| TNW Dividend policy after a few questions, i thought it would be a good idea to post the dividend policy so everyone will know how it will be carried out our 1st dividend will be exactly 30 days after we go public out of ipo. then the dividend will be paid every 30 days after that the dividend will encompass 100% of the profits from all TNW business ventures and all TNW incomes, including those in SL, SLExchange, and the headphone.mic sales in Real World. both tangable items for sale and land rentals/sales are included the profits are determined by taking all income, subtracting all expenses, then divided among the shareholders to see the current income/expenses for the last week, please see the prior post TNW Financial Statment posted earlier today thanks Lex Fitzcarraldo Chairman & CEO, TNW |

| being in ipo is part of going public. i doubt it will last forever due to the faith people have in the products and services we provide. once all shares are sold in the ipo, the exchange automaticaly moves it into trade | ||

| its very exciting for me to be moving forward on our business plan, here are the things accomplished today so far 1) TNW Traders group set up and operational, if your a shareholder, your are encouraged to join this group in SL so you dont miss important updates and news stories. 2) new email address set up and verified, tnw@charter.net is our official email address for all tnw business related emails, be it stock questions, or questions about a land purchase or tier or anything tnw related 3)tnw paypal account activated and verified for tier payments to be recieved the address for payments is tnw@charter.net 4) in the process of reserving our first island, with full purchase as soon as investor allen makes the fund avaliable to us from the ipo proceeds 5) released 8 new flashing neon beer signs with new scripting to reduce lag. 15 more planned for the coming week. 6) released copyable set of new neon club lights, and neon chaser lights. in the next weeks we will construct on island one the new corporate HQ, the new nightclub, and the new mall facility. once all of that is operational, we will purchase island #2 and begin construction of the residential island. we are now in the process of writing up the convenant for this island as well as the tier fee schedule and pricing keeping you posted Lex Fitzcarraldo Chairman & CEO, TNW |

| today we released a total of 75 new neon bar lights on slexchange, we also became a vendor out of shop.onrez.com with most of out items listed for sale there too. iving us twice the exposure as we had before to potental customers also opened up the TNW Fashion Botique with a line of clothing (flexi prim dresses) gowns, weddin dresses and shoes and will be expanding the product line the rest of this week by adding more product in womens wear, as well as mens wear and shoes Lex Fitzcarraldo Chairman & CEO, TNW |

| TNW has opened TNW Savings and Loan. this unique concept uses locked safety deposit boxs, to which you deposit between 50k to a max of 100k. the money is locked in at a 50% interest rate for 180 days. for example, deposit 100K today, and 180 days from now you would be withdrawing 150K We at TNW hope that this will help us provide a loan service to potential customers and business owners, at the same time providing an additional amount of interest collected to go into the monthly dividends.
