Syncere, Bo is right. There is nothing we can do at this point in time.

I would vote that we wait and see what happens. If we do not hear any word after Oct 10 when financials are due then I volunteer to contact the other top 10 shareholders in MECH and together we can discuss the situation and decide on a course of action. Until then, we must wait since there is no indication of fraud or malfesance.

I wish I had a magic bullet to solve this situation, I have a lot to lose, not only in Lindens, but trust in others in the SL Market which is harder to take than the loss of money.

Since I am out on the road next week and may or may not be able to connect to the internet, I am posting Septembers Financials early. Here is the link:

When I get more time, I will create an "index page" so that you can select the financial report that you want.

The good news is that we are in the black! The sad news is that we won't be paying dividends this month as a precautionary measure (blame me, now that I'm responsible for the financials I'm suddenly a conservative! :) )

Once the transition is completely finished, and we are way ahead of schedule on that, then dividends will once again resume. I apologize for the dissapointment this month but want to thank you all again for your patience through this transition period.

What the hell, I'm an eternal optimist! Rest assured there will be a meeting even if an update occurs. I think we have a lot of questions that deserve a lot of answers. That goes for all of the shareholders, just not the top 10.

I also want to say, since I have stuck my neck out this far, that I am on the road on a business trip from 10/5 thru 10/12. I hope to have internet access in order to monitor what's going on, at least on SLCAPEX, but I may have limited access to SL, so my efforts to get the Top 10 shareholders together may be delayed until I get back on 10/13. If any or all of the top 10 shareholders (or any other shareholder who wants to put in their 2 Lindens worth!) are monitoring this post, and if you feel comfortable, please send your e-mail address to arnaudvillota@yahoo.com. I will be in contact on or a day after Oct 10th.

Syncere, I would be more than happy to post financials, if I had any. There are none which is why MECH has been halted. ImA is the only one who can provide financials and apparently he is gone, that is why I am calling the shareholders meeting for Sunday to discuss what has happened and what our alternatives are.

Stacy, while I am not the top shareholder in YEP, I still hold a respectable amount, so I am volunteering to speak on the behalf of Sando, who is the top shareholder after danielZ. We are working out the problems and will get back to all shareholders. I personally don;t think things are as gloomy for YEP as they may seem, but that is my opinion and no one elses. All that I can say right now, or actualy all that I know, is that we should all hang in there and hope this all gets sorted out for everyone.

I don't profess to be in public relations so please forgive my awkward rsponse
