us to identify Allen in RL, because as Allen stated one time "Unoti was a long time business partner of allen", i remember that.
Time to talk with Unoti Quonset.

First to Stephanius, from the inside information I have combined with very credible third party information, I believe Enky's assessment of the web development costs are correct. Honestly it seems a bit costly to me too based on working with programmers on RL projects, but then again it is very complex code and labor-intensive backend work

Secondly, Allen is not jasper Tizzy. Jasper has always been very very traceable in real-life and to my knowledge there is no question who he is. Strange Ranger just wrote a big piece on that at sl.webfeedcentral.com.

Take Care,

Xavier

If you want to talk, feel free to talk to me. Ill happily answer any intelligent questions you would like to ask.

As for defending myself, I will now, and have always taken the high road. My history in SL has been filled with people trying to take me out with words and I do not respond, I will not start doing it now. Just like I did not get into petty fights with people like Luke Connell, I wont begin getting in petty fights with others either.

<![CDATA[ Re: Possible Income Statement, 7 millions missing?]]> http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/AIG/536
It is always a difficult task to define how much a website could cost, if you dont have other project-related informations.
Some of these lacked infos could be:
- Who is the code owner?
- Is it based on a CMS (Content Management System) or was it an "ad hoc" solution?
- What measures to improve security were taken?
- How much scalable is it?
- There were SEO (Search Engine Optimization) actions?
- What about usability and accesibility tests?
- and so on...

However, I have an interesting new.
One or two months ago, I was speaking with a fair person about different ways to make businness in SL.
If I well remember, when i said what I am in RL, he said me that L$250,000 was paid to Unoti for developing AVIX website.

I dont know if there were other form of compensations, such us company's shares or something else.

To be short, i am not able to tell you the value of this website. However, from my personal point of view, i can say two things:

1) L$250,000 is a very low, too low price for this website. In fact what i answered to my fair friend was that i will continue to develop web applications for RL customers. About €715.00 is a too low budget for this project.

2) Honestly L$5,500,000.00 seems to me too much high.

Hoping this helps.

Cheers

---

PS: I can't remember if it was L$250,000 or L$300,000. What i remember very well is that i did a calculation (divided by 350 or something), and the result was between €700,00 and €800,00.

<![CDATA[ Possible Income Statement, 7 millions missing?]]> http://slcapex.com/forums/topic/AIG/536 I tried fo figure out a possible income statement for AIG.
Any comments are well accepted on the proposed income statement

INCOME at 31 august
L$1,000,000.00 avix 3% fee from 22 may to 1 august, estimated
L$1,000,000.00 aic ipo at wse, mid april
L$1,000,000.00 2 land funds, 2 million shares at 0.5L
L$5,000,000.00 Avix IPO, 10 million shares at 0.5L
L$2,880,000.00 Land sold, 30% of 8 sim at 20 linden per squared meters
L$530,400.00 Tiers on the land sold, 2 months at 2 Linden per squared meter
L$1,000,000.00 arbitrage wise immediate payment for avix
L$1,120,000.00 selling of shares, 200k slms, 1.6 million of slcx sold in august september at around 0.45L per share
L$1,000,000.00 Limited partnership, i assumed 1 million linden

L$14,530,400.00 Total Revenue

EXPENSES at 31 august
L$200,000.00 Land probably lost at commerce city at the time of touchet group bank scam, was april or may 2007
L$40,000.00 web services for 5 months
L$2,596,000.00 tier for 8 sim for 4 months, from june to september included
L$3,685,000.00 purchase of 8 sim, 1675usd each
L$5,500,000.00 avix web developing costs paid to unoti quonset, i considered 20k us dollars

L$11,821,000.00 Cost of Revenue
------------------------
L$2,709,400.00 Net Income

I have done a lot of assumptions, i dont know for sure how much was paid to unoti for the developing of avix trading platform, maybe we are talking of 2 months of work, and i dont know the initial investment value of the limited partnership, i considered 1 million. For the money earned at the avix during the period from 22 may to 1 august i'm enough sure of that income of about 1 million, 660k earned in the first month (3% of 22 million linden volume) and due to the drop of volume i assumed 350k linden for the period from 1st of june to 31 august.
In the OFFICIAL post, Allen declares 750k linden as actual cash position, so 2 million less, that difference are probably payrolls paid to his staff and to himself or maybe stock losses and other expenses.
AIC was in business also with AMD at april or may, on this i dont know nothing so i don't have included it.

