| As a BNT stockholder I am scared by the current value, and state of affairs. As an BNT investor, OH BABY, just let me get past the tear expenses and I will be in line at Capex ATM spending paycheck on more BNT. What a killer bargain!!! As an employee, what can I tell ya, I know the managers that comprise the BNT Team are all top notch, can see the vision of a leader, are willing to knock out the services and products that make the company buzz, and wow, they just got started. BNT is still getting to its feet after the recent merger with M2B. "There is more to come!" (Shades of Johnny Carson.) |

| Lindsay, any chance you might sell some of that 20% to me, since I cannot buy it through LEGAL means? I dont know about Investor Allen or his tactics. Didn't he unload AVIX at a killer profit, leaving everyone with a 1000L a day habit? I am interested in the future. This stock is intriguing, but it only exists to you, and I have a problem with that. Sell me some? |

Sorry I dont know these statistics nor can I fathom any logic, and what is this a smear campaign, by people that lost there jobs? BNT exists. Its not going away. It is a growing entity and taking the right steps in gloom of all the mistrust that floats through the financial arenas of SL. I think not only that you are sadly mistaken on your figures, but that if you do not buy into the future of BNT you will be kicking your own ass. |

| Full disclosure of BNT will be made long before the due date required, of Spetember 10th. They are reporting this information in the spirit of presenting factual information for all stockholders and potential investors, not only to comply with CAPEX regulations, but to encourage activity in the marketplace. It is free information for all to see, and will be available soon. Disclosure is important for BNT, and is a priority, and would have been out on the 1st, however recent criticism, espionage, and negativity blasted by such groups as "Disgruntled BNT Ex-Employees" (what the hell kinda childishness...) and other individuals that find entertainment with taking potshots at successful enterprises, it has deterred the focus of company efforts. This too shall pass. |
