Why would a daytrader dump enough shares at market to make up this much of a drop?
Would it be to make a point?
It seems to me that that would be an attempt at being
purely destructive.

Well I for one do not feel as though this makes
any difference to the true value of the stock, as long
as every one sticks to their guns on sell price.

Another nice "feature" would be the ability to actually see whom paid you the dividend instead of a date and time.
