| Hi Forum, well I hope my question is ok to post: In brief, due to the release of the Corsica mainland continent, I am planning to release a land project with the objective to provide mainland ownership to non-premium account members (via means of Group land holdings and to take advantage of the 10% land bonus). I have completed the processes/procedures and plan to go to market within 2-4 weeks. Although the project was developed to cater for the non-premium account Resident market, the project is primarily a long term service and with 39 customers and a minimum holdings of 512 sq.m each will entitle the Corporation to hold a land tier use of 65,536 sq.m. 39+ Customers will return profit as additional land can be bought/sold/rented and/or cater for new Customers. The Corporation will also take advantage of the expected reduction in land pricing. At present Resident holdings and pricing is limited to 512-4096 sq.m, but increases and advance payment discounts will be implemented upon the completion of the above goal. Although it is not necessary, I was thinking of listing the Corporation on the AVIX in order to raise land finance funds to offer to Customers and compete in this market also. Although I’ve crunched some numbers...approximately L$750k would suffice for finance and prime mainland purchases. I’m contemplating the idea of using Corporate funds to buy back shares from the Public (if applicable). Ok my question to the Forum is - Would you purchase shares for the Corporation's project? |

SLCapEx Suggestions » Auto-deposit/Transfer bank Funds Auto-deposit/Transfer bank Funds |
|
| Would it be possible to introduce an automated deposit funds (ADF) or transfer bank funds (TBF) system? The ADF system to be configured by setting a minimum amount held by the Resident’s cash balance and any amount above x would be auto-deposited into the Resident primary bank account. The TBF, for obvious reasons, would be a convenient alternative by allowing Residents to transact between banks at one location/website. Of course the Resident would need to seriously consider usage and grant the necessary permissions to use the system(s), but due to my very limited scripting knowledge am not sure if such a system is feasible. |

Ginko Perpetual Bonds on AVIX Public Forum » what happend Re: what happend |

| To my knowledge (3rd party) and in reference to the Ginko Financial bank, at present there seems to be an 'issue' with this sector. There has been a surge of depositors withdrawing funds over the past several days and the bank has limited withdrawals to =/< L$10k per 24 hours. Perhaps there has been a major sell off in-order to: provide the the depositors funds; pay the interest due; or the market is simply moving away from Ginko. The above is merely a 'response'. |

| Kudos Dimitri for the the proactive suggestion, I too would like to see higher traffic volumes in the Allenvest Estate. However, for the 'average' Resident who has limited to no SL/RL trading experience, how could one generate 'new money' simply by increasing traffic volumes in a region? As I feel this will only cause a temporary spike. I understand your initiative, but then what is the purpose of voting on Board candidates. For which, isn't it their responsibility to host events and initiate marketing/advertising. Also shouldn't the AVIX live up to their company tagline 'Building Wealth, Building Worlds'. Don't get me wrong, I do support Investor Allen and his companies, perhaps the meeting to be held early next month will provide sustained and more importantly, increased growth. |

| In light of the account interest rate amendment and the cessation of the high yield deposit products, would it be of any interest, to have AVIX (AIC/AFB) bonds made available for trading? Personally I prefer bond yields over share dividends due to guaranteed fixed funds and future budgeting. |

| I totally agree with Rexx. Too many times the buzzword 'transparency' is used yet the information is either from third parties or not provided. No wonder (IMHO) the SL Exchange market is taking a dive, investors want and in my opionion are entitled to information. I am glad to see the average investor trading smarter. Even though some refer to the SL economy as fictional..how else do you buy L$..wait for the SL tooth fairy? Kudos CapEX on halting CYB trading, I was surprised this was not actioned earlier. I look forward to observing your future business modules. |

| Although I do not hold CYB shares and due to the breach of Listing Rules, for the benefit and continued confidence in CapEX why don't you simply liquidate CYB's land holdings to pay the dividend or close the CYB stock and refund investors as much as possible? I assume CapEX is still awaiting a response from CYB. |

| I applaud the swift effort in this matter. Great work CapEX management. With no planned expectation, I continue to observe your commerce with much enthusiasm. Most of all, thank you for supporting the investors involved :) |

SLCapEx Suggestions » Fraud prevention Fraud prevention |
|
| Due to the recent CYB issue and I understand this may be a long shot. But for continued investor security and 'transparency' couldn't CapEX create a sub-management department (temporary or permanent) to be included on all listed companies board of directors, purely as board/company overseer for example. I'm not sure what the general consensus is but thought I'd pose the comment as CapEX could simply implement a policy/procedure to allow this? (personally, I enjoy reviewing policies, procedures and process mapping but this isn't a plug for employment). |
