You can already change your password and get a new replacement password very easily. We feel no need to set up accounts with email as we would rather protect the privacy of our clients.

Re: Liquidity and Value
Hello,

I agree with you 100% on the problem with liquidity. I feel that more marketing is the best solution but the major key is to spend the marketing dollars correctly. The problems with the exchanges as they are is that there is hundreds of "Day Traders" and very few investors.

I think the solution falls in two issues.

1. Bring in Investors that are willing to bring in large amounts of capital and invest in the long term for SL companies

2. Require reporting from the listed companies that is of high enough quality so that investors feel comfortable placing their money here.

Currently, I am working with individuals to begin some real world marketing that will bring in RL individuals from the investment world to begin making investments into Second Life Businesses. The key is getting several individuals to invest between 1 and 5 million L$ into this exchange and its companies. If we can get this kind of support I believe the market will change drastically for the better. I am of course, always open for suggestions.

We will file the next report just after the month ends. It was announced somewhere, it was probably easily missed.

As for the volume problem, I am looking into bringing in some market maker types, to begin increasing volumes.

Re: IPO / Project interest
The project sounds pretty good to me.

BTW I like the use of the forums for this type of issue. It was done in a very respectful manner and I respect that as well.

SLCapEx Suggestions » have a way to transfer cash to a different person
Re: have a way to transfer cash to a different person
Right now I think the best thing is to do account changes manually. If someone has a problem and needs stuff switched over they can contact us and we can verify. We have done this in the past and it has worked out fine.

We wont be implementing cash or stock transfers at this point. We have thought about it, but it just is too much of a risk.

Re: Good 'Till Cancelled (GTC) orders
Maybe in this case it would be best to come to a middle ground. Perhaps extending orders to a longer period such as two weeks? This is a simple change that will make both sides content and can be made in a matter of seconds.

"1> AVIX is taking the stand that business owners should be making the effort to go out and convince people to purchase shares of their company. I whole heartedly agree with this.... CEOs should be excited enough about their product to go out and tell everyone they see to get in."

Although I am not trying to be rude I or state any disagreements I would like to say that AVIX has not launched an official statement saying this. Maelstrom has said this as his opinion and has not consulted me on this. Any official statements from AVIX will be labeled as official statements and will come from myself and no one else.

As for this issue, I have been thinking of some type of coop advertising for companies wishing to advertise their company as listed on our exchange. This could put some of the busy work in the hands of everyone involved but also let AVIX sponsor it.

Most of the problem with advertising in SL is that there is very few companies here that making advertising a quick and painless task. It took me several weeks just to get an add up on Slex by time I found a designer, had it designed, had slex tell me the design was too large of a file, had it redesigned, submitted again, etc.

Moving Forward, Official Announcements
AVIX has forwarded a proposal to the SLEC documenting roughly a number of changes to be made to AVIX over the next three months. Most importantly, a number of changes regarding the regulation of companies listed on the Allenvest International Exchange,

The following is a direct statement from Investor Allen.

It is time that a step forward needs to be taken. The SL economy has grown leaps in bounds in the first half of 2007, and I would like to see that continue. In order for the SL economy to continue to grow and be seen as a legitimate market worldwide, it is time that third party regulation be seen throughout the exchanges.

Allenvest International Exchange has taken the Initiative to submit a document to the SLEC proposing that the SLEC assume the responsibility of full regulation on the Allenvest International Exchange. We have asked the SLEC to work with us on creating policies to regulate the companies listed including real life disclosure, audited financial reporting, and stricter listing requirements. Most importantly we have asked that this information be verified and released to the public in all cases.

We have also begun discussing a number of policies regarding majority ownership in companies listed publicly. It is time that the CEO's of the companies listed on the exchange take responsibility for their position and that the shareholders have the ability to vote them out should the CEO not perform to the expectations of their shareholders. We also strongly feel that terms need to be met prior to a company being listed that lay down the procedures should the shareholders elect for a new board of directors.

These are just brief details of the changes that need to be made here. I would like to you to discuss these further in the forum "Moving Forward" listed under the forums link above. It is time that the SL Economy be made more secure, legitimate, and fair for all who choose to use it. Join me in moving the SL economy forward.
