| I am totally beside myself, that the CEO of a corporation would be so lax as to LET someone else hold his corporations assets. If Allen wasn't paying the IPO funds to you(the corp.), then you had a responsibility to anyone investing in your corporation(share holders) to protect them from further potential loss immediately! How long did you think you should wait for payment? TNW should be frozen! It's CEO should step down, because he doesn't understand fundimental business! When a corporation goes public in SL, its' intention is to raise investment capital. If it was being raised and you weren't getting it, then you screwed up! Having a complete novice at the helm says a lot about the prospects of the company's future. Don't you think? Thank goodness I don't own many shares of TNW! Does anyone understand the concept of escrow in here? This exchange is ridiculous! I came here to play and enjoy, but there is no joy here. The Exchange has suffered greatly in the eyes of the investor. No confidence can truly exist if you have the demons in the back of your mind every time you consider a day trade or long term purchase. What are YOU(The Exchange & the CEOs) going to do about THIS?! | ||

| The joke is on us! We seem to have a bunch of CEOs that don't know they're "A"s from they're "E"s ,lmfao Why, pray tell, aren't the IPO funds held in an escrow account by another outside "reputable" firm? Or split up amongst more than one to reduce RISK to MY "C"(cash)? What CEO, not receiving the capital invested to his/her corp, would simply wait? Wouldn't that person seem personally responsible to those that invested in her/his corp? Shouldn't THEY initiate stock trade stoppage the moment they see something funny going on? Open your mouths! We all need good info! Guys/Gals get off your "A"s and start working this out or this "E"(exchange) and every share in it will be worthless in a month! Investor confidence looks to be borderline "D"(dead)! And stop giving me this "C"(crap) about not using names! They either did it or didn't! Speak the "F" UP! |

| Hi Lex, nice to meet you. Let's go over this a bit, if we may. My comments were made out of frustration, that I'll admit. I had AIG stock, something I thought safe, my bad. So, I decided to move on. others will follow up, so I'll just wait and see. I've been watching your firm for over a month. I like the concepts you put forth. I figure You and Lindsey are the cream of this crop. I decide that TNW may not be a bad move. You've been around a while, you've put out dividends right along. You survived other SL scares. All sounds good. I'll test lightly. Good move on my part. These things said, let's look at my comments. They're is no way under the sun, that IPO money should be available for scandal, except for the moment YOU get your hands on it. The Exchange should be responsible to YOU if it never gets to YOU. Hold the fire to the Exchange's feet! YOU are the boss/executor of my corporation, are YOU not? Anyone holding a single share of TNW is trusting you! So, get the lindens from the exchange, since it is their job to give them to YOU, for all of US. Otherwise, WE not only lose the IPO money's value, but YOU can't invest it to make US more money, which is why WE hired YOU via share purchases. Not for nothing, my comments made no reference to your character. Your experience and your decisions yes, but not your character. I may have been a bit sharp toungued toward you, but not a personal attack. You are one of the reasons I chose to buy the stock in the first place, since you've been behind the success of the corp. to date. Needing to learn or being a novice in someone's eyes doesn't make you a bad person and character assasination's motive is generally to make a person look bad. Not what I want. I want a health and prosperous set of companies to choose from on a stable exchange. I expect, since I own shares in TNW, that you will do everything in your power to make my decision a good one. So, take my words as motivation for you to get involved with the solution(make the exchange pay US for the shares it sold for a commission), so you can invest it in your excellent ideas. Not as an attack. WE all need leading CEOs to step up for US. Especially now! ps. I'm not an alt |

| Savvy, please tell me who it is that receives the IPO money in the first place. Is it not the SL Capital Exchange? If I'm correct on this, then isn't it in turn the exchange that deposited the money into the Allenvest Bank? And if that be true, then aren't they the ones responsible for having chosen that bank? Please clear this up for me if you can. I, obviously, see the exchange being on the hook here. They, after all, are receiving a commission for selling the IPO shares and are in charge of collecting those funds. Right? If I'm all wet on this, then I owe Lex a video of me eating crow. Tell me, if you would be so kind, what oversight was in place when AVIX was sold, if you happen to know. I haven't seen any info regarding that piece of the puzzle yet. I would have thought that the new parties would have looked into a new or diversified holdings company for our protection. |

| Sorry for delay, my mouth was full and it's even more impolite to speak then, lmao. (Cranberry relish is quite good :) ) Did anyone know crow tastes like chicken? I appreciate you having bothered to respond to me, as I understand this is nothing more than a waste of your time. As a token of my apology, I have moved every cent I have in SLCAPEX to TNW stock (once again not much til' things shake out). Going forward, I'm hopeful that you'll be afforded an opportunity to play a large role in exchange policy. Best Wishes Crow Boy |

| Lex & Enky, please tell us how this the price of TNW dropped from a high of 2.24 (with a dividend) to a low of .90(and no dividend) yesterday (a total of less than one month) can be construed as as a "good job". It seemed like a rough month in spite of the good corporate management that seemed to take place. I'm obviously a novice, as witnessed by last months crow eating, so clue me in please. Is this just market fickleness? It seemed that the weekly financials showed that you absorbed some major one time losses without having it severely damage profiability. So why the major down turn? And how can the two of you be happy after losing about 3.16 and 1.11 million $L in value in less than a month? Roughly 11,500 & 4,000 US$ respectively, in stock value. Your comments and insight are desired. | ||

| What exactly is the reasoning behind a repurchase of shares, when the company is deep in the red 3 months running? Price fixing? There is also no posted notice for the stopped trading. I'm starting to think this exchange is an elaborate load of BS! I wouldn't be too surprised to find out that a bunch of these CEOs are buddies with a plan. I've been watching the KDC shares closely and D. Martinek is purchasing shares from B. Beck at .64 to .65 cents that are part of the Allen fiasco. Noone else is buying any appreciable amount of them. He keeps buying a chunk here and a chunk there all day long for three or four days. As a trustee with the job of liquidation, shouldn't Beck be dumping them immediately? Otherwise, he's actually gambling with everyone's money. NOT HIS JOB! He isn't supposed to be doing that. Noone asked him to take the job either, he took it on himself. And Marinek is posting notices that he's buying these shares after he's done it. Shouldn't he, as the CEO, be forewarning the exchange before he purchases and how many he's planning on acquiring? Seems like there are a lot of conflicts of interest on this exchange lately. Good Luck Silverblade and be weary! I wounder whose shares SLCX actually bought, HMMMM! |

| Why aren't you just dumping the KDC shares Bo? Liquidation means liquidation, not wait for a certain price to be hit, then sell. If you were going to wait for a specific value before sale wouldn't it be a price that recoops every last cent for everyone involved? All your doing is transfering the shares to Martinek via tiny sales at 64-70 cents. Seems like collusion. | ||
