| I actually wrote a rather lengthy response here, but came back in and edited it in the interests of getting along with everyone. All I can say is we have a crack team here. It is no longer a one-man show, and we are doing everything we can to turn this into a 100% transparent operation. It is what is needed to restore investor confidence. We will never be perfect. But the simple fact that we are fighting about all of it is a step in the right direction. With conflict comes negotiation, and with negotiation comes progress. I appreciate all concerns and suggestions and will take them under advisement as they apply to me... as appropriate. I am only here to help, and apologize for anyone that read this response before it was edited. What I said was the honest to God truth, but sometimes it is better to let a wound heal as opposed to picking at it. Thanks, Your Friend.... Xavier |

| We are working to keep an eye out for these people. Thanks go out to all the investors that kept an eye out for this. Yea, always make sure you are paying "Arbitrage Wise." The suggestion of depositing L$1 first is good, but we hope to be at the point soon to where - at least in JT World - customers can be confident enough to where they don't have to do this. For the time being, JTF and CapEx staff are being extra vigilant in trying to watch out for these people. If you personally see something suspicious in the JT World sim, though, please IM Kadena Whitfield, Aaron Hush, Reina Ferraris (or JTFinancial Writer), or me inside Second Life. We all have permissions on the sim and will will ban the offender. We are also looking into scripts which might make this a non-issue in the future. From what I was hearing, there was some loss involved with a couple of customers... thank goodness the amounts were not larger than they were. Luckily staffers were able to come in and take care of the situation before it got any worse. Please remember that JT Financial Bank has many full-time employees almost always working on Floor 2 of the CapEx tower. If you need in-world assistance but don't have a name, be sure you check there. Xavier Mohr |

| Also remember that before you make a deposit, you can hit CTRL+SHFT+T (CMD+SHFT+T on a Mac). This will reveal all transparent objects. | ||

SL Reports Public Forum » Financials Tonight and RL Availability This Week Updated: Financials Tonight and RL Availability This Week Edited by moderator Sep 10th 2007, 07:11 |

Investors: While I have attempted to utilize the new CapEx financial template provided to us, I am unable to do so for this month. I have found the setup is not one which allows for rapid completion, and am having a bit of a slowdown figuring out some of the concepts. This is the reason I have gone beyond my stated deadline for posting them. For tonight, I will be posting financials in text only. A friend who is a Certified Public Accountant has offered to help me better understand the template prior to the October 10th deadline at which time its use will be required. I have no doubt that the CapEx template will be improved or better explained before this time, but I regret that at this time I do not have the time available to fully research, understand, and complete it in its present form. I also note that I will have extremely limited availability this week because of a real-life project. Do not be alarmed if you do not see me online as much as normal - remember you can always email me at xavier.mohr@gmail.com. Thanks, Xavier Mohr, Publisher SLReports.net |

General Investment Discussion » change of trading day? Re: change of trading day? |

| Right now all of this, and the interest payments, are being done manually. It is something that is being addressed right now and should be back to normal in a couple days. However this is the reason for the odd schedule. | ||
