Quick question, I noticed that October dividends were never distributed, and that the dividends the month before declined greatly from the dividends the month before that. If there is an explaination to this please state something.

Putting my name in for COO
Greetings to everyone of the SL Capital Exchange. My name is Elendreal Halasy, and for a good while of the development of Dream Cities first sim Shipwreck Bay I was the Chief Architect for DCTY. If you notice the giant ship out front that was all of my design, and the community center, and I have laid out all the houses in the area. However with the recent resignation of the COO Trinity Nakamori I would like to put my name in for consideration.

I want to see this business succeed just as much as everyone else, but more so however, not only because Anduin Matova is a good friend of mine, but also because all the work I have done for the company will have gone to complete waste if the business collapses.

I have a few ideas on how to get this company quickly turned around however it may mean closing the sim for a few days for a short renovation period.

Some of these ideas include:

Retheming the island and losing the origional RP aspect of it because when people think of RP some think of Gor and not everyone is Gorean. The island itself will remain the same.

Distributing the land evenly between land sales and rental houses. I have a plan drawn up on my computer that puts up land for sale around the outer rim of the island for the ocean front view which would sell at a nice price. As for the rental houses they will be in land and fewer of them to allow for more prims on the land for sale.

I have also came up with a few ideas for advertisement, for example the most basic of them, post and advertisement in the classified ads, along with an advertisement on the website because more people read the forums than some would realize.

I am a person that could make all this possible, with dedication to the company, a head for business, and a smile on my face.

Members of the board and to all whom this may concern I believe that I would make a good choice for COO of Dream Cities.

And to clarify a few more things, I had spoken with Anduin about the issues all the way through and he wanted me to do most of the actual building instead of you rushing through to get it done.

And something planned out seems necessary at the moment in order to save Anduin and the investors business.
