Re: Karlfeldt & Delgado Mutual Stock Ratings
How are you going to manage the conflict of interest in the advice you are giving?

I would suggest being transparent with KDC shareholdings and providing the rationale behind your ratings would be a positive start.

In relation to your recent announcement - The first days are......., could you clarify on what you mean by the following statement:

"The capital will be open to new investors as soon as translation contracts are signed. This is a wise approach that would ensure the stability of the group of shareholders and should avoid big fluctuations of the share price."

Thank you,

Re: Anybody home here?
Lindsay,

From the prospectus

Fortune Rang is a 10 year veteran of the business world, and in particular of website design and development, graphics design, logo and branding, marketing, and SEO, and brings her expertise to the job of CEO having operated HER RL company CyberSyzygy (CYB) for over 4 years.

The use of the term "HER" might have been made to deceive, however it seemed that Fortune considered herself a woman.

Lindsay,

In addition to my last comment. Maelstrom also knew that FORTUNE RANG was female!

I can't comment on his knowledge of the ID supplied.

Re: Anybody home here?
Lindsay,

I have e-mails, telephone numbers, addresses, companies etc. Would you like me to post it here?

The worst part is the following:

DGD buys 10% of CYB out of IPO leveraging other assets.

Selling off other higher valued assets in particularly risky areas, DGD bought 10% of CYB out of IPO. The CEO is a good friend of Maelstrom Baphomet and a very trustworthy individual. In the verification process, a visual ID was used to identify the CEO that was uploaded from the real world, with their SL character in the background. It was cross-referenced with a state-government database. They are definitely, legitimately, who they claim. Judging by their website and their past projects, I am faithful they will be successful with enough effort. Their Prospectus was reasonably conservative.

May the winds be beneath your wings in business Fortune Rang, we are depending on you.

SLCapEx Suggestions » Dividend Policy
Dividend Policy
At present the dividend policy of many listed companies is unknown, researching who has said what and when is difficult. SLCX should consider rectifying this issue.

My suggestion is a separate section for dividend policy within the research page and/or within the dividend page. SLCX companies will have a variety of policies, which can include a non dividend payment policy. Each companies dividend policy should be announced, it should then be displayed on the research page.

There will be occasions when a company policy will need to be altered; the company should then announce the change and this new policy is added to the research page. All previous postings would remain, eventually assisting investors by building a picture for the evolving dividend policy and more importantly the reliability of the company. When a dividend is paid it is slotted into these announcements. If a company fails to make a payment, which is detailed in their policy, then SLCX would insert a comment of non-compliance.

This suggestion is designed to focus the CEO on their dividend policy; it remains their choice which direction this policy takes. It will assist investors as it will be obvious which CEO’s hype or possibly mislead investors.

Re: Dividend Policy
Lindsay,

I agree that the CEO should be able to honour or retract the policy at any time. There may be very good reasons why a dividend isn't paid, it would help if these decisions are recorded. If there are continuous excuses then the shareholders should be able to see through it.

LNL has recently notified shareholders that they may not be making a dividend payment due to a share buy back. This is the type of information that should be contained in this section so that current and prospective investors can judge for themselves the suitability of a particular share.

BnT have a policy of issuing a dividend after the purchase of 100 sims. This again should be recorded clearly and no policing is required unless BnT fails to deliver a dividend when they reach this milestone.

Both LNL and BnT are at liberty at any stage to change their dividend policies, however the continuous re structuring of this policy MAY indicate management issues within the company.

There was an announcement yesterday that this IPO was to be cancelled. Any news of when it will happen?

I assume it isn't an administrative problem as you just successfully launched an IPO.
