| I agree with that. we do not get enough information from Investor Allen. Does anybody know how the investormeeting went. I was talking to Investor Allen 1 day before the meeting, and he promised that the transcript from the meeting will be posted on www.allenvestfinancial.com Can anyone tell me where that is. And does anyone know what the dividend will be? |

| Roli I can fully understand that you are very upset with Investor Allen. I think most of us are. I have a lot to loose if he is a scammer, which I still don't beleive he is. It is difficult to just sit and wait day after day without hearing anything at all from him. without knowing if everything is lost or not, but I hope you can find the strength to wait another while, before taking ANY action on you own. We are many who is caught up in this, and the best we can do is stick together and not make any hasted solutions. |

| Yes I am having the same experience. I can not withdraw any longer. I have written an IM to Investor Allen about the problem, but it is unlikely that I will get an answer I think. |

| I agree that something has to be done, and that the payments from CapEx to Investor Allen should stop until the hole thing is cleared up. I think the idea of Savvy Moyer is a good start to debate what to do about all this. | ||

| Well now I am back to the withdrawal problems again. I can't withdraw, and I have not received any intrest. The amazing thing though, is that when we had the problems the last time, I wrote an IM to Investor Allen. That must be about 4-5 days ago. That IM has just been answered by Investor Allen, saying that he will check it out, and get back to me. He is obviously still working in some degree. So Investor Allen is still around doing something. It is very hard to figure out what his priorities is though, but at least he is not all gone by now. |

| As Valerian suggested I have just made to screendumbs. One from AVIX where my balance is visisble, and one from the AVIX website where my balance is also visible. I am also a owner of 100,000 shares in the Allenvest Land Fund. Unfortunately I have only received a notecard from Investor Allen on May 17, with somekind of ID number, my name, my password (which I don't know exactly what is for) and the date and number of shares acquired. My RL wife Marinella Writer is also a shareholder in the Allenvest Land Fund. She has also only a notecard received on may 17 as a receipt of 50,000 shares. As long as it is possible to withdraw money from AFB, I think we have to take that into consideration as well, before making a strategy to pay back everyone involved with Investor Allen. I can see that someone have problems with the huge amounts they have in AFB, and therefore will need more than a year to withdraw this way (if it last so long). I have 87,105.00 in AFB as of right now. I am withdrawing every day when I can. If AFB is included in the rescue plan from CapEx, then we could all end up with a balance in AFB that we owe to pay back to CapEx as we have luck to make withdrawals. I am just trying to help putting light on some of the problems that might be here, I have not got an excellent solution for this, but I perhaps someone else have. And to Lindsay Druart. Hearing you having second thought about your presence in SL makes my think twice about everything in here. I have never forgotten the way you handled the SLIB crisis back in may, as I have tould you before, and as Valerian is also pointing out. I plan on staying in SL for a long time, and I sure hope you will as well. To all of you - have a nice day despite all the troubles we face every day. |