Because i dont consider as an income the 7 millions deposit of AFB, i can't explain where these 7 millions of AFB deposit really are, maybe i really undervalued the Unoti work for the avix site, and so Allen paid much more to him for that job.
If there are web developers on this forum, i ask to them how much could cost to develop something similar to capex.
The bottom line is that if my numbers are CORRECT, there are not liquidity problems afflicting AIG:) and the cash position must be 7.7 million of deposit instead of 750k lindens.

We have to wait for an official income statement to better understand.

Thank You

Enky

The following is a report of the financial situation for Allenvest Investment Group as it stands on September 19th, 2007.

Allenvest Investment Group currently stands in fair financial condition. Our main problem continues to lie with the fact that are assets are not in cash and at the present time not easily liquidated.

Our assets are divided into four categories that are detailed below. These categories are Land, Cash, Stock, and Debt.

Debt

Currently we are owed debit in the amount of 6,215,000 L$. This debit is scheduled to be paid in full no later that August 2nd, 2008. There is multiple individuals and corporations that owe this debt to us. The next payment is due on October 2nd for roughly 300,000 L$. These payments help to curve the liquidity problems and the amount of these payments will increase significantly over time as the term nears a close.

Stock

Currently our portfolio consists of the following

KDC - 333,900 Shares
SLCX - 11,002,698 Shares

The estimated value of these holdings is roughly 4,000,000 L$
We plan to liquidate some of these holdings starting on October 1st when the hold is lifted on these shares. The 60 day hold was put in place after the sale. The ability to liquidate these shares will be the main turning point in freeing up liquidity

Cash

Our current cash assets stand at roughly 750,000 L$

Land

Currently there is a total of 8 sims under our possession valued at roughly 2,500,000. This land is not easily liquidated however we are doing our best to sell the land on the sims.

Total Assets: 13,456,000
Total Deposits: 7,750,000

As you can see our assets greatly out value the total deposits. Were currently waiting for the hold on our stock to be released next month, (10 days) so that we can begin to liquidate and raise the withdraw limit up. We currently cant raise the limit because we have no way to liquidate to replenish funds that are withdrawn.

Thanks for your time

There are people here working hard towards a shared vision, and spending personal time and efforts to make this project work. It is totally virtual, yes, but the ideal behind it, the dedication and ethical actions we undertake are real. To me, those taking advantage of these goodwilled people and thus vampirizing their ressources are as unethical as they would be in the real world. In the end, it's not a matter of how much has been stolen -- it's all virtual -- but a matter of principles which should alway apply, whether in RL or SL. You've shown that integrity, and others have too. But if we are to go on with this project, we'll need to find more efficient ways to protect ourselves against the "parasiting factor". This is the fun of virtual worlds, folks -- the opportunity to recreate a society with necessary rules and means to enforce them. Let's rewrite together William Golding's "Lord of the Flies" in the cyberworld (Lord of the "bugs"?), but with a happier ending. :)

I posted last week in the forums that I was burned out, still recovering and pretty close to being back on track but I knew my limit, and I let people know.

In the end, I can walk away from all of this and not have a care in the world but how will I sleep at night? And when my end comes will this be the blemish that keeps me from an enjoyable afterlife? Not to mention, if I lack integrity when I don't really have to have it, do I truely have integrity to begin with?

These are the questions that I ask myself when I think about giving up. It's not the money because I don't make much. It's not the fame because I am only know the way I am in SL. It's a personal contribution to the world and the notion that I did something right even in a supposed ficticious realm.

Bleh....I'm being girlie and passionate now....I'll stop :)
