General Investment Discussion » SLW conversion and frozen account? Re: SLW conversion and frozen account? |
|
| I would hope that there is some recouping remedy for those of us who liquidated the Sky Fund during the vaccum of no information from him, during the change in LL banking policy. There had been no updated information on the status of the fund going back into December of 07 which left many, including myself with no idea of the fund status and no answers. While it is perfectly clear that the Sky Fund was/is outside the domain of Sl Capex- it is now clear that 35% of the holdings in POW were from the Sky Fund. Comingling, shell game, inexperience, all of the above not clear. What is clear is that I am down 75% and if there is additional money in that fund the proper course of action would be to provide addtional pay out to myself and anyone else in this position. It is disingenous to state that the money is gone when large sums are proported to be on the AV, in JFT as well as a documented large position in POW-which is apparently due to Sky Fund Money. I would agree to a share or proportional share in POW under Sullys direction as a make good. In my assessment, this has been a horrible situation for all of the investors in both POW and Sky Fund. I believe Sully has the best interests of all parties to try to sort this out for a win win This post is not an indictment or slam on anyone just a sincere plea for recouping of my lost lindens. |

Sky Power Fund » Fiasco Update Re: Fiasco Update |

| Honestly this makes no sense at all per the posting from Scott, http://www.slcapex.com/forums/topic/POW/1560 after the emergency meetings held on Sat and Sunday past to prevent a delisting of Pow/PSG. So, essentially per the post above the election based on shareholder majority has not been honored? This is not right. |

| I think that Isegim makes an excellent point, which is similiar to what I have been saying: 35% be refunded to Skyrangers personal account or will it be held aside to be fairly distributed among the investors If sky fund investors money represents over 35 % of POW then when that fund is liquidated and paid off it would appear that sky/sky fund would recieve 35% liquidation. As Sky has been unresponsive and unresponsible to his investors of Sky Fund [I find it unlikely everyone in sky fund knew the places their money was invested -and we now know at least on place ] can we have some mechasim for disbursement of this cash out to the sky fund holders? This would be fair and appropriate. |

| I may not have a vote per se as having with drawn from sky fund early so at least I did receive a proportion of my investment-but I do concur that there should be a trustee nominated. Frankly I have never heard of anything that has a 75% penalty, in most states this is considered usury. The news that 35% of this fund was in POW puts to mind the question of when this is liquidated will this money go to a new sub account for dispersement to Skyfund invididuals. This would be a good idea. |

| I think that the posts here should be on topic and move towards resolution as opposed to discussion of grooming practices. Pow members.BOD and CEO have come to a decision and Sky you are holding us all up and hostage. POW= Prisoner of Words. Ths time for endless rhetoric, non sensical questions and evasion need to end. While I only speak for myself and am not attacking anyone, frankly I think everyone is sick of this and ready to move forward. I for one, challenge you Sky to state here what is holding you back from moving forward with what Sully needs? Why is this not completed. If you refuse to comply you owe everyone here a straightforward, simple and professional and concise. This is a reasonable request. If this is a duplicate entry/post my apologies but this is an important question that deserves an answer. |

Sky Power Fund » For Those Backing Skyranger Hammerer. Re: For Those Backing Skyranger Hammerer. |

| I would venture to suggest he is done and long gone. A quick vist to his "former office" proves that it is no longer his space as well as completely stripped of everything that he had in there...........Although perhaps he has just moved and no one is aware of his forwarding address. LL has had serious lag issues recently and perhaps that new address card got lost in the mail. | ||

| I opened a trouble ticket complaint against Sky and was told by LL that they have no way of interceeding on AV to AV complaints of this type. Since Sky fund independent of capex and at AV level. The POW group vote to accept Sky Account holders left out to dry and it was our invidual decisions to accept this offer. In a series of point blank questions to Sky via email from me, I challenged him on the cash withdrawls to his AV over 1 Million L. He indicated he needed the money for expenses and to pay to his Sky investors. I would hope he would have paid Ocean and others their money. I have this email and if anyone wants a copy I will forward it My address is in my profile. Also it should be noted that Sky had a USURY withdrawl penalty of 75%. I smelled the coffee and got out but was hit with this ridiculous penalty. Sully has done the right thing every time on this matter and I am grateful for what he has done and hope we can all move forward. |
