| Quick question. Who is going to pay the $50-200us fee to get something notarized? For new ceos wanting to IPO is good cuz it makes them spend money to get money. But for existing companies? And YEP! in no way would hide, we were the very first on any exchange to list my RL phone number for my investors. But I think if you make a new rule then you should eat the cost instead of making my investors eat it. Or let my investors vote on it since it would come out of their profits. Just another idea to consider. |

| We (YEP!) have already started importing some base building designs into SL. Currently we are testing them for lag from all areas, including prims/shape, textures, scripts etc during all phases from standing to damaged / broken. We plan to have 4-6 unique building styles imported and scripted around the beginning of this week that we will use to benchmark the sims performance and handling of our plans. These initial buildings will be high quality builds & textures like people expect from YEP!, but also are only a fraction of what we are capable of if the sims can handle it. Our plan is to start it very simple at this point and as we test it, and if SL can handle it, then we would continue to increase the details and other features. We are trying to find the best mix of simple and fast vs. detailed and realistic. If our initial testing on it goes well then we would set up these sample buildings for the combat sim early next week. I will inform ImA when they are displayed so that he can notify all of you and let you all see how things will look. |

We have optimized this build for the new windlight system that is coming out, so to see it in full effect make sure you download the newest windlight viewer. |

| I want the 2 WTF shares! Here goes my shot at 2nd place. March 7th is my bet. BTW, I know the WTF shares are worthless and will never be repaid. That is why I want to get 2nd place and get 2, so they will always be together in my account and never be lonely :) I would feel so bad if I took one and forced it to forever be lonely in my portfolio. |

| This is bullshit. 3 days ago you asked me to contact RYan from mech in RL since I know him personally now in rl. I not only did that, but I went over and helped him with his financials Bogart, which I told you. AND YOU THANKED ME. I then Imed you a few hours later saying it was done, but I was not sure if I helped him right so let me know. You never once told me I helped MECH do it wrong. YOU ALSO NEVER CONTACTED ME OR YELLOW A SINGLE TIME SAYING OUR FINANCIALS WERE WRONG. Last I heard from capex was a thanks for finally getting them posted last week. Were we late? yes. But we posted them a week ago so getting halted now with no warning is pure bullshit. And why were we late? becuase in january you froze withdraws, then in february you converted cash balances to SLW shares, both months screwing up the financials as we had them and forcing us to waste more time figuring out how to proceed and flip some cash to get stuff done. So if they are wrong tell us that and give us a few days to fix. but not telling us they were wrong till we are already halted is non-sense |

| To all who say it was 70 days late. 3 things i want to add for all involved. 1) I personally talked to bogart 3 days ago. He told me to contact ryan in RL since I know him and make sure it gets done. I informed bogart I was going over to help him personally. I then imed bogart few hours later letting him know it was done and to let me know if I helped him wrong so Ryan wouldnt get delisted. Bogart never told me it was done wrong. 2) For all those who say well its been 70 days. Ryan would not have been mad if he had not posted in 70 days and was halted. We all would understand. BUT HE DID POST THEM 3 DAYS ago. Now were they wrong? guess so. but capex should have told him they were wrong, told him why they were wrong so he knew what to fix, and given him some time to fix. Even 1 day from notice. 3) WHICH THEY TOLD HIM HE HAD. they told him he had till midnight. Then the halted him at 9pm before he could finish and repost. What i am saying is I understand those who say it was late. But it was done. And if capex is going to tell him its done wrong and give him till midnight to fix, then they should've given him till midnight. What type of company gives a deadline then 2 hours later says screw the deadline and halts. I am also personally mad becuase I went out of my way to help ryan for bogart and capex, and bogart didnt even have the deceny to tell me I helped him wrong before not only halting mech, but halting YEP which I work for. AND HE DID NOT GIVE YEP ANY NOTICE OURS WAS WRONG BEFORE THE HALT. This boils down to he and ImA had a personal tiff, and bogart let it get the best of him and halted mech early out of anger. Cuz if it was becuase of the rules then he would have given him till midnight like he had told him a few hours earlier. And I will be going to ryans after work to see the chatlogs. He is smart enough to have all ims saved to harddrive in the SL preferences menu so i can verify this unaltered. |

| SPM. Thanks for your interest in our company. One thing we have been asking capex since the day we listed is the ability to alter our prospectus from when we listed, that way we could better inform investors of our assets and strategies. But YEP! is primarily a custom scripting company. we also have a few custom items that we keep adn sell for ourselves from our Luxe Island showroom. We do not believe in holding assets as they tend to lose lots of value in sl since sl constantly changes the rules and markets tumble. -We own no land, and do not plan to at this time. -We own no stocks in other companys except for a little bit of MECH that we got paid for some fo the work we did and we are workign on private sells for that, and as we sell it it has all gone to the divys. -We do not keep any cash balances. at the end of each month 100% is paid out to investors as divys. -All the money raised thorugh IPO a year and a half ago was spent on labor as per the original prospectus, and was spent a year and half ago. So that would not be on the last few months balance sheet anyways. What I am getting at is the value of YEP! is 100% in the value of myself and Yellow Paperclip and Xenius Revere's work with us. YEP! is a stock based on the profits of our labor, and the sell of some products we made for ourselves. We maintain no cash, assets, or balances at the end of each month. 100% of the profits is paid out as dividends. If capex wants us to put some zeros on the balance sheet we will. But halting us without a single warning is bull. |

| Ok. bogart me and you usually agree. but let me get this straight. ImA gave you new financial's two days ago. You are just now telling him they are wrong, after 2 days? Because I just talked to him and he said you didn't contact him yesterday or the day before saying they were wrong again and still not in compliance. And i do agree with him on one thing, he emailed me a copy of the balance sheets and they add up from what I see. So it leaves this question / senerio. If a RL company traded on the NYSE was out of compliance on a report, would the NYSE tell them its wrong and halt saying they should have hired different or new accountant, and not tell them why it was wrong? Or would the NYSE tell them its wrong, but at same time tell them WHY it was wrong and WHAT LINE TO FIX so that they could fix it? Fines or not for mech you all wont even tell them what part of their financials are wrong? Your asking ImA to fix it and not telling him why its wrong. You have spent more of his time and his investors time makign him guess or telling him to hire someone new instead of saying line 6 needs to be this. |
