Tnw Designs and Real Estate » Want to sell 100k Shares of TNW Want to sell 100k Shares of TNW |
| hi I'm looking for someone interested in purchasing 100,000 shares of TNW. I don't want to take the time to slowly sell them a few k at a time. I'm willing to negotiate on the price. at this moment the price is between 2.00 & 2.10. I'd be willing to sell them all in bulk for 1.75 each. It's more convenient for me, and you can earn a profit if you're willing to take the time. send me an IM in-game if you're interested and I should respond the same day. we can work out a way to transfer the shares at that price. | =) I put some sell orders up in small amounts. but if I do that then there's no point in someone buying bulk and then it will just drop even further. | ||

| I think you're better off buying right now cause it's so low. I have full faith that arbitrage will pull through for us. It's always the mass panic that causes ginko's anyways. But if you guys read any reports, you'd probably come to the conclusion that things will be alright. Arbitrage has already stated he'll sign a contract with anyone who wants to. I'm still putting L$ in and I expect to make some off of this because the market bottomed out on saturday. I bought 20,000 JTIC shares between .70 and .90 |

JT Investment Certificates » Question about commission at end of JTIC Question about commission at end of JTIC |
| so JTIC was made to be a 6% monthly return investment, etc. etc. and some things have happened since it was initiated. I wanted to bring a question about. The fees for making a transaction, commission, I believe it's 2.5%? When you buy back the shares at 1.00L$ when this is over, will this be taken into account? Just in case this hasn't been thought of yet, I wanted to bring it up, because that's half a month's returns out the window if we're charged commission when returning the shares. |

JT Investment Certificates » JTIC monthly divd. for march 08 Re: JTIC monthly divd. for march 08 |
| well yea but it's because we have a set amount of .06 dividends. the majority of shares are owned by arbitrage. only about 9.24 mil shares are owned by other people. 10 mil shares would be a 600k dividend. arb never sold the other shares created, but in order to obtain a .06 dividend it has to pay out 1.8 mil | ||

JT Investment Certificates » JTIC monthly divd. for march 08 Re: JTIC monthly divd. for march 08 |
| I thought that's what I just explained. the dividend isn't bigger than the profit. most of the shares are still owned by Arbitrage because they were never issued, so the dividend is about 600k. the rest is just to make sure it's a .06 dividend because there's technically more shares than that. I'm not going to bother explaining it all over again. it's not a very hard concept. just look at the shareholders list. | ||

SL Capital Exchange Archive » The Future of NDX - What is your take? Re: The Future of NDX - What is your take? |
| I only have a little over 6k shares currently, since most of my L$ is tied up in SLW shares. I'm fully opposed to taking this to another Stock Exchange. I dont' like ISE or VSTex. I'm not opposed to the idea of taking the company private. I'm definitely up for that, but keeping it on SLCapex is also ok with me. |
