| I agree with ServMe on this. It had to be done. BUT....execution was horrible. I would think that legitimate companies could petition to recieve a longer time frame. At least this would assist LL in finding out who was legitimate and who are not. The time frame is fine but they should have parameters set for an appeal process of a longer time frame with the bank providing documented proof of what is on deposit and a reasonable time frame for liquidation. While I only need about 3-4 weeks, Arbitrage may need double that or more. Everyone knows by now I am a research buff and will plug at information and numbers hard before I make a decision. They should hire me at LL. | ||
