| Company is temporarily on automatic trading halt. Trading is scheduled to resume at next market open. It would be a shame that any investor would have the opportunity to sell this "gem". |

| Steve - With VPAY and the SLCapEx in general, things could never be better. Only 5 companies have delinquent financials and 1 other is halted because someone sold 52 shares. In total, that isn't even 50% of listed companies halted. Another sunshiney day!! | ||

| Does anybody know if the SLCapex maintains any policy or policies regarding the periodic filing of financials by CEOs of those companies listed on the exchange? In other words, are the persons in charge of investors money in any way obligated to keep their investors informed of the condition of their investment? | ||
