Re: We listened and acted - SLR employs VBL for Translations.
As the concerns I raised affect the value of VBL and the credibility of SLCAPEX, I wonder if any action has been taken place?

Verballis » Share Reduction
Re: Share Reduction
Maybe I'm naive, but there were a lot of buy-orders for amounts between 2 L$ and 3 L$ filed in the system. Questions:

- How could you buy shares at 2 L$ without having buy-orders of e.g. 2.50 L$ fulfilled first?
- Isn't artificially raising the share price by retiring shares against the market wish of a share prices between 2 L$ and 3 L$?

Thank you for answering these concerns.

Re: hippoVISIT
I have been working on that client about a year ago and they had a very firm stance on NOT wanting to have their products translated. So a few questions come up:

1) Will the client actually PAY for the translations, or will the revenue only come from affiliate product sales? In case of commissions only, will the translators be paid full, or will their fees come from commissions only as well?

2) Will the client actively promote the translated products on their website and in-world location, or will promotion and marketing be solely Verbaliis' duty? If promotion is Verballis' duty, is there a marketing budget for it?

3) Do I understand it correctly that Verballis has to provide FULL product support of the translate products, and that the client will provide NO support for these? If yes, this bears the risk of huge time and ressources tied up with support issues. How will this be handled and how will it impact revenue, since the people doing support need to be paid for it as well?

Thank you.

Re: hippoVISIT
Last time I checked I was the 8th largest shareholder. I demand the same basic politeness any other shareholder gets. You chose to publicly list this company, and it is nowhere written that you only get "Well done" feedback. Part of your job is also to answer concerned and critical questions from shareholders. A "nice try" remark is not very professional.

I have been in contact with Andy Enfield on and off during the past year, not only because of translations but regarding other projects as well. I can back up my comment they were not interested in translations with written statements. I can also back up my statement they were afraid of the huge support issues coming along with that with written statements.

The companies I am involved in frequently use Hippo products, and while it is true that simple cases barely run into support issues, a more complex setup requires support frequently. Even with my own usage of Hippo I had to contact their support twice.

I am concerned that the winner in this agreement is Hippo because they have little to no cost, get more exposure, and can at least avoid the first level support.

I fear the loser in this agreement is Verballis, as the full support-risk and the initial work/cost is on them.

You did not manage to take these concerns away from me.

I do have indeed a sale offer in the system, as well as a buy offer, both for values that seem appropriate to me.

I believe in an open market and it is in the interest of my own company that there is competition in the market.

As far as your "constant criticism" goes - thankfully this forum is open to everybody to read, and so are the posts I did in the past.

Again, I shall remind you that even though I run (among others) a competitor to Verballis, basic politeness and courtesy also has to extend to me.
