This month's financials are out. We are, as usual, robust! Kush Islands closes out a short month (due to SLCAPEX reporting requirements) with a net income of $L149K. Total assets, including cash on hand, inventory and investments total $L496K.

Kush Islands is pleased to report a total dividend of $L60K to be paid on Sunday, April 13.

Our patience and conservative business model has once again paid off. Kush Islands stands even more competitive as we are poised to take full advantage of the new $1000us price for private islands. We are strongly considering adding yet another sim to our inventory within the coming week!

Kush Islands' core business involves owning and managing the Kush estate. The Kush estate is a collection of islands that offer attractive landowning options for Second Life residents.
