Ticker boards have been banned for some time, due to the lag it was causing the server. There has been numerous requests for these to be removed. Some boards were removed, others were not. The only ticker boards that are not banned are the ones in the exchange themselves. I request that you delete or remove your ticker board again.

We will develop ticker boards at a later date, but this is not a priorty, as we have other planned web alternations and work to complete.

Hello Manuela and others,

We do have rules for compliance, we try and resolve the issue by contacting the CEO's of the companies to find out why the compliance has not been met. We are looking out for the best interests of the investor. Just because we don't make the information public, does not mean that we are not doing anything about. It is more proactive (as I learned from Bogart) to try and help or speak with the CEO, instead of punishing them. Giving out fines, halting etc is the absolute last resort, because at the end of the day it is also the investors who will be the ones suffering.

In regards to dividends, each company makes its own decision on whether a dividend is paid. There is no guarantee of a dividend being paid each month, this is the decision of the CEO, who has the capability to pay out a dividend at any period of time.

Yes Sean4you I understand what you are saying. Investors and companies alike have gone through a trying period.

We as management are looking out for everyones best interest. If we punish a company harshly, it is not the company that will stuffer, but the investors themselves. Lets say we put a black mark against a company, for being late - then the company loses face and the investors.

I can assure you that we are looking out for everyones best interest. Your comments are noted.
