| Ok they have committed fraud.. Legal action should be taken. This happens every day in the RealWorld. They dont delist the stock. Basically that leaves nothing to sue. Let the Shareholders trade and decide the value. Freeze the ceo shares if anything. IMHO the stock is worthless. How many of these guys get IPO money to buy sims and run them into the ground because they are clueless. They add no unique value to the investment. The only smart thing they do is get listed. If they try to leave block it, demand they return the shareholder money first. I have watched all the exchanges and their dramma. This 1 seems to be the best, so we need to fight to keep it that way. | I THOUGHT THIS WAS A GREAT IDEA, HAPPY I DIDNT BUY ANY. He needs to hand it over to the shareholders and let them run it. Otherwise it will crash. Eveyone could sell their shares, he certainy wont get anyhting when the share price is .01. No matter what u invested in time Dimitri its worthless if it doesnt make $$$. | Honestly james thats a fair offer. Your buying a failing biz that needs an overhaul. There is definitely some potential to it. Maybe a forum topic should be opened with all the offers. I few big signs should be placed around the island promoting the biz sale. Dimitri what you cant do is hold on until this is on the brink. Set a time limit say a week from today, let all the investors on all the exchanges have a look. BTW are you going to school for computers(what area). This could be a good Graduate thesis. Or maybe even somthing you can get promoted in one of your classes as a group project. Hope its a real liberal school though. Whoever runs it has to hook up with some live/video action sex sites. Being an affiliate to a couple of those could make it a fortune. Sell RL toys, videos so on. I got a good link i will post it on the ad board in-world. Also, if you think this a good idea why dont you just split your shares with a good SL biz manager. You could still hold the sim and $$$ in your name so they cant run off. There has to be someone willing to run this for a fair share of the biz. No one is going to work their tail off for you for even 2000 lindens a week. They will want a piece. | ||
