Brautigan & Tuck Holdings Public Forum » BNT Trading Halted Re: BNT Trading Halted |

| Putting aside Int's apparent lack of spreadsheet ability, which I have no personal knowledge of or will comment on, let us get back to the issue. The issue is that SLCAPEX has ILLEGALLY banned BNT from the exchange for no apparent reason! There have been no warnings. No threats of punitive actions. Nothing! There have been no explanations of what portions of the SLCAPEX TOS have been violated! This should be the concern of all shareholders, whether they hold BNT stock or not! They should NOT be concerned if Int can read or produce a balance sheet. My goodness! He can hire accountants for that for goodness sakes! Wake up guys! Forget your personal vendettas against Int and concentrate on what is screwing us up now! It is not Int , it is SLCAPEX! They are delisting BNT wihtout cause. There have been no warnings, no issues raised, etc. They are delisting companies contrary to their own TOS. Don't get me wrong. Personally I think Int is a braggart and an SOB! I would not choose to associate with him in RL or SL for that matter. And I don't do either, and never will as far as I can help it! But personal biases do not belong in business! BNT is getting screwed by SLCAPEX at this point, and you should be directing your anger against SLCAPEX instead of BNT. DISCLOSURE: I own 0 shares of BNT. I sold them off a long time ago at a sweet profit, when Int showed his true colors as an SOB! I am not a friend of Int's! In fact I can produce rants, on request, that I have sent him. This is not about Int, it is about how SLCAPEX is handling what appears to be a personal vendetta against someone who dares to disagree with them in no uncertain terms. So take that as you may. |

| When someone like Cliff asks this question. Then we all need to wonder as shareholders. It is a valid question and demands an answer! Thanks Cliff. I don't own enough shares to be listened too let alone be answered! But I am happy to know that someone of your caliber is asking the same questions! |

| Rexx I disregard your coments, sorry. You have made it plain where you come from on this and other forums. If you can contribute something of value to this discussion, such as proof of malfesance of Int or anyone else that you happen to be pissed off with at the time, then it would be welcome. Otherwise...... Thanks. |

SL Capital Exchange Archive » Please explain Mr. Beck! Please explain Mr. Beck! |

| In your words! SLCX CEO Bogart Beck - Update on recent Halts and Delistings Lest any person thinks the Exchanges actions today were malicious or capricious, let me stand on record as stating that the decisions were NOT made lightly, nor with ANY vendetta agenda. These decisions were NOT personally directed at ANY individual whatsoever, but rather were made with the very best intentions and with the interests of each entity's public shareholders carefully considered. Further, let me state on the record, that the final decision to delist was mine as CapEx CEO, and such decision was made after considerable research and discourse on the part of the CapEx management team. I stand by that decision firmly, and, on behalf of CapEx do apologize for any inconvenience or hardship such decision may have on your short-term horizon. Please trust that this decision is indeed the best course of action for all interested parties. The rationale for such decision is well-founded and completely within my capacity and authority to do so. In due course the justification for this decision will be self-evident to all interested parties. Respectfully, Bogart Beck CEO, CapEx You still have not made public the rationale behind this decision. Given that AIG had 10 days to comply because they were on probation, publicly stated by Arbitrage Wise, the owner of this exchange, and also that BNT had not recieved any public warnings, you are bound by your own company's TOS to disclose WHY YOU chose to delist these two companies at this time!!!! If you do not then you are not being forthcoming to the people who use this exchange and they have every right to seek legal recourse! |

General Investment Discussion » The Unofficial Reason for the Recent Delistings Re: The Unofficial Reason for the Recent Delistings |

| Lindsay, you have been suckered by Arb and other Allen detractors. Read the past history, especially Maelstrom's deeper investigations into this matter of Sal = Allen. It is bogus. Allen may be a lot of things but I find it hard to believe he is Sal, at least I won't buy into this unless Mael steps forward and verifies. If that happens, then I will stand down. I find it interesting that you guys chose to do this at the time that Mael has taken a short leave of abscence to tend to RL affairs. By the time he gets back to disclaim your "findings" it will be too late! This is a new low for the exchanges. I will only believe this tripe when and if Mael states it personally. I hope others who have followed this saga from the beginning push back on this nonsense. As far as your reasons for delisting BNT, you have violated your own personal ethics by letting personality clashes interfere with business. It is no secret that you and Int detest each other. You have finally had your revenge. |

| I apologize. I missed Mael's post. However I am a bit surprised. Mael, didn't you do the same IP address checking and came to the conclusion that the ip address linked to GoDaddy? Also didn't you verify that Allen's phone number was a New York number? That you talked to him in RL many times? That you were absolutely positive that Allen was not, and in no way could be Sal? This is just too convenient. However I stand by my prior statement. I am standing down. |

| The last thing I will say is that the 7 Million owed to Allen must still be accounted for. That has to include those of us who have money in Allens Bank and Land Fund as well as AIG stockholders. A stock swap won't cut it, if that 7 Million is not to be paid to Allen, because he is now conveniently Sal, then it must be paid to creditors, depositors, partners, and shareholders. I think I saw the correct order in another post, either in this forum or the AIG forum. Arb cannot hope to keep this money and the exchange without being part of a fraud. Let's have an accounting and let's have it soon! Like within the next 24 hours. I agree with Cliff, MONDAY don't cut it!!! |

| No need to apologize Mael, as you said you did the best you could under the circumstances. I'll wait to see how the 7 Million that Arb owes Allen/Sal/Whatever is handled before I come to any final conclusions. |

Allenvest Investment Group Public Forum » ATM fails to pay part 2 Re: ATM fails to pay part 2 |
|
| I have to agree with Dezmond. I just went to Allenvest ATM to test the problem wihtt he limit, because last time people were having this problem I was able to withdraw without a problem. Today I withdrew 1,000L, it deducted from my account but did not pay me. I stuck around just to make sure it wasn't a lag problem. There don't appear to be any grid issues. Also another person who was in the bank at the center ATM IM'd me and asked me if I was getting money from the ATM. Apparently he has lost 2,000 over the last two days. I put in a support ticket on the Avix site and also IM'd Unoti directly. He helped out last time with cancelling a currency sell order for me (since the option of cancelling open currency sell orders went away when the exchange was transferred) so maybe when he comes back he will take care of this one way or the other. I will remain somewhat optimistic that he is not involved with this scam business. |
