| Disregard that question. Hippie Pay has one of the best systems around. Use their idea to come up with your system. | ||

General Investment Discussion » Balance sheets Re: Balance sheets |
|
| For me honestly, the balance sheet is way over my head. I would like to see a more simplified version that uses SL terminology so I know what the sheet is asking me for specifically and I don't run to the corner whimpering like a school girl feeling defeat by an excel spreadsheet. I would also like to see versions for different industries as certain industries require more or less than another. It would be even better if there can be an interface in the CEO portal that does the calculations and posts the financial information via the numbers plugged in for different things. Just my dos pesos. | ||

SLCapEx Suggestions » Minutes or Recap of meetings Re: Minutes or Recap of meetings |
|
| It depends on the company on where that information is kept. Try contacting the CEO to find out. I am an avid blogger while some companies meet face to face and some don't meet at all so I would say contact the CEO of that company. | ||

General Investment Discussion » Balance sheets Re: Balance sheets |
|
| Being very serious....every time I look at those sheets, tears come to my eyes and I mean that literally. I am a pretty smart girl but I know my limits and understanding those forms are beyond the scope of my expertise. I have looked at sl-accounts but I am still researching their process a bit. Considering I have so many things to account for and so many accounts between our USD and Linden balances, I don't know.....reporting every month for a bank AND only having a 10 day window to do it in considering SL in NOT my FT job, I don't see me utilizing the forms in their entirety anytime soon. If it were quarterly, and a 15 day time frame, I would be no problem but I think requiring the form with 10 days to do it...for me...is VERY hard. I have to rely on my statements of my RL accounts and sift through all of that along with working my RL job and being a FT student. If SL were the only thing I did and I was familiar with accounting and finance, it would be easy. | ||

General Investment Discussion » Intlibber, Midas, SLEC & Others.. a statement. Re: Intlibber, Midas, SLEC & Others.. a statement. |

| iVentures, I think SLEC is premature at the moment. I think exchanges should be given the chance to establish their own regulations to stablizes themselves and then work together collectively to stablize the market. I think the SLEC was trying to paint the house when the inside of the house needed repairing, not to mention we have the biggest whiner and conspiracy theorist in SL running the show. I mean, do people actually still listen to Intlibber? and why? Somewhere in this mix, I became the Italian girl that runs Vstex and I really live in Italy...last time I checked, I was a chunky black chick from the south in the U.S.....then there was SL CapEx running attacks on ACE, when I know for a fact that there was a DDoS attack running rampant on many servers in the U.S. causing our bank to go offline for a few hours, not DAYS as Intlibber suggested. What's next? The Thanksgiving turkey griefing Ancapistan? Oh no...wait....Santa Claus is going to hack ACE. Even better, the Baby New Year and Father Time are going to set poofers off on Friedman. It's the world against Intlibber but the sad part about it....he is the only one that knows it..... |

| 1 of 2 things could have happened....Midas is blocked for investigation by LL or Midas has left the building. | ||

| I wouldn't be surprised but considering the financial industry represents less than 5% of the current residents, it will be a long time coming.... | ||

General Investment Discussion » Intlibber, Midas, SLEC & Others.. a statement. Re: Intlibber, Midas, SLEC & Others.. a statement. |

| Thanks for the correction Samantha. But what is really weird about it.....I met Mike Lorrey face to face at SLCC.....I like pasta but I am no where near Italian. Maybe he thinks we are the same person because we both write our notices in first person. I don't know. I am a bit sick of it all. I am making light of it because I gave up trying to reason with the man when he attacked me for the last time when he got delisted. I told him the SLEC was a bit of a joke then, tried to look at it again and was still uninterested and still think it is a joke even now. I think it is a needed institution eventually but with strict objectivity and at a more stable point in the market. Right now, I think the market is slowly weeding out the rift raft and refining itself. A diamond is only created through extreme pressure and right now the pressure is on. I am sure we will see other exchanges pop up eventually but they will have to come with standards of operation ahead of time before they are recognized by shareholders. |

General Investment Discussion » Intlibber, Midas, SLEC & Others.. a statement. Re: Intlibber, Midas, SLEC & Others.. a statement. |

| I do know that between CapEx, ISE, and Vstex that kind of thing is diminshed as we have seen with Robo Marx. Will Intlibber try? No, he hates Arb. Will Luke Connell try? eh...I would say he listens to reason and would listen long before Intlibber would if it comes from the right mouth. Perhaps this is all salvagable but I seriously doubt ACE will be in the middle of it. And the current SLEC did not start until around Junish. There was a body similar called the SLEC that started back in March at the fall of TSF that was chaired by Rodders Holgado and I was Vice...Luke Connell was on the board, JC Brink, Crytologic, and few others but we disbanned because no one had the time to commit to it really. And to my knowledge Intlibber started talks of his own exchange when Investor Allen went missing for a few weeks and then made a really big stink when Arb bought AVIX. |
