Beck Technical Research Public Forum » CEO Q&A BTR Forward Guidance |
|
| Bo - Given your successful track record and the respect I have gained for you based on reading many of your posts and seeing how you have handled various challenges, I'm inclined to hold onto my shares I obtained through the reverse merger even if there is not yet any appreciable BTR revenue as long as guidance is provided. Are you willing to provide forward guidance for revenues and expenses for BTR for the coming months? I am aware that your intellectual property DRM product is still under development so I understand there aren't yet any revenues for it. I further understand that the development timeline is relatively short, but don't have any context to know when you might begin to book revenues from it or what the magnitude of those revenues are In looking at past posts / financials, the revenue amount from your art gallery was pretty small. Is it the intent to make the lions share of BTR's revenues from the DRM product? And the other business areas outlined in the reverse merger announcement / BTR prospectus? Congratulations on running your SL ventures with RL business acumen and gaining the trust of your investors by doing so! - Clouddeck Boa |

| Sportsbets, As an INC shareholder, I agree, but ask your reasons or justification why you think it is a strong buy? Why hold it at all? Why the valuation of 1.07 - 1.13 you cited? - Clouddeck Boa |

SL Capital Exchange Archive » Great Interview with Cadence Juran and other MNM Team Members Great Interview with Cadence Juran and other MNM Team Members |
|
| I had the pleasure of meeting with Cadence Juran, Setori Spire, and Kaffe McMahon of MetaNetwork Media on Jan. 2. During the meeting I learned a bit more about their very well thought out and ambitious business plans. Each of their respective real-world backgrounds would lend credibility to their ability to execute the plan. Last evening, when I inquired further, Cadence referred me to WordWright Singh, Communications Director for MetaNetwork Media. WordWright confirmed the following and also gave me some additional feedback. One thing that I feel offers a particularly large upside is the fact they will derive revenues from both Second Life and real-life clients. Even a relatively meager amount of real-life client revenues in real-world currency would rapidly grow their revenues beyond those of most other SL ventures. They also have multiple streams of revenues. I am not affiliated with MNM. Therefore, my best efforts to explain these may not be consistent with MNM's message or explanation, so I will stop short of elaborating on any of the following points. I am certain others will find valuable information both in the prospectus and hopefully in forthcoming posts from Cadence, WordWright, Kaffe, Setori and other members of the MNM executive team. It was obvious to me that they intended to derive revenues from advertising sales in their media programming - it is stated in their prospectus that they will run three, one-minute commercials in their 7.5-minute news segments. Other things I was not aware of, but learned are: - MNM are incorporating as a real-world corporation in the state of New York - MNM have acquired the other half of their sim, and will derive a revenue stream from providing premium land through an innovative real estate strategy that WordWright indicated will be the model for business-class sims. Cadence indicated that Setori Spire is an accomplished builder, and they will therefore provide build-to-suit arrangements for prospective customers. Wordwright eluded to a model for the land that is subscription based and includes a bundle of services beyond basic land rental / leasing. I am interested in hearing more about how this is structured, and what it includes. - MNM will focus on advertising for both SL and RL clients in both SL and RL. - MNM will intermix machinima video and content with RL video and content in its programming. I hope the executive team will post here regularly so more investors can share in the experience I had through my conversations with them. It will help investors greatly to see the value in their venture! Cheers -Clouddeck Boa |

| Sportsbets Writer, Fair enough. Personally, I don't place much stake in technical analysis, but we can agree to disagree on that. I look only at business fundamentals. I like INC so far because management have shown that they can produce a profit, because they've shown reasonably good communication on the forums here, and they have been consistent about doing so. My biggest single concern is that top line revenues are a bit low at $405,490 but the profit margin is acceptable. The net profit is in the range of other decent publically traded SL companies. - Cloud |
