| Yes it will be equally weighted.... it was originally designed to equally weight the WSE, but since the issues over there, we moved it here and it will focus on companies that are providing full disclosure irregardless of the exchange that they are on. |

| SO far this month we have done rather well. We anticipate that our only expenses will be land tiers & commissions paid to a real estate consultant that we are working with. We had been overbilled last month by Linden Labs, so I expect this month to be really good. Our P/E Ratio right now is around 5, which means our stock is undervalued. I have personally picked up more shares at these levels, because our income stream has been steady. Our Website has been revamped and will rollout in a couple of days with a list of all our product & services, per shareholder requests. As always, We welcome feedback! |

| Here is where things stand with NDX. Things are slowly stabilizing in the markets so we are begining to pick up stocks that will make up this index. In case you missed it, we will be focusing on SLEC member companies across all exchanges and we will be purchasing equal dollar amounts of each. At the present time our nav is $L0.94 which is above the current market price. |

| As a company, we only had about $L 12,000 at Ginko's bank. We have withdrawn all but about $4,000 which is less than 1% of all of the assets we manage. I believe we will get those funds back, but the if by some chance we didnt, the impact would still be virtually no impact on INC. Our revenues are strong and our expenses are minimal. | ||
