| I was reading through the comments on the SL blog regarding the new Gambling TOS that has been released by LL. One of the posters suggested that WSE and all Exchanges be shut down as a form of gambling. I am sure Stock exchanges will not be in the hot seat for awhile, but does anyone forsee this as an issue with the crack down stance LL is attempting to impliment? |

| Feels like there is a lot of back and forth as to who is responsible for bringing "new money" into the exchange. Now I am still learning and don't know a whole lot about stock trading, but I feel like there is one overwhelming point to me, and I figured I would share. 1> AVIX is taking the stand that business owners should be making the effort to go out and convince people to purchase shares of their company. I whole heartedly agree with this.... CEOs should be excited enough about their product to go out and tell everyone they see to get in. 2> AVIX is a publicly traded company on the AVIX exchange. okay.... Companies should be out promoting themselves... AVIX is one of the major traded companies on the exchange. Therefor AVIX should be putting forth major efforts to promote themselves, and therefor bring in new money. It seems like there is a lot of pass the blame about why new money is not making its way into the exchange. To me it seems that AVIX needs to lead by example. Go out there and really spread the word about your product and service. Lead by example and the rest will follow. If AVIX doesn't go out and promote itself why should any other company do it? I think we all agree new money is essencial to the progress of this exchange. Without new investors we are all just passing around the same money and you see some market stagnation. EVERYONE needs to do their part, and I really hope that AVIX gets a major marketing campaign underway soon to take the lead. |

| I can offer to DJ for a portion of the day no problem. If AVIX does not currently subscribe to a media Stream (I doubt they do since what plays is internet Radio) I know where once can be gotten on a 1 day rental for 600Lindens. My music selection is mostly club tunes, but I do have some old school stuff I can work in as well... Lots of Rush/Queen/Bowie etc. I can check with a couple of DJs I know as well to see if they have some time they could donate to the cause. I also own some contest boards that are not currently in use, so if you want to run any contests for prizes I can plug those in as well. |

| Arian, Stocks stay in IPO status until the entire offering has been filled. Or in some instances if a pre-determined deadline for the IPO passes without all shares being sold several options open up, including but not limited to, a price drop to encourage further purchases, the option for a CEO to buy out the remaining shares, or in some instances an IPO rollback where the exchange would in essense "refund" all of those who have purchsed shares from the IPO because the IPO was unable to fill. I think the problem for Dimitri is not a bad business model (Sex does indeed Sell) but rather the introduction of 4 new IPOs at a time when the market is a bit depressed and people are wary of kicking extra money in. Gone for now are the days of 2 million share IPOs filling in a matter of hours with people buying as much stock as they could get their hands on. There are too few investors with too few dollars spread over too many stocks that are effectively valueless compared to where we bought them right now. The management has promised to work in some innovative ways to increase liquidity in the market, and hopefully after a successful transition to the CapEx backbone today we will see those efforts, and the fruits thereof. In the meantime, a lot of folks are waiting on each other to buy into the IPO figuring they have plenty of time to get in on it so long as there are over 1 million shares outstanding. In summary... Patience young padawan. |

| With our Cash balances remaining with AVIX once the system switches over to the JTF backbone, this will effectively wipe all BUY orders won't it? Since no one will have the cash in their accounts immediately to fulfill those buy orders should they go through. Will Sell Orders remain in the system? or will they become null as well? Thanks! |

SL Tronics » IPO Roll Back and Reissue??? Are you Kidding?!?! IPO Roll Back and Reissue??? Are you Kidding?!?! |
|
| So I feel for the investors who were unable to get into the IPO today, I really, do. I have been in that boat myself and I was upset. However, Rolling back the IPO and saying we'll try again tomorrow is not a viable solution. I for one was in the right place at the right time today and picked up a few shares (for which I sold a few shares in another company at a lower rate than I would have liked, but anyway...) I will not be around tomorrow at 2SLT to buy back the shares that I had purchased today. So you have basically robbed Peter to pay Paul because Paul complained. Well here is my complaint. I bought into the IPO when it was introduced, and I feel it is inappropriate to have those shares taken away from me because someone didn't get to buy in who wanted to. Now I won't get to buy in, so who is the winner here??? I'm no financial guru, but since you are talking about upping the offered shares anyway, wouldn't it have been simpler to leave things the way they were and do a "secondary offering" tomorrow fo rthose who failed to get in today. I know it is not going to change anything, but hopefully in the future errors like this will not occur where either way you go someone is upset. |

SLCapEx Suggestions » Announcement Board in Forums Announcement Board in Forums |
|
| Since we have a lot of new policies and initiatives being put into place by the new management, I would like to see a section of the forums where only SLCAPEX Management can post to give us updates on things like: CEO weekly Updates (who is not in complaince - list of companies, fine being levied, not being levied because, etc.) CEO Financials Posted Compliance. Any other compliance issues that may arise. Basically looking for one quick reference that says "These companies have failed to fulfill the obligations placed on them by SLCAPEX". I don't think CYB is the only company on the board we have not heard from in awhile, and several may be in jeopardy of fines being initiated soon for lack of communications, and I hope that management intends to let shareholders know so that we have a feeling that disciplinary action is in faqct being undertaken. Thanks! |

SLCapEx Suggestions » Extended Limit Order times Extended Limit Order times |

| One of the things that was discussed prior to the new management coming in was changing the length that Buy/Sell orders are valid for before expiring. I think everyone came to an agreement that 2 weeks seemed like a good compromise as opposed to either the current 3 days or the requested good till cancelled. Are we likely to see this change occur? Or does new management feel that the current 3 day setting is appropriate and that is the path on which we will continue? Thanks! |

Allenvest Investment Group Public Forum » AVIX is a great success for ? Re: AVIX is a great success for ? |

| My understanding when I started investing at AVIX was that AIG wa to be a "no dividend" company. AVIX on the other hand was slated to post dividends monthly. (That's why I bought AVIX approximately 5x1 versus AIG. If that policy has changed I have not seen the notice. Don't forget, out of that 13M at least 7M is unpaid debt owed to the company in the form of the structured buy out of AVIX. Not that I expect Arb won't pay up, but it is not money Allen has readily available. |
